Facebook\u2019ta havaliman\u0131 ad\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir hesap yeni projeden Rize R.T.E Havaliman\u0131 diye bahsederken, konu ile ilgili bir twitter hesab\u0131 kendine Rize Airport ismini uygun g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f. Zaten Artvin bas\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n da konuya ilgi ve alakas\u0131 Rize bas\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n onda biri bile de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu durum pek \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 da say\u0131lmaz. Artvin ili s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde havaliman\u0131 yok ancak Artvinlilerin kullanabilece\u011fi ve s\u0131kl\u0131kla da kulland\u0131klar\u0131 Batum havaliman\u0131 var. Batum Artvin\u2019in en kalabal\u0131k il\u00e7esi Hopa\u2019ya 40km, Artvin\u2019e de 100km mesafede; ikisine de yeni havaliman\u0131ndan daha yak\u0131n. G\u00fcrcistan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n Hopa\u2019dan Batum\u2019a ge\u00e7i\u015f olduk\u00e7a rahat ancak nereden baksak g\u00fcmr\u00fck vs. i\u00e7in harcanacak bir saatlik ekstra bir s\u00fcreyi g\u00f6zden \u00e7\u0131kartmak gerekiyor. Yine de Batum (Hopa)-\u0130stanbul aras\u0131 gidi\u015f d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f u\u00e7u\u015fmak bir sebepten \u0130stanbul-Trabzon aras\u0131 u\u00e7u\u015fmaya g\u00f6re zaman zaman 100 TL\u2019ye varan oranlarda daha ucuz. Bu y\u00fczden pek \u00e7ok Artvinli, Hopal\u0131 hatta zaman zaman (do\u011fu) Rizeli Trabzon yerine Batum u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tercih ediyor. Rize Havaliman\u0131 hizmete girdi\u011finde, e\u011fer u\u00e7man\u0131n ekonomisi de\u011fi\u015fmezse, bir\u00e7oklar\u0131 i\u00e7in Batum havaliman\u0131 \u00e7ekicili\u011fini koruyabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnyada dolgu havalimanlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Rize Havaliman\u0131 2015 i\u00e7inde kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131lacak Ordu-Giresun havaliman\u0131 gibi deniz doldurularak yap\u0131lacak. Malum, Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u2019de de\u011fil havaliman\u0131, otopark dahi yapacak d\u00fcz alan bulmak g\u00fc\u00e7; f\u0131nd\u0131k ve \u00e7ay ekonomisi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden araziler pahal\u0131. T\u00fcm bunlara hafriyatla m\u00fccadele ve deniz doldurma konular\u0131ndaki e\u015fsiz bilgi birikimimiz de eklenince havalimanlar\u0131n\u0131 denize in\u015fa etmek parlak bir se\u00e7enek olmu\u015f. Bas\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan haberlere g\u00f6re tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Ordu-Giresun d\u00fcnyan\u0131n deniz doldurularak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 3., Rize ise 4. havaliman\u0131 olacak. Evet, bu tarz havalimanlar\u0131na \u00e7ok s\u0131k rastlanm\u0131yor olabilir ancak say\u0131lar\u0131 lanse edilenin hayli \u00fcst\u00fcnde. Ordu-Giresun ve Rize Havalimanlar\u0131n\u0131n bu \u00fc\u00e7 gerek\u00e7enin ilkini kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir \u015f\u00fcphe yok san\u0131r\u0131m. Di\u011fer iki gerek\u00e7e ise sallant\u0131da. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde Trabzon, Rize, Giresun\u2019un neredeyse tamam\u0131, Artvin ve Ordu\u2019nun da bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne hizmet eden Trabzon Havaliman\u0131 2.6 milyon yolcu ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f. Bu rakamdan Ordu-Giresun ve Rize havalimanlar\u0131 kendi paylar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131nca, haydi biraz kendine ait yeni talep yaratsalar dahi, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n deniz doldurularak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en az yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yan iki havaliman\u0131na sahip olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n garantisini \u015fimdiden verebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Peki bu neden \u00f6nemli? Rize ile Artvin, Pazar ile Arde\u015fen, Trabzon ile t\u00fcm Do\u011fu Karadeniz aras\u0131nda havaliman\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fcyen kavga g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn (kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 mikro milliyet\u00e7ilik su\u00e7lamalar\u0131n\u0131n) bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olma niyetinde de de\u011filim hi\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131. Bir havaliman\u0131 nas\u0131l zarar eder ya da bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 zarar ettirir; bu konunun da uzman\u0131 say\u0131lmam. Diyelim ki 1,5 milyar insan Rize\u2019den bihaber ve Trabzon havaliman\u0131 ile Rize \u015fehri aras\u0131ndaki 50 dakikal\u0131k yoldan \u00fcrken yerli yabanc\u0131 turistler Rize Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 ile ak\u0131n ak\u0131n Rize\u2019ye akacaklar. Ancak tam da bu noktada iki dakika durup hangi turizm diye sormam\u0131z gerekmez mi?
