YHT projesi incelendi\u011finde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan veriler, altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, AKP&#8217;nin se\u00e7im \u015fovu ad\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n felakete neden olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ankara&#8217;dan \u0130stanbul Pendik&#8217;e uzanan Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren projesi teknik haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 bitmeden bug\u00fcn devlet t\u00f6reniyle a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fe\u00e7imi \u00f6ncesine denk getirilen a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f Tayyip Edo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. TCDD verilerine g\u00f6re 7,5 milyon insan\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak 286 km&#8217;lik YHT hatt\u0131 bir\u00e7ok teknik zorunlulu\u011fu sa\u011flamadan halk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Projede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan in\u015faat m\u00fchendisleri hatt\u0131n g\u00fcvenli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, olas\u0131 felaketlerle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olundu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>YHT hatt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin verdi\u011fi bilgiler \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hatt\u0131n bitimine 3-4 ay var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ankara-Pendik aras\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131n\u0131n Ankara- Eski\u015fehir k\u0131sm\u0131 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlan\u0131rken \u015fimde de Eski\u015fehir-Pendik aras\u0131 devreye girecek. Eski\u015fehir-Pendik aras\u0131ndaki sinyalizasyon(ray trafi\u011fini bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6n\u00fcyle d\u00fczenleyen elektro-mekanik sistem) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ise hen\u00fcz bitmedi. Baz\u0131 noktalarda hat g\u00fcvenli\u011fi telsizlere emanet edilecek. 3 Temmuz&#8217;da Gebze-Pendik aras\u0131nda test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Piri Reis treninin, ray vidalamas\u0131 yapan i\u015f otosuna \u00e7arpmas\u0131 sinyalizasyon ve makaslar \u00fczerindeki kumanday\u0131 sa\u011flayacak emniyet sistemlerindeki eksikliklerden kaynaklan\u0131yordu. Bu sorunlar giderilmi\u015f de\u011fil. Hatt\u0131n sinyal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonlanmas\u0131na 3-4 ay daha var. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015ftan birka\u00e7 hafta sonra hat tadilat i\u00e7in kapanabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beton bloklar olmadan a\u00e7\u0131lan t\u00fcnel<\/strong><br \/>\nHat \u00fczerindeki baz\u0131 t\u00fcnellerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. 1 nolu t\u00fcnel, t\u00fcnel i\u00e7i ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemleri (<span style=\"color: #3e454c;\">Ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 beton t\u00fcnel segmentleri<\/span>)\u00a0in\u015faa edilmeden a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcnel y\u00fczeyine uygulanan p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme beton i\u015flemi t\u00fcnelin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterli olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 1nolu t\u00fcnel hatt\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zeminde\u00a0oturma devam ediyor<\/strong><br \/>\nEski\u015fehir-Pendik aras\u0131ndaki tren hatt\u0131n\u0131n heyelan riski ta\u015f\u0131yan baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin zeminleri halen stabil de\u011fil ve oturmalar(yap\u0131n\u0131n zeminindeki \u00e7\u00f6kmeler) devam ediyor. G\u00fcnde 8 sefer yapmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen trenlerin heyelan b\u00f6lgelerindeki raylardan ge\u00e7erken yarataca\u011f\u0131 etki ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden geliniyor. Heyelan b\u00f6lgelerindeki\u00a0oturmalar hat i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yar\u0131m yamalak a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><br \/>\nEski\u015fehir-Pendik aras\u0131 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131n\u0131n 128 km&#8217;si konvansiyonel(eski sistemle d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f h\u0131zl\u0131 trene uygun olmayan) hat olarak kullan\u0131lacak. Bilecik hatt\u0131ndaki 26 nolu t\u00fcnelin \u00e7\u00f6kme ve kayma nedeniyle kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerine ise bu g\u00fczergah da konvansiyonel hattan verilecek. Konvansiyonel hatta h\u0131zl\u0131 tren uygulamas\u0131 ise d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir yerinde mevcut de\u011fil. Proje h\u0131z\u0131 250 km olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen TCDD nin kendi a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re YHT&#8217;nin deneme s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015flerinde \u00e7ok az bir mesafede maksimum 200 km h\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131labilecek olmas\u0131 altyap\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren projesi sinyalizasyon, zemin durumu, t\u00fcnel g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, hat altyap\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hen\u00fcz eksiklikler ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131na ra\u011fmen halk\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. Teknik eksiklikler ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fcvenli\u011fini hi\u00e7e say\u0131yor.
