Ancak yeni planlarda da itirazlar\u0131n temel noktas\u0131 olan do\u011fay\u0131 talan edecek konut, otel, ticaret merkezi fonksiyonlar\u0131 aynen korundu ve hi\u00e7bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polonezk\u00f6y Tabiat Park\u0131 i\u00e7indeki k\u00f6y yerle\u015fkesi alan\u0131nda \u201cseyrek yo\u011funluklu konut, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu turizm konaklama tesisi\u201d yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7an imar planlar\u0131, meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n ve ya\u015fam savunucular\u0131n\u0131n itiraz\u0131 \u00fczerine tekrar haz\u0131rland\u0131. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1\/5 bin ve 1\/1000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli koruma ama\u00e7l\u0131 naz\u0131m imar planlar\u0131 bir \u00f6ncekinde oldu\u011fu gibi tabiat park\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fal dokusunu bozacak konut, otel ve ticaret merkezi gibi kal\u0131c\u0131 yap\u0131lar i\u00e7eriyor. Kuzey ormanlar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan Polonezk\u00f6y halen yap\u0131la\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131lmak isteniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde 9 Haziran\u2019da ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kan planlar 8 Temmuz\u2019da ask\u0131dan indirildi ve y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde yeni plana tekrar itiraz eden \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun Kahraman, ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kan planlarda bir \u00f6nceki itirazlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik hi\u00e7bir geli\u015fme olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
