MMO \u0130zmir \u015eubesi, krizin istihdama etkilerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla \u0130zmir&#8217;de en az 5 \u00fcyesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f yerlerinde g\u00f6rev yapan i\u015f yeri temsilcilerine uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir anketin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Haziran ay\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ankete \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 37 makine ve end\u00fcstri m\u00fchendisi MMO i\u015f yeri temsilcisinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, i\u015f yerlerinin y\u00fczde 78&#8217;i krizden etkilenirken, i\u015f yeri temsilcileri i\u015f yerlerinde krize ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ba\u015fta i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar olmak \u00fczere, \u00fccretsiz izin kullan\u0131m\u0131, k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi gibi uygulamalar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmelerin \u00e7o\u011funun kriz kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ortak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak eleman \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu tespit edilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmada 19 i\u015f yerinden, makine ve end\u00fcstri m\u00fchendisleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere toplam 1545 ki\u015finin i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bu firmalar\u0131n faaliyet alanlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda otomotivin ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 demir- \u00e7elik, makine- yedek par\u00e7a ve ambalaj sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, i\u015fletmelerin y\u00fczde 27&#8217;sinin k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011finden yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. Firmalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 32&#8217;sinin bu \u00f6denekten yararlanmadan do\u011frudan eleman \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m\u0131na gitmesinin &#8221;<strong>dikkat \u00e7ekici&#8217;<\/strong>&#8216; oldu\u011fu, bu durumun firmalar\u0131 gelecek beklentilerinde karamsarl\u0131\u011fa sevk etti\u011fi belirtildi. \u0130\u015fletmelerin y\u00fczde 32&#8217;sinin ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fccretsiz izne \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ankete kat\u0131lan \u00fcyelerin y\u00fczde 13&#8217;\u00fc \u00fccret \u00f6demelerinde d\u00fczensizlik ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, y\u00fczde 10&#8217;u \u00fccretlerinde indirime gidildi\u011fini, y\u00fczde 5&#8217;i sosyal sigorta primlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda d\u00fczensizlik ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, &#8216;<strong>&#8216;Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kald\u0131r\u0131lmasa da fazla mesai \u00f6demelerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015fletmelerin benimsedi\u011fi temel stratejilerden biri olarak dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir.
