{"id":1298,"date":"2009-09-02T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-09-02T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/politeknik.org.tr\/\/?p=1298"},"modified":"2019-03-05T13:44:21","modified_gmt":"2019-03-05T10:44:21","slug":"3-6-eyluel-2009-karaburun-bilim-kongresi-80den-sonra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/3-6-eyluel-2009-karaburun-bilim-kongresi-80den-sonra\/","title":{"rendered":"3-6 Eyl\u00fcl 2009 \u2013 Karaburun Bilim Kongresi \u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcst ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d olarak belirledi\u011fimiz Karaburun Bilim Kongresi\u2019ni yine sizlerin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla 3-6 Eyl\u00fcl 2009\u2019da Karaburun ve Mordo\u011fan\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. <\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l, kapitalizmin 1970\u2019lerde ba\u015flayan son ve uzun yap\u0131sal krizini takiben beliren de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ele alarak ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 bu y\u0131l, \u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d T\u00fcrkiye kapitalizmine odaklanarak tamamlamak istiyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la 2009 Karaburun Bilim Kongresi\u2019nde, 1980\u2019le birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fan\u0131lan toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini t\u00fcm ve\u00e7heleri ile tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7may\u0131 hedefliyoruz. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fimiz Karaburun Bilim Kongresi\u2019ne sizleri davet ederken yine kolektif, kamusal, ele\u015ftirel bilgiye, akademi i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda etraf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7eviren tel \u00f6rg\u00fcleri aralay\u0131p ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin gere\u011fine vurgu yapmak istiyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z yaln\u0131zca akademik alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bilimcilere de\u011fil, ger\u00e7e\u011fi anlamaya, a\u00e7\u0131klamaya ve de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye c\u00fcret eden herkesedir. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z, \u00f6nceki kongrelerimizde oldu\u011fu gibi yine sizedir. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ama\u00e7\u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri farkl\u0131 bilimsel disiplinlere referansla \u00e7e\u015fitli kongre, konferans ve sempozyumlara konu olmu\u015ftur ve olmaya da devam edecek gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir. Zira 80\u2019li y\u0131llarda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z k\u0131r\u0131lma ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tarihsel-toplumsal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler derinle\u015ferek devam etmekte ve umut\/umutsuzluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, d\u00fc\u015flerimizi, korkular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, beceriksizliklerimizi, tek kelimeyle bug\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc etkilemeye\/belirlemeye devam etmektedir. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte b\u00f6ylesi bir tema \u00fczerinden kongre d\u00fczenlememizin temel amac\u0131 tam da burada yatmaktad\u0131r: Darbe sonras\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki de\u011fi\u015fim pratiklerini olabildi\u011fince b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7arak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bug\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc anlamaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak\u2026 \u00d6te yandan bu kongrenin, bizim i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6nemde olan \u015fu sorulara cevaplar \u00fcretilmesinde uygun bir zemin te\u015fkil edebilece\u011fini umuyoruz: T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de devlet ve iktidar a\u011flar\u0131 nas\u0131l ve ne y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fmektedir? Yerel iktidar a\u011flar\u0131 ile k\u00fcresel iktidar a\u011flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ne gibi uyum ve \u00e7eli\u015fkiler bulunmaktad\u0131r? Nas\u0131l oluyor da, d\u00fcnya d\u00fczeyindeki liberal uygulamalar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki tezah\u00fcr\u00fc olan ve hemen her alanda (beslenme, bar\u0131nma, sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, vb.) \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funluk\u201dun aleyhine i\u015fleyen mevcut s\u00fcre\u00e7 yeterince g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir diren\u00e7le kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131yor? S\u00f6z konusu s\u00fcrecin bu \u015fekilde i\u015flemesinde belirleyici olan zor ve ikna ara\u00e7lar\u0131 nelerdir ve bu ara\u00e7lar nas\u0131l bir bile\u015fim ve tarihsel ak\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde, ne \u015fekilde uygulanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r\/uygulanmaktad\u0131rlar? Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir? \u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ku\u015fkusuz farkl\u0131 bilimsel perspektif ve y\u00f6ntemlere binaen tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir. Ancak biz bu tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u0131n\u0131flar ve b\u00fcrokratik elit(ler) aras\u0131nda s\u00fcren hegemonya m\u00fccadelesi ve bu m\u00fccadelenin toplumsal hayat\u0131n farkl\u0131 alanlar\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fcng\u00fcleri ba\u011flam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctmek niyetindeyiz. <\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki s\u0131n\u0131flar aras\u0131nda 1970\u2019li y\u0131llar boyunca olu\u015fan g\u00fc\u00e7 dengesinin bizatihi askeri darbe ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinin \u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi anlamak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir belirleyen oldu\u011funu vurgulamak istiyoruz. Di\u011fer yandan, tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kapal\u0131 bir inceleme nesnesi olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7acak bir bi\u00e7imde de\u011fil, t\u00fcm \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fckleriyle birlikte, d\u00fcnya kapitalizmi i\u00e7inde tahliline zemin haz\u0131rlayacak bir ba\u011flamda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin anlaml\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, anti-kapitalist ve anti-emperyalist hareketlerin g\u00f6rece h\u0131z kesti\u011fi, SSCB ve Do\u011fu Bloku\u2019nun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kapitalizmin yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u0131saca s\u0131n\u0131flar aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7 dengelerinin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi bir d\u00fcnyada T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi tart\u0131\u015fmak niyetindeyiz. Kapitalizmin genel de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin, askeri darbenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ve yap\u0131sal uyum programlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi nas\u0131l ve ne \u015fekilde etkiledi\u011fini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacak bir \u00e7aban\u0131n ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan belirleyici oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yoruz. \u00d6zetle, farkl\u0131 toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7\/iktidar odaklar\u0131n\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde de\u011fi\u015fen belirleyicilikleri ve bu belirleyiciliklerin toplumsal hayat\u0131n farkl\u0131 alanlar\u0131na yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131n, yer yer \u00e7e\u015fitli bilimsel disiplinlerin merce\u011finden, yer yer de b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir \u015fekilde ve tarihsel s\u00fcreklili\u011fi i\u00e7inde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bug\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc anlamak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nemde oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Kapsam\u201c80\u2019den Sonra\u201d T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen de\u011fi\u015fim\/d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin, yukar\u0131da sordu\u011fumuz sorular e\u015fli\u011finde, \u015fu temel ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r: Yeni Emperyalizm ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130ktisat Politikalar\u0131 K\u00fcresel Kriz ve T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Devlet ve \u0130ktidar A\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc Emperyalizm, Uluslar\u00fcst\u00fc Kurulu\u015flar, K\u00fcresel Entegrasyonlar \u0130ktidar ve Hukuk Sistemindeki D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u0130deoloji ve S\u00f6ylemdeki D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler Yeni \u201cRefah\u201d Rejimleri: \u0130\u015fsizlik, Sefalet, Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik E\u011fitim, Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve Bar\u0131nma Toplumsal Kimliklerdeki D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm: Cinsiyet Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Etnisite K\u00fclt\u00fcr, G\u00fcndelik Hayat Sanat, Edebiyat, Estetik Medya Do\u011fan\u0131n Metala\u015fmas\u0131: Ekolojik D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye Tar\u0131m\u0131nda D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Milliyet\u00e7ilik, Muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131k, Siyasal \u0130slam Sol Muhalefet, Siyas\u00ee Kat\u0131l\u0131m, Sistem Kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 Hareketler Karaburun Bilim Kongresi\u2019nde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da, se\u00e7ilmi\u015f bildirilerden olu\u015fan oturumlara, davetli konu\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 panellere, kolektif tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc forumlara ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli faaliyetlere (at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, forumlar, film g\u00f6sterimleri, sergiler, vb.) yer verilecektir. <\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz bir kongrede tarihsel-toplumsal bir sistemin belirli bir d\u00f6nemini b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131yla ele almak olanak d\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.
