Yar\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bug\u00fcn\u00fcn kentlerindeki mutsuzluklar\u0131na ve yok olan toplumsalla\u015fma alanlar\u0131na, UNESCO\u2019nun \u201c\u00c7ocuk Dostu Kent\u201d kavram\u0131na, \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in daha g\u00fcvenli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve temel hizmetlere e\u015fit eri\u015fim haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeten bir kent hedefine kamuoyunun dikkatini \u00e7ekmek. Yar\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurular 13 A\u011fustos 2008\u2019de son bulacak.<\/div>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fmaya, en \u00e7ok 6 adet olmak \u00fczere, 5&#215;5 cm. caml\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7eveye konulmu\u015f \u201c35 mm renkli saydam\u201d veya k\u0131sa <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mo.org.tr\/yarismadocs\/kent-cocuk.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"192\" height=\"271\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/>kenar\u0131 18 cm den k\u0131sa uzun kenar\u0131 45 cm. den uzun olmayacak \u015fekilde 300 dpi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckte jpeg format\u0131nda dijital foto\u011fraf ile Se\u00e7ici Kurul ve Ajanda Yay\u0131n Kurulu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herkes kat\u0131labilir.
