Metal i\u015f kolunda makina m\u00fchendisleri, elektrik m\u00fchendisleri, end\u00fcstri m\u00fchendisleri, bilgisayar m\u00fchendisleri, metalurji-malzeme m\u00fchendisleri ve imalat-kontrol m\u00fchendisleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. M\u00fchendislerin fabrikalardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 onlar\u0131 grevin asli unsurlar\u0131ndan biri haline getiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f\u2019in verilerine g\u00f6re fabrikalarda m\u00fchendislerin haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri 50 saat ve \u00fczerinde. \u0130\u015fe yeni ba\u015flayan m\u00fchendisler 2000TL\u2019nin alt\u0131nda \u00fccret al\u0131yor. Yani metal i\u015fkolunda m\u00fchendisler de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yasal engel olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen m\u00fchendisler toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. M\u00fchendisler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imlerinin \u00f6tesinde hayallere ve umutlara sahip olsalar da g\u00fcvencesizlikleri m\u00fchendisleri grevin par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getiriyor. \u0130\u00e7inde olmamay\u0131 tercih etseler de..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sen bizdensin greve &#8216;hay\u0131r&#8217; de<\/strong><br \/>\nAKP\u2019nin Sendikalar ve Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme Yasas\u0131\u2019nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklik sonras\u0131nda i\u015fyerlerinde grev oylamas\u0131na sendikaya \u00fcye olmayan i\u015f\u00e7iler de dahil edilmi\u015fti. B\u00f6ylece patronlar\u0131n sendikaya \u00fcye olmayan i\u015f\u00e7ilere uygulayacaklar\u0131 bask\u0131yla grev karar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nitekim \u00f6yle de oldu. Fabrikalarda grev oylamalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken Alstom, Ejot Tezmak ve Paksan ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere baz\u0131 fabrikalarda m\u00fchendisler, karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde patronlar taraf\u0131ndan kendi \u2018beka\u2019lar\u0131 ve \u015firketin \u2018y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131\u2019 ad\u0131na grev oylamas\u0131nda hay\u0131r oyu vermeye zorland\u0131. Yine Alstom\u2019da m\u00fchendisler i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmakla, i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmakla, prim kesintisine u\u011framakla tehdit edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tek ba\u015f\u0131na kurtulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil<\/strong><br \/>\nGrev oylamalar\u0131nda \u00fczerlerinde bask\u0131yla giren m\u00fchendisler belki de i\u015f\u00e7ilerin bir arada duru\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7tenlikle, \u00f6zenerek izledi. Tek ba\u015f\u0131na kurtulman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sistemde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131, haklar\u0131n\u0131 arayabilecekleri bir zeminin ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 yeniden hissettiler. Alstom\u2019da grev karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in oylamalarda m\u00fchendislere \u2018greve hay\u0131r\u2019 karar\u0131 vermeleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bask\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Karar\u0131n kendilerine ait oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen be\u015f m\u00fchendis \u015firket \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 yok saymak ile \u015fu\u00e7lansa da grev karar\u0131n\u0131 belirleme haklar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7medi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fchendisler sendikaya, sendikalar m\u00fchendislere uzak<\/strong><br \/>\nM\u00fchendislerin \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir y\u00fczdesi bulunduklar\u0131 i\u015f kolundaki sendikaya \u00fcye. TMMOB\u2019nin 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki verilerine g\u00f6re m\u00fchendislerin sadece %17.2\u2019si sendikal\u0131. Kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendisler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oran %10\u2019lar\u0131n alt\u0131na iniyor. Bu durum grevin par\u00e7as\u0131 olan m\u00fchendislerin, grev s\u00fcrecindeki bask\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 bir ba\u015flar\u0131na oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Sendikalar\u0131n da m\u00fchendislere yak\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek zor. Bu durum grevin \u00f6znelerinden biri olan m\u00fchendisleri, kendileriyle ayn\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karlara sahip i\u015f\u00e7ilerin d\u00f6rt elle sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 grevde d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bir unsur haline getiriyor. Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n beyaz yakal\u0131lara yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 grev \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda &#8216;grev oylamalar\u0131na evet de ya da \u00e7ekimser kal!&#8217; ifadesi, m\u00fchendisleri \u00f6rg\u00fctleme ya da m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6znesi yapma iddias\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa m\u00fccadelenin ortakla\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00fcvence m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Grev s\u00fcreci, m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in sendikay\u0131 m\u00fccadele \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc, sendika i\u00e7in m\u00fchendisleri m\u00fccadele \u00f6znesi d\u00fczlemine ta\u015f\u0131yabilir. M\u00fchendisler haklar\u0131n\u0131 greve tarafs\u0131z kalarak de\u011fil, tersine her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131 ve engele ra\u011fmen greve sahip \u00e7\u0131karak, bir ad\u0131m sonra kendi ya\u015fam\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kabilecek. Grevin sadece m\u00fchendis olmayan i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in oldu\u011funu farz etmek, batan gemide m\u00fcrettebat\u0131n \u00f6lmeyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekten \u00f6te de\u011fil. Emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00fczende, seyirci kalmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.
