Ayr\u0131ca raporda Madende bulunan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00fcrekli artan karbonmonoksit miktar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti\u011fi ifade ediliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soma katliam\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6n bilirki\u015fi raporu haz\u0131rland\u0131. Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00f6khan \u015eahin, Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 Adem Akta\u015f ile bilirki\u015fi heyetindeki Maden Bilirki\u015fisi Prof. Dr. Erc\u00fcment Yal\u00e7\u0131n, Maden Bilirki\u015fisi Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hakan Onur, Elektrik M\u00fchendisi Prof. Dr. Ey\u00fcp Akp\u0131nar ve A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Uzman\u0131 Alparslan Ert\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn yapt\u0131klar\u0131 incelemenin ard\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 ve soru\u015fturman\u0131n ana delili olan \u00f6n bilirki\u015fi raporunda; ocakta meydana gelen yang\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7esinin trafo patlamas\u0131 de\u011fil k\u00f6m\u00fcr yanmas\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapora g\u00f6re patlayan trafo de\u011fil, trafo patlad\u0131 iddias\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transformat\u00f6r\u00fc yerinde inceleyen bilirki\u015fi raporunda burada bir sorun bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, yang\u0131n\u0131n trafo kaynakl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgileri yer al\u0131yor. Raporun trafoyla ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u015fu \u015fekilde:<\/p>\n<p>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z teknik dok\u00fcman incelemesinde ve oca\u011f\u0131 girildi\u011finde, U-2 merkezindeki transformat\u00f6rler yerinde incelendi. U-3 b\u00f6lgesindeki transformat\u00f6rlere ula\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in incelenemedi. Tranformat\u00f6r i\u00e7erisinde patlay\u0131c\u0131, yan\u0131c\u0131 ya\u011f ve gaz bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. T\u00fcm bunlara dayanarak kazan\u0131n bir transformat\u00f6r patlamas\u0131 diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan bir cihaz ar\u0131zas\u0131ndan kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f olamayaca\u011f\u0131 kanaati olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fini cihaz tespit etti, \u015firket \u00fcretim h\u0131rs\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u00f6rmezden geldi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raporda k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn havayla birle\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan oksitlenmeyle \u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u015firketin bu \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 tahliye edilmek zorunda oldu\u011fu ifadesi yer al\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca madende katliam\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek gazlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131ndan 48 tane bulundu\u011fu ve bu cihazlar\u0131n yang\u0131n tehlikesini saptad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatta yer yer karbonmonoksitin \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n 10 kat\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifadesi bulunuyor. Ancak raporda \u015firket patronun \u00fcretimden vazge\u00e7meyip tehlikeli b\u00f6lgeleri bo\u015faltma ihtimalinden bahsedilmiyor. Raporda madende \u00e7\u0131kan yang\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fini g\u00fcnler \u00f6ncesinden belirleyen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm de\u011ferleri \u015fu \u015fekilde yer buluyor: \u201cIs\u0131 uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde de birikerek ocakta yang\u0131nlara neden olmaktad\u0131r. K\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kendili\u011finden yanmas\u0131 sonucunda korbondioksit, karbonmonoksit, \u0131s\u0131 ve nem a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu parametrelerin izlenmesi ile k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kendili\u011finden yanmas\u0131n\u0131n tespiti ile say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kayd\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Bu ama\u00e7la yeralt\u0131 maden i\u015fletmeleri ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en gazlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in sens\u00f6rlerle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Olay\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fi madende, 19 karbonmonoksit, 1 korbondioksit 19 metan ve 9 adet oksijen olmak \u00fczere toplam 48 uzaktan alg\u0131lama sens\u00f6rleri oca\u011f\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerine yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretiminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanda, sens\u00f6rlerin yerle\u015ftirildi\u011fi tespit edildi. K\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kendili\u011finden yand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131 taraf\u0131m\u0131za iletilen veriler \u00fczerinde 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 mart ay\u0131ndan kazan\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fi zamana kadar incelemelerde, \u00f6zellikle S ponosundaki 470 numaral\u0131 sens\u00f6rde, madenlerde izin verilen azami konsantrasyon olan 50 PPM\u2019nin \u00fczerinde, \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kayd\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir.
