S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler, mesailer, izinler, m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccreti ve daha bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131k\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenceli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadelenin ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011fu bu d\u00f6nemde yasal haklar, emek m\u00fccadelesinin bir \u00f6n ad\u0131m\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politeknik, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u201d panelinden notlar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131na dair hukuki bilgiler \u015fu \u015fekilde;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015fe ba\u015flamadan 1 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, i\u015fyeri taraf\u0131ndan SGK\u2019ya bildirilerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Stajyerlik dahil t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imlerinde i\u015fverenin \u201cSigorta yapamay\u0131z\u201d ifadesi b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fyerleri i\u00e7in kanun d\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Belirli S\u00fcreli \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi: S\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcresinin belirtildi\u011fi s\u00f6zle\u015fme t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Genellikle 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k yap\u0131l\u0131r ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmak zorundad\u0131r. K\u00f6pr\u00fc, yol, yap\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131 gibi i\u015flerde i\u015f bitim s\u00fcresi kadar yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan en fazla iki defa yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 defa yap\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda belirsiz s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u015fartlar\u0131 ge\u00e7erli olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Belirsiz s\u00fcreli \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi: \u0130\u015fin biti\u015f tarihi belli olmayan s\u00f6zle\u015fme t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda yayg\u0131n uygulanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmedir. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme t\u00fcr\u00fc 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nda belirtilen k\u0131dem, ihbar tazminat\u0131 gibi haklar verilmek suretiyle sona erdirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015fe giri\u015fte deneme s\u00fcresi 2 ayd\u0131r. Deneme s\u00fcresinin tan\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmede bulunmak zorundad\u0131r. Ancak toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde deneme s\u00fcresi en fazla 3 aya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilir. Deneme s\u00fcresinde de i\u015f\u00e7inin SGK primleri \u00f6denmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi en fazla 45 saattir. K\u0131smi s\u00fcreli (part time) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati ise haftada ortalama 25 saattir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde \u00fccret ayda en az 1 defa \u00f6denmek \u00fczere belirlenir. Yani bir aydan uzun s\u00fcre i\u00e7in \u00fccret \u00f6demesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz. \u0130\u015fveren \u00fccreti \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ay\u0131 dolduktan sonra en ge\u00e7 di\u011fer ay\u0131n 20. g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar \u00f6demek durumundad\u0131r. Aksi takdirde i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmama hakk\u0131 do\u011far.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in \u00fccret d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal haklar da vard\u0131r. Bu haklar; yemek, yol, ikramiye, erzak, koruyucu donan\u0131m, i\u015f elbisesi vs. \u015feklinde s\u0131ralanabilir. S\u00f6zle\u015fmede bulunmayan ancak i\u015fyerlerinde uygulanan herhangi bir sosyal hak i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan 3 kez verildikten sonra kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hak say\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren, kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hakk\u0131 vermedi\u011fi takdirde i\u015f\u00e7i talep edilebilir, hukuki s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Yap\u0131lan i\u015fte i\u015fin yap\u0131lma ko\u015fullar\u0131, i\u015fyerinin uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fccret ve sosyal hak de\u011fi\u015fimi gibi esasl\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olacaksa, i\u015fveren bunu i\u015f\u00e7iye \u00f6nceden bildirmek zorundad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kabul etmek zorunda de\u011fildir. 6 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde i\u015f\u00e7i de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak kabul etmezse, i\u015fveren bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi uygulayamaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 20.00-06.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda 7,5 saati ge\u00e7en durumlarda mesai \u00fccreti %50 zaml\u0131 olarak \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazla mesai\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin ortalama 45 saati ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde denkle\u015ftirme uygulamas\u0131 varsa mesai \u00f6denmez. Denkle\u015ftirme en fazla 8 haftal\u0131k olabilir. Yani i\u015f\u00e7inin denkle\u015ftirmeye yaz\u0131l\u0131 onay\u0131 varsa; bir hafta 40, di\u011fer hafta 50 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ko\u015fulda 45 saati ge\u00e7en \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in i\u015f\u00e7iye fazla mesai \u00fccreti \u00f6denmez.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin hafta tatilinde (genellikle Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc), 1 Ocak, 23 Nisan, 1 May\u0131s, 19 May\u0131s, 30 A\u011fustos, 28 Ekim saat 13.00- 29 Ekim saat 24.00 aras\u0131, Kurban ve Ramazan bayramlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma durumunda i\u015fveren %100 zaml\u0131 \u00fccret \u00f6der.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130zinler\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7i 1 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra y\u0131ll\u0131k izin kullanmaya hak kazan\u0131r. Bu izinden vazge\u00e7ilemez. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin s\u00fcreleri;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1&#8217;den 5 y\u0131la kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar 14 g\u00fcn,<\/li>\n<li>5&#8217;dan 15 y\u0131la kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar 20 g\u00fcn,<\/li>\n<li>15 y\u0131ldan fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar 26 g\u00fcn izin kullan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckler ve 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fckler 20 g\u00fcnden az izin kullanamaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 Y\u0131ll\u0131k izinler kayda tabidir ve defteri tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin defterinin tutulmas\u0131 i\u015fverenin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin defteri tutulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde i\u015f mahkemesi y\u0131ll\u0131k izin kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f gibi i\u015fvereni i\u015f\u00e7iye y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fccreti \u00f6denmesine karar verebilir.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin feshi\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u015eirketin iflas\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, i\u015f\u00e7inin hakl\u0131 nedenle i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmas\u0131, erkek i\u015f\u00e7inin askere gitmesi, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin evlenmesi durumlar\u0131nda s\u00f6zle\u015fme feshedilir, i\u015f\u00e7i k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar askere gitmeden \u00f6nce s\u00fcl\u00fcs belgesiyle (askerlik \u015fubesinden al\u0131nan belge) i\u015fverene ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131n\u0131 almak ko\u015fulu ile s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini feshedebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar evlendikten sonraki 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde istedi\u011fi anda \u00f6nceden bildirim yapmaks\u0131z\u0131n, ihbar ko\u015fullar\u0131na uymaks\u0131z\u0131n i\u015ften ayr\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 15 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve sigorta primlerinde say\u0131l\u0131 3600 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc dolduran \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar haklar\u0131n\u0131 almak suretiyle s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini feshedebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015fveren i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmadan belirli bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce i\u015f\u00e7iye yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildirim yapmak zorundad\u0131r, bu s\u00fcreye ihbar s\u00fcresi denir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ihbar s\u00fcreleri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 aya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 2 hafta,<\/li>\n<li>6 ay-1,5 y\u0131l aras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 4 hafta,<\/li>\n<li>1,5 y\u0131l-3 y\u0131l aras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 6 hafta,<\/li>\n<li>3 y\u0131l ve \u00fczeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 8 hafta \u00f6nceden bildirim yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7iyi ihbar s\u00fcresi dolmadan i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rsa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm sosyal haklar\u0131 ve k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 yan\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca ihbar tazminat\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6demek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015ften hakl\u0131 bir neden olmadan ayr\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7i de ayr\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yukar\u0131daki s\u00fcreler kadar \u00f6nce i\u015fverene yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirmeli, dilek\u00e7esinin imzal\u0131 onayl\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fini kendisine almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin SGK primlerinin az \u00f6denmesi veya \u00f6denmemesi, \u00fccretin uzun bir s\u00fcre \u00f6denmemesi ve i\u015f ili\u015fkisi kurdu\u011fu ki\u015filerce hakarete u\u011framas\u0131 hakl\u0131 fesih nedenleridir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7i, herhangi bir problemden sebebiyle ihbar s\u00fcresinden 6 hafta fazla raporlu olmas\u0131 durumunda, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131 alarak i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. \u0130\u015fveren de tazminatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek ko\u015fuluyla i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin yasada belirtilen hakl\u0131 bir sebep olmadan 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde 3 g\u00fcn i\u015fe gelmemesi ya da 2 g\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcste gelmemesi i\u015fveren a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hakl\u0131 fesih sebebidir, i\u015f\u00e7iyi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karabilir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i birbirini takip eden 2 pazartesi i\u015fe gitmezse yine i\u015f akdine son verilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7iden savunma istenmesi durumunda derhal vermek zorunda de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i savunmay\u0131 2 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde verebilir. Fesih bildiriminin ard\u0131ndan i\u015f\u00e7i 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde i\u015fe iade davas\u0131 a\u00e7abilir. A\u00e7\u0131lan davada i\u015f mahkemesi, &#8216;i\u015fe iade karar\u0131&#8217; verirse i\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7iye 4 ayl\u0131k net maa\u015f\u0131 kadar \u00fccret \u00f6der. Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7iyi i\u015fe ba\u015flatmazsa i\u015f\u00e7iye 4-8 ay aras\u0131 br\u00fct \u00fccreti tutar\u0131nda i\u015fe ba\u015flatmama tazminat\u0131 da \u00f6der \u00f6der.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f\u00e7i, &#8216;i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma&#8217; durumunda \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 170 numaral\u0131 hatt\u0131 arayarak bildirim yapabilir. Bu bildirim daha sonra y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek dava s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde i\u015f\u00e7i lehine kan\u0131t niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda i\u015fverenle ve i\u015f ili\u015fkisi kurdu\u011fu ki\u015filerle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yaz\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 elinde bulundurmal\u0131d\u0131r (yaz\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ka\u011f\u0131da d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc veya bilgisayar ortam\u0131nda kaydedilmesi yeterlidir). Bu belgeler olas\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma durumunda a\u00e7\u0131lacak davada kan\u0131t niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 8 hafta ve do\u011fumdan sonraki 8 hafta do\u011fum izni vard\u0131r. Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i isterse doktordan alaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir raporu ile do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 3 haftaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Bu s\u00fcre, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 iznine eklenir. Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler do\u011fumdan sonraki 8 hafta sonras\u0131nda iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bu izni \u00fccretsiz devam etmek ko\u015fuluyla 6 aya kadar \u00e7\u0131karabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sigorta primleri maa\u015f \u00fczerinden \u00f6denmek zorundad\u0131r. Sigorta primi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00f6denen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar haklar\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonraki 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde dava a\u00e7abilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 kapsam\u0131:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fyerinde bulundu\u011fu s\u0131rada,<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan i\u015f nedeniyle veya g\u00f6revi nedeniyle, sigortal\u0131 kendi ad\u0131na ve hesab\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsa y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte oldu\u011fu i\u015f veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konusu nedeniyle i\u015fyeri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda,<\/li>\n<li>Bir i\u015fverene ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6revli olarak i\u015fyeri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir yere g\u00f6nderilmesi nedeniyle as\u0131l i\u015fini yapmaks\u0131z\u0131n ge\u00e7en zamanlarda,<\/li>\n<li>Emziren kad\u0131n sigortal\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ocu\u011funa s\u00fct vermek i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan zamanlarda,<\/li>\n<li>Sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n, i\u015fverence sa\u011flanan bir ta\u015f\u0131tla i\u015fin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere gidi\u015f geli\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda, meydana gelen ve sigortal\u0131y\u0131 hemen veya sonradan bedenen ya da ruhen \u00f6z\u00fcre u\u011fratan olayd\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fverenin olayda kusuru varsa tazminat davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra SGK&#8217;dan i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 al\u0131r. \u0130\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7inin en son \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fyerinde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 maa\u015f\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 kadard\u0131r. Ancak i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcst limit asgari \u00fccrettir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra i\u015fveren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde SGK&#8217;ya bildirim yapar, i\u015f\u00e7i de 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde SGK&#8217;ya ba\u015fvurarak i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 al\u0131r.<br \/>\nMesleki sorumluluk sigortas\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Mesleki sorumluluk sigortas\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irebilmesi m\u00fchendisler, mimarlar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 ad\u0131na da \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Meslek odalar\u0131 bu m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yeni i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi d\u00fczenlemeleri sonras\u0131 meydana gelen i\u015f kazalar\u0131nda i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 do\u011facak tazminattan i\u015fveren gibi sorumlu olacak ve mal varl\u0131klar\u0131na haciz konulabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u0130\u015f mahkemesine a\u00e7\u0131lan davada i\u015f\u00e7i tan\u0131klar\u0131 yeminli, i\u015fveren tan\u0131klar\u0131 yeminsiz dinlenir. \u0130ki tan\u0131\u011f\u0131n farkl\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerde bulunmas\u0131 durumunda i\u015f\u00e7inin tan\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Y\u0131l sonunda zam yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 kanunen hakl\u0131 fesih sebebi say\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Her y\u0131l g\u00fcncellenecek olan M\u00fchendis, Mimar, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Asgari \u00dccreti SGK ile yap\u0131lan protokol do\u011frultusunda SGK\u2019ya bildirilecek. Asgari \u00fccret m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki en alt s\u0131n\u0131r \u00fccretidir. \u00dccretli m\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n ve planc\u0131lar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde bu \u00fccreti belirtmeleri hakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2014 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret 2800 TL br\u00fct olarak belirlendi. Bu \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ya da i\u015fe ba\u015flayan t\u00fcm m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fcyesi olduklar\u0131 odaya ba\u015fvurabilirler.
