Hatta kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 yasalar\u0131 uygulamad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in haklar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan davalarla ilgili verilen mahkeme kararlar\u0131na direniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 firman\u0131n ihaleyi kaybetmesi y\u00fczlerce insan\u0131n i\u015fini kaybetmesi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Yani evine ekmek g\u00f6t\u00fcrememe riskini s\u00fcrekli \u00fczerinde ta\u015f\u0131yarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor insanlar. \u201ci\u015fsiz kal\u0131rsam\u201d diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ve zaman zamanda i\u015fsiz kalarak ge\u00e7iyor g\u00fcnlerini Naz\u0131m\u2019\u0131n Galip ustas\u0131 gibi.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun en son \u00f6rne\u011fi \u0130zmir\u2019de ya\u015fan\u0131yor. 1170 belediye i\u015f\u00e7isi, belediyenin ta\u015feron firmas\u0131 \u0130zenerji ihaleyi kaybetti diye i\u015fini kaybetme riski ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya. G\u00f6\u00e7men i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7aresizli\u011fi s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u0131das\u0131 haline getiriliyor. Korumas\u0131z, \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz, g\u00fcvencesiz y\u00fczbinlerce insan en k\u00f6t\u00fc \u015fartlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya raz\u0131. \u0130\u015f cinayetlerinde kaybettiklerimiz aras\u0131nda onlar\u0131n isimlerini daha \u00e7ok duyar olduk.
