{"id":13550,"date":"2014-12-02T12:59:30","date_gmt":"2014-12-02T10:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/politeknik.org.tr\/\/?p=13550"},"modified":"2019-01-28T22:17:20","modified_gmt":"2019-01-28T19:17:20","slug":"harita-muhendisleri-de-insanca-yasayacak-ucret-istiyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/harita-muhendisleri-de-insanca-yasayacak-ucret-istiyor\/","title":{"rendered":"Harita m\u00fchendisleri de insanca ya\u015fayacak \u00fccret istiyor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Harita M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (HKMO) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi m\u00fchendislerin asgari \u00fccret m\u00fccadelesini konu\u015fmak ve asgari \u00fccretin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesine dair yol haritas\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in bulu\u015fuyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HKMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi, \u00fccretli\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin \u2018g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131\u2018 ve \u2018insanca ya\u015fayacak \u00fccret\u2018 talepleri i\u00e7in m\u00fccadelenin somut bir ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u2018M\u00fchendis asgari\u00a0\u00fccreti\u2018nin nas\u0131l hayata ge\u00e7irilece\u011fini ve pratik program\u0131 konu\u015facak. HKMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcye ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, \u015fube binas\u0131nda 10 Aral\u0131k \u00c7ar\u015famba saat 19.00&#8217;da yap\u0131lacak toplant\u0131 i\u00e7in davet ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>HKMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi&#8217;nin toplant\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/p>\n<p><em>TMMOB ile SGK aras\u0131nda 31 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde SGK\u2018ya yap\u0131lan eksik bildirimleri \u00f6nlemek ve her y\u0131l M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0asgari\u00a0\u00fccretini belirlemek amac\u0131yla bir protokol imzaland\u0131.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu protokol\u00fcn amac\u0131: &#8220;Sosyal g\u00fcvenli\u011fin toplumun t\u00fcm bireyleri i\u00e7in temel bir hak oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden hareketle, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik hakk\u0131ndan yoksun b\u0131rakan kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam ve emeklilik haklar\u0131n\u0131n eksik tesisine etki eden \u00fccretlerin SGK\u2018ya eksik bildirimini \u00f6nlemek, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kavram\u0131n\u0131n temel bir hak oldu\u011funu toplumumun t\u00fcm bireyleri taraf\u0131ndan bilinmesini ve bu hakk\u0131 koruyan kurumlar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeni d\u00fczenlemeler ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler konusunda bilgilendirmek,\u00a0 toplumda sosyal g\u00fcvenlik bilincinin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; \u00a0\u015feklinde tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayr\u0131ca protokolde yer alan TMMOB\u2018nin y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri maddesinde &#8220;TMMOB sosyal g\u00fcvenlik bilincinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulamaya y\u00f6nelik olarak; \u00fcyelerine y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi faaliyetlerde ve yay\u0131nlanan b\u00fcltenlerde bilgilendirici dok\u00fcmanlara ve yaz\u0131lara yer vermeyi ve kendi g\u00f6rev\/yetki alan\u0131na giren di\u011fer faaliyetlere ili\u015fkin SGK ile iyi niyet ve uyum i\u00e7inde i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmay\u0131 kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.&#8221; ifadesi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu protokol kapsam\u0131nda TMMOB 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fchendislik\u00a0asgari\u00a0\u00fccretini br\u00fct 2.700 TL, 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ise %3.7\u2018lik bir art\u0131\u015f ile br\u00fct 2.800 TL olarak belirledi. Yak\u0131n zamanda ise 2015 y\u0131l\u0131\u00a0asgari\u00a0\u00fccreti\u00a0belirlenecek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>HKMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi olarak; \u00f6zellikle \u00fccretli\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin \u2018g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131\u2018 ve \u2018insanca ya\u015fayacak \u00fccret\u2018\u00a0talepleri i\u00e7in m\u00fccadelede somut bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u2018M\u00fchendis asgari\u00a0\u00fccreti\u2018\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, bu protokol kapsam\u0131nda prati\u011fe d\u00f6kerek bu m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fctmeyi hedefliyoruz.
