S\u00f6z konusu araziyi \u00d6zelle\u015ftirme \u0130daresi\u2019nden ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l 1 milyar 5 milyon 522 bin liraya sat\u0131n alan TOK\u0130 i\u015ftiraki Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (GYO), bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak \u201ckesinlikle AVM yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d, \u201c\u0130stanbul\u2019un siluetine zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde iki katl\u0131 binalar\u201d in\u015fa edilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylerken, \u0130BB ise arazinin Emirgan Korusu ile ilgisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAVM olmaz, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f birimi olabilir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emlak Konut GYO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Murat Kurum, H\u00fcrriyet\u2019e a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak \u201cBu arsan\u0131n plan\u0131n\u0131 Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm ko\u015fulu neyse uyaca\u011f\u0131z. Zemin art\u0131 2 kat izin var. Otel, apart otel ve restoran planl\u0131yoruz. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi neden yapal\u0131m. Zaten yan\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir AVM var. A\u00e7\u0131k alan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f birimi olabilir\u201d dedi. Kurum, ihale sonras\u0131 plan notlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir ba\u015fvurular\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koru yan\u0131na 108 bin metrakare in\u015faat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB de bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak \u201cS\u00f6z\u00fc edilen arazinin Emirgan Korusu ile hi\u00e7bir ilgisi yoktur. Emirgan Korusu\u2019nun imara a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, sat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu alana in\u015faat yap\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olamaz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130haleye \u00e7\u0131kan arazi, 6 parselde toplam 158 bin 497 metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe sahip. Bunun 48 bin 100 metrekaresi \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmde, 110 bin 387 metrekaresi ise geri g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmde kal\u0131yor. Arsada, turizm tesis alan\u0131 ve park alan\u0131 olarak yap\u0131la\u015fmaya izin veriliyor. Buna g\u00f6re, imar plan\u0131nda belirtilen alanlarda yakla\u015f\u0131k 48 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131n park olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
