Buna g\u00f6re ya yeni pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7ecekler ya da eski pozisyonlar\u0131nda kal\u0131p 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 bir kamu kurumunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklard\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Telekom a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fchendislerden olu\u015fan yeni kadrolar olu\u015fturdu. Eski uzman kadrolara g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015flarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yeni personel ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle sendikada kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda\u00a0\u0130stanbul Avrupa yakas\u0131 Telekom kurumlar\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda m\u00fchendislerin de oldu\u011fu farkl\u0131 pozisyonlardaki 400\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n \u201ctecr\u00fcbeli-eski\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015fine son veriliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara \u201cart\u0131k hizmetinize ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmamaktad\u0131r\u201d ifadesinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirimlerde bulunuldu. Ayr\u0131ca \u201cba\u015fka kurumlara atanmak istediklerine\u201d dair haz\u0131rlanan dilek\u00e7eleri de imzalamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in 10 g\u00fcn s\u00fcre veriliyor.
