Dairesi taraf\u0131ndan iptal edildi. Karar mahkeme heyetinin oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul 1. \u0130dare mahkemesinin Yayala\u015ft\u0131ma Projesi&#8217;ne daha \u00f6nce verdi\u011fi y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma ve iptal kararlar\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Dan\u0131\u015ftay&#8217;a ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Dan\u0131\u015ftay projeye verdi\u011fi iptal karar\u0131yla \u00fcst mahkeme olarak projeyi iptal etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AKP talan\u0131na &#8220;Haziran \u0130syan\u0131&#8221; dur demi\u015fti<\/strong><br \/>\nAKP iktidar\u0131nca hukuksuz bir \u015fekilde ilerletilen in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla projenin ilk etab\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015fti. Gezi Park\u0131&#8217;na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131 ise Haziran \u0130syan\u0131 ile birlikte p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, AKP&#8217;nin talan\u0131na dur denmi\u015f, milyonlar ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Dan\u0131\u015ftay verdi\u011fi bu kararla hukuki a\u00e7\u0131dan da projeyi iptal ederek nihayi karar\u0131 vermi\u015f oldu.
