Meydana gelen i\u015f cinayeti sonras\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lan soru\u015fturmada \u015fantiyede i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapan 24 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki tekstil m\u00fchendisi Erhan Ery\u0131lmaz &#8220;kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrme&#8221; su\u00e7undan tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ery\u0131lmaz&#8217;\u0131n, C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fantiyede A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 da \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Mevcut y\u00f6netmelikler a\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015f kollar\u0131nda A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 &#8220;zorunlu&#8221; k\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131 g\u00fcvenceli i\u015f m\u00fccadelesinin bile\u015feni olmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Soma&#8217;da ve di\u011fer i\u015f cinayetlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi, i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kad\u00fck hale getirilmi\u015f yasalara, al\u0131nmayan \u00f6nlemlere, yap\u0131lmayan denetimlere teslim edilmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. &#8220;G\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi&#8221; ilan etme \u015feklinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturmalar bir kez daha g\u00f6steriyor ki &#8220;i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi&#8221;ni sa\u011flamak \u00fczere i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan m\u00fchendisler t\u00fcm yetki ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 kendi gelecekleri i\u00e7in sahiplenmeli, g\u00fcvenceli i\u015f m\u00fccadelesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Her i\u015f cinayeti, yasal olarak, i\u015f\u00e7i hayat\u0131n\u0131 yok sayan, \u00f6nlem almaya direnen patron ve temsilcilerinden \u00f6nce i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n sorumlu\u011fu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Burada i\u015f cinayetlerini durdurman\u0131n ve ger\u00e7ek muhattaplar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan m\u00fchendisler istenilen belgeleri tutmak ve imza atman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. \u0130\u015fverenin i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olmak, i\u015f hayat\u0131nda g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin ve ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, sonu hapiste biten g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi beraberinde getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TMMOB i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131 kurultay\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nHafta sonu d\u00fczenlenen TMMOB 43.
