Denetim alan\u0131 piyasan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u015fekilleniyor, kamusal denetim yok ediliyor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi yok say\u0131l\u0131yor her ay bir Soma katliam\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor, ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fcvenli\u011fi yok say\u0131l\u0131yor teknik eksikliklerine ra\u011fmen Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u015fova d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, halk otob\u00fcsleri seyir halindeyken yan\u0131yor, insanlar \u00f6l\u00fcyor.
