Asans\u00f6r bekledi\u011fi s\u0131rada, asans\u00f6r\u00fc katlara ba\u011flayan \u00e7elik profilin 20. kattan \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fmesi sonucu hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Hakan Tek i\u00e7in arkada\u015flar\u0131 i\u015f b\u0131rakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kazadan sonra hi\u00e7bir \u015firket yetkilisinin olmamas\u0131na \u00f6fkelenen i\u015f\u00e7iler bas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eri almama giri\u015fiminde bulunan \u015fantiye g\u00fcvenliklerini ise kovdu. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler ayr\u0131ca i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00f6nlemlerinin yeterince al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirttiler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hem kent su\u00e7u hem i\u015f\u00e7i katili<\/strong><br \/>\nA\u011fao\u011flu Maslak 1543 projesine, TMMOB \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 (\u015ePO) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan davada Dan\u0131\u015ftay y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma karar\u0131 vermi\u015fti.
