Bug\u00fcn Karayolu Trafik G\u00fcvenli\u011fi G\u00fcn\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan bu kaza d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Karayolu Trafik G\u00fcvenli\u011fi G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde, Avc\u0131lar\u2019da Metrob\u00fcs\u00fcn kendi yolundan \u00e7\u0131karak 2 araca \u00e7arparak yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 deh\u015fet verici kazada can kayb\u0131 olmamas\u0131 mucizedir. \u0130dareyi bu konuda daha \u00f6nce uyarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yollar\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik \u015feritlerini alarak, yap\u0131lan ve kendisi de hareket halinde iken hi\u00e7bir ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f alan\u0131 olmayan dar bir g\u00fczergahta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan metrob\u00fcsler, kazalara davetiye \u00e7\u0131kartmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dha \u00f6nce Makina M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi olarak uyar\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaparak \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftik: &#8220;\u0130stanbul kent i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m sorumlular\u0131n\u0131n, ba\u015fta kent pl\u00e2nlamac\u0131lar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere \u00fcniversiteler ve meslek odalar\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir\u2026. E\u20135 Karayolunun bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc metrob\u00fcse tahsis edildi\u011finden, E5 karayolunda motorlu ara\u00e7 s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\/artacakt\u0131r\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>E-5 karayolunda bir haftada iki motorsiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn feci \u015fekilde can vermesine neden olan kazalardan sonra da \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftik: \u201cMetrob\u00fcslerin Yol A\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl Kazalar Uyar\u0131c\u0131 Olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015flardan bir an \u00f6nce d\u00f6n\u00fclmelidir. Metrob\u00fcs gibi yetersiz ve \u0130stanbul genelinde etkin olmayan bir ula\u015f\u0131m sistemi kurulurken, ya servis yollar\u0131 etkisiz hale getirilmi\u015f, ya da motorlu ara\u00e7lar, metrob\u00fcsten artan \u015feritlere s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve \u0130ETT yetkilileri, her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle pl\u00e2nlanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zel ara\u00e7lara alternatif ve yenilik\u00e7i bir kent i\u00e7i toplu ula\u015f\u0131m sistemi yerine daha \u00e7ok \u0130stanbul\u2019un n\u00fcfusundan az Avrupa \u00fclkelerinin kentimize g\u00f6re minyat\u00fcr \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki kentlerinde kullan\u0131lan demode bir sistemi kentimize uydurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu yap\u0131l\u0131rken de her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi insan g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmi\u015f, yeterli \u00f6nlemleri almam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130tfaiye, cankurtaran ve polis imdat gibi acil durumlarda bu gibi yollar\u0131 kullanabilenlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra h\u0131zl\u0131 sefer yapmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6zel ara\u00e7lar (\u00f6rne\u011fin; i\u00e7inde hasta bulunan otomobil vs.) servis yolu olanaklar\u0131 da ellerinden al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan metrobus \u015feritlerine \u00e7aresizlikten itilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Etkin ve ak\u0131lc\u0131 pl\u00e2nlanmas\u0131 gereken kent i\u00e7i kamu ula\u015f\u0131m sistemlerinin yerine ge\u00e7ici \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere tevess\u00fcl ederek, can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fine \u00f6nem vermeyerek \u00f6l\u00fcme sebep olan ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve bu i\u015ften sorumlu olan \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi yetkilileri, \u201cmetrob\u00fcsle kentin ula\u015f\u0131m sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck\u201d diye medyaya deme\u00e7ler vermektedirler. Ancak kamuoyu, plans\u0131z ve geli\u015fig\u00fczel projelerin \u201cben yapt\u0131m oldu\u201d mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile icras\u0131, bunlar\u0131n sebep olaca\u011f\u0131 can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n artarak s\u00fcrmesinden endi\u015fe etmektedir.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>30 Nisan Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc metrob\u00fcs yolu tel bariyerine s\u0131k\u0131\u015farak kaza yapan ara\u00e7tan sonra bug\u00fcn yoldan \u00e7\u0131karak 2 araca \u00e7arpan metrob\u00fcs kazas\u0131nda can kayb\u0131 olmad\u0131. Peki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in can kayb\u0131 olmas\u0131 m\u0131 beklenmektedir? <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm, ak\u0131lc\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle uzun vadeye yay\u0131lan raya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 normal ve rapid (seri) sistemlerin devreye sokulmas\u0131 ve bu sistemlerin otob\u00fcs, minib\u00fcs, dolmu\u015f ve deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc \u015fekle getirilmesidir.
