Resmi a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re maliyeti 1 milyar 370 milyon TL. Ekonomist U\u011fur G\u00fcrses AKSaray ile Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019na al\u0131nan yeni u\u00e7a\u011fa harcanan 1 milyar 780 milyon TL\u2019nin, 2014 b\u00fct\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n %7\u2019sine denk oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, mebla\u011f, 12 \u00fclkenin gayrisafi milli h\u00e2s\u0131lalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmakta.<\/p>\n<p>Hal b\u00f6yle olunca, elin a\u011fz\u0131 torba de\u011fil ki b\u00fczesin! Y\u00fczy\u0131l versiyonuna memleketin akl\u0131 pek yatmad\u0131; zaten ba\u015f\u0131ndaki AK ibaresi de Saray\u2019\u0131n kimin mal\u0131 oldu\u011funu ars\u0131zca ilan etmekteydi. \u00d6te yandan, Atat\u00fcrk Orman \u00c7iftli\u011fi\u2019ne AK damgas\u0131n\u0131n bas\u0131lmas\u0131, toplumsal haf\u0131zan\u0131n saatinin burada s\u0131f\u0131rlanarak, Yeni T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden yeni ba\u015ftan kurulmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na da gelmekte. AKSaray \u00fczerine ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fczlerce yorum yap\u0131labilir. Biz, ne \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlan\u0131rsa tan\u0131mlas\u0131n in\u015fa edilenin bir saray de\u011fil duvarlarla \u00e7evrili bir kale oldu\u011funu, b\u00f6ylece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin evrildi\u011fi yeri de iyi tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>Kentlerin kurulu\u015f nedenlerinden biri tehlikelerden korunmakt\u0131r. Bir kale i\u00e7inde yer alan eski zaman kentleri, duvarlar, hendekler ve\/veya \u00e7itler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla \u2018biz-onlar\u2019, \u2018d\u00fczen-yaban\u0131ll\u0131k\u2019, \u2018bar\u0131\u015f-sava\u015fma\u2019 aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u00f6tekilerin\/d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ge\u00e7memelerini sa\u011flard\u0131. D\u0131\u015far\u0131yla i\u00e7erisi aras\u0131nda \u00e7izilen ve az\/\u00e7ok korunan s\u0131n\u0131rlar, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn kentlerinde ba\u015fka bir \u2018d\u00fc\u015fman\/ \u00f6teki\u2019 tan\u0131m\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ve bu kez i\u00e7erden \u00e7izilmekte (Bauman 2009). \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bir yandan neoliberal ekonomi politikalar\u0131n yersiz-yurtsuz eyledi\u011fi y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar kentlere akarken, bir yandan da ayn\u0131 politikalar\u0131n kurban\u0131 kentliler meydanlardan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck taleplerini seslendirmekteler. Bu yeni \u2018d\u00fc\u015fman\u2019 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda iktidar\u0131 sallanan neoliberal hegemonya, askerile\u015ftirilmi\u015f kentsel mek\u00e2nlar ve ola\u011fanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hal rejimi vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kentsel mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na alarak s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 yeniden \u00e7izme gayretinde. Sosyo -mek\u00e2nsal ayr\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u015fahikas\u0131 kapal\u0131 siteler\/villalar\u0131n duvarlar\u0131, mobeseler, \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik\u00e7iler\u2026TOMA, akrep, biber gaz\u0131, plastik mermi\u2026her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ileri teknoloji harikas\u0131 silah ve te\u00e7hizatlar\u0131yla polis g\u00fc\u00e7leri, robokoplar\u2026askerile\u015fmi\u015f kentsel peyzaj\u0131n s\u0131radan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ve ayn\u0131 zamanda kimlerin i\u00e7eride kimlerin d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen yeni kentsel s\u0131n\u0131rlar olmakta. \u00d6te yandan, her \u00e7e\u015fit toplumsal talebi, g\u00fcvenlik\/\u00e7at\u0131\u015fma meselesi olarak alg\u0131layan iktidarlar, talep sahiplerini d\u00fc\u015fman olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131klar\u0131ndan, geli\u015fig\u00fczel g\u00f6zalt\u0131lar, orant\u0131s\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131, polis \u015fiddeti makbul ve makul g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmekte. B\u00f6ylece, anti demokratik m\u00fcdahalelerle hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin ask\u0131ya al\u0131nabildi\u011fi ola\u011fanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hal d\u00f6nemlerindeyiz (Graham, 2011).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den bakarsak, iktidar\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcnde \u2018d\u00fc\u015fman\u2019 olarak kodlanm\u0131\u015fsan\u0131z, b\u0131rak\u0131n, n\u00fcmayi\u015fleri, ekmek almaya gitmek ya da taziye ziyareti i\u00e7in dini tesiste bulunmak da e\u015fit derecede tehlikeli. Y\u0131rca\u2019da k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlik\u00e7e darp edilmeleri de, Valideba\u011f\u2019daki biber gazl\u0131 polis \u015fiddeti ile hukuken g\u00f6zalt\u0131 say\u0131lmayacak g\u00f6zalt\u0131lar\u0131n alenen yap\u0131labilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 da ayn\u0131 damardan besleniyor. Makulle\u015ftirdi\u011fi t\u00fcm bu \u015fiddet ara\u00e7lar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Gezi paranoyas\u0131n\u0131 a\u015famayan iktidar, polise daha \u00e7ok yetki veren yeni bir g\u00fcvenlik yasas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartma, TOMAlar\u0131na TOMA, \u015fiddet ayg\u0131tlar\u0131na yenilerini ekleme derdinde. Kentlerin kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndaki \u2018biz\u2019 ve \u2018onlar\/\u00f6tekiler\u2019 duvarlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fimdi kentlerin i\u00e7inde y\u00fckselen toplumsal muhalefete kar\u015f\u0131 in\u015fa edildi\u011fi zamanlarday\u0131z. Hukukun ask\u0131ya al\u0131nmas\u0131yla in\u015fa edilen bu duvarlar, Brown\u2019\u0131n (2010) alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u201c\u2026ister istemez savunmac\u0131, dar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc, milliyet\u00e7i ve militerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir kolektif ethos ve \u00f6znellik \u00fcretirler. Savunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k toplum yerine giderek kapal\u0131 ve zapt alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir kolektif kimlik yarat\u0131rlar\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Gezi\u2019den bu yana toplumsal kutupla\u015ft\u0131rma ve ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ipine sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f AKMuktedir, o kadar \u00e7ok \u00f6teki\/d\u00fc\u015fman in\u015fa etti ki art\u0131k kendini kollama derdinde, \u00e7areyi AKKaleye s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmakta buluyor. B\u00f6ylece, TOMAlar\u0131, robokoplar\u0131, bariyerleri, kapal\u0131 siteleri, \u00f6zel g\u00fcvenlikli AVMleri rezidanslar\u0131, bilc\u00fcmlesi ile yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kentsel peyzaja da, in\u015fa etmeye durdu\u011fu \u201czapt alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir kolektif kimlik\u2019\u2019 ile \u201cmilliyet\u00e7i ve militerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir kolektif ethosa\u2019\u2019 da en tepeden uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor. AKKale\u2019nin mehterli \u0130stiklal Mar\u015fl\u0131 tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ne kadar ba\u015fka tondan hayk\u0131rmak istese de asl\u0131nda hepimize topunu derinden f\u0131s\u0131ld\u0131yor!<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, duvarlar, i\u00e7erdekini d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 korurken, paradoksal bir \u015fekilde, onu i\u00e7erde tutma i\u015flevi de g\u00f6r\u00fcrler; kalenin g\u00fcven veren duvarlar\u0131, hapishanenin k\u0131s\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 duvarlar\u0131na, kale de hapishaneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. Kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k bir alan\u0131 \u00e7itleyerek g\u00fcvenlik\u00e7iler ordusu, g\u00f6zetleme ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 ile konu\u015flanan AKKale, kibir ve azametle tepeden-tepeden bakarken, muktedirin kitlelerle olan ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kopart\u0131p, onu kendi kalesinde yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r.
