Bir Kamu kurulu\u015fu olan T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;ta ise bu imzaya ra\u011fmen grev karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131.<br \/><\/font> <font color=\"#000000\"><br \/>T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f ile h\u00fck\u00fcmet aras\u0131nda 7 Temmuz&#8217;da imzalanan protokolden bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nce as\u0131lan grev karar\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7 halen devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer anla\u015fma sa\u011flanamazsa yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde grev ba\u015flayacak. Grev s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatan anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n en \u00f6nemlisi ise T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;ta bug\u00fcne kadar kapsamd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n kapsam i\u00e7ine al\u0131nmalar\u0131 talebi.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Tez-Koop-\u0130\u015f Genel E\u011fitim Sekreteri Haydar \u00d6zdemiro\u011flu, &#8221;Bu sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmemesi toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin bitirilmesine engel oluyor. Projelerde g\u00f6rev yapan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, bir proje bitti\u011finde ba\u015fka bir projede g\u00f6rev al\u0131yorlar ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri belirli s\u00fcreli olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p zincirleme s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nem i\u015fverene anlay\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdik, bu d\u00f6nem de biz benzer bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla anlay\u0131\u015f bekliyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bilim politikalara y\u00f6n veren T\u00dcB\u0130TAK gibi bir kurumda kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sendikas\u0131z personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyiz. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;\u0131n, ba\u015fka konularda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n anayasal ve yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda \u00f6rnek olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.&#8221;dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;ta toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 3000 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 kaps\u0131yor, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Alan\u0131 (TARAL) projelerinde g\u00f6revlendirdi\u011fi ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan personelin say\u0131s\u0131 ise\u00a0 % 20&#8217;ler civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor.
