Tasar\u0131yla birlikte, TMMOB Yasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yabanc\u0131 m\u00fchendis ve mimarlar\u0131n taahh\u00fct ettikleri i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla\u00a0TMMOB g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ko\u015ful olarak d\u00fczenleyen 34. maddesi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Tasar\u0131, sermaye lehine daha ucuz eme\u011fi hedeflerken, fakl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden\u00a0m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de TMMOB&#8217;nin \u00fcye denetimine tabi olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7arak m\u00fchendislerin daha g\u00fcvencesiz ko\u015fullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de her y\u0131l on binlerce gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na at\u0131lmak \u00fczere mezun oluyor. \u00dcniversitelerdeki m\u00fchendisli-mimarl\u0131k fak\u00fclteleri say\u0131s\u0131 200&#8217;e\u00a0yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015fken yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki m\u00fchendis\u00a0ihtiyac\u0131 sebebiyle g\u00fcndeme gelmedi\u011fi \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k.\u00a0Yasa sermaye i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u00fchendislerin yabanc\u0131 uyruklu m\u00fchendislerle birlikte daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle, daha uzun mesailerle, eksik yatan sigorta prim bedelleriyle ve s\u00fcrekli i\u015fsizlik tehdidiyle ba\u015f ba\u015fa b\u0131rakmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine tepki g\u00f6steren TMMOB de bug\u00fcn (11 \u015eubat) konuyla ilgili bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131.
