Uzun y\u0131llar tek Ar-Ge m\u00fchendisi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, son 3 ayd\u0131r kalite b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde g\u00f6rev yapmakta olan Emine KU\u015eKU ve i\u015f\u00e7i \u00d6m\u00fcr \u00c7ET\u0130NER sendikal\u0131 olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kafkas\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 H\u00fcrriyet Pasta \u0130malathanesi&#8217;nde \u2018\u0130stihdam\u0131 Zorunlu Personel\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda sorumlu m\u00fcd\u00fcr olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u0131da m\u00fchendisi Serpil Sertel DEN\u0130Z de 28 \u015eubat\u2019ta i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Bu i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar \u00fczerine i\u015f\u00e7iler fabrika ve imalathanelerde m\u00fchendislerin i\u015fe geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00a0\u00fcretimi durdurdular. Bu direni\u015fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan, m\u00fchendislerin de amiri pozisyonunda olan pasta ve unlu mam\u00fcller \u00fcretim sorumlusu Y\u0131lmaz TEK\u0130N de 2 Mart\u2019ta i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket y\u00f6netiminin de\u011fi\u015fmesiyle bask\u0131ya, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmaya maruz kalan i\u015f\u00e7iler T\u00fcrk \u0130\u015f Tek-G\u0131da \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015fti. Sendikala\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 patronlar \u00fcretim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar\u0131 olan 4 i\u015f\u00e7iyi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Bu i\u015f\u00e7iler aras\u0131nda yer alan g\u0131da m\u00fchendisleriyle, Emine Ku\u015fku ve Serpil Sertel Deniz ile sohbet ettik. Ar-Ge birimi kapat\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalite y\u00f6netiminde g\u00f6revlendirildim. 3 ay oldu. Uzun y\u0131llar cumartesi ve pazar dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Fazla mesai yapmama ra\u011fmen fazla mesai \u00fccreti almadan, \u00f6zverili bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fim onlarca \u00fcr\u00fcn bug\u00fcn raflarda, sat\u0131\u015fta. Bir aile gibiydik ve huzurlu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle \u00f6zverili bir bi\u00e7imde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ettim. Ancak 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda \u015firketteki y\u00f6netim yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesiyle bu ortam bozuldu. M\u00fchendislere, di\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7ilere onur k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar artt\u0131, sayg\u0131s\u0131zca davran\u0131\u015flar ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine Nisan-May\u0131s 2014&#8217;de Tek-G\u0131da \u0130\u015f&#8217;te \u00f6rg\u00fctlendik. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %87\u2019si sendikaya \u00fcye oldu. Bunun ard\u0131ndan May\u0131s ay\u0131ndan itibaren bana ve di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara mobbing uyguland\u0131. E\u015fim de makine teknisyeni olarak Kafkas&#8217;ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve i\u015fyeri temsilcisi. Beni i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131lar, b\u00f6ylelikle t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131 vermek istiyorlar. Benimle birlikte \u00d6m\u00fcr \u00c7etiner de i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6m\u00fcr \u00c7etiner&#8217;in e\u015fi kanser hastas\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in 2 ay \u00fccretsiz izin kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ailede tek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan o. \u0130zin s\u00fcresince aram\u0131zda para toplad\u0131k, maa\u015f\u0131 kadar bir gelir sa\u011flad\u0131k. \u015eirketin deste\u011fi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te onu da i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serpil Sertel DEN\u0130Z:<\/strong> Kafkas\u2019\u0131n Bursa H\u00fcrriyet semtindeki pasta imalathanesinde sorumlu m\u00fcd\u00fcr olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordum. \u0130\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131m. 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u0131da m\u00fchendisiyim. Mezun olduktan sonra Kafkas&#8217;ta i\u015fe girdim. Bu s\u00fcrede de benim gibi kritik g\u00f6revlerde bulunan m\u00fchendis ve y\u00f6neticileri i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Di\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7iler \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 kurmak istiyorlar. 28 \u015eubat Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6\u011fleye do\u011fru insan kaynaklar\u0131 yetkilisi beni arad\u0131. \u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak s\u00f6yledi. \u0130mzas\u0131z bir belge verdiler bana. Bunun \u00fczerine savc\u0131l\u0131k talimat\u0131yla karakola ifade vermeye gittim. Orada da durumu tutanakla belgelettim. \u015eimdi mesai arkada\u015flar\u0131m, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015fyerini terketmeden \u00fcretimi durdurdular. 2 Mart\u2019ta H\u00fcrriyet imalathanesinde ki t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7iler hasta olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in viziteye \u00e7\u0131karak \u00fcretim yapmad\u0131lar. Yine bug\u00fcn Y\u0131lmaz Tekin&#8217;in i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 yapmak i\u00e7in fabrikaya gitti\u011finde i\u015f akdinin feshedildi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenerek fabrikaya al\u0131nmad\u0131. Fabrikadaki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da i\u015fyerinde \u00fcretimi durdurdular.\u015eu an Kafkas Pasta ve \u015eekerleme A.\u015e&#8217;nin iki \u00fcretim biriminde de \u00fcretim durudurulmu\u015f durumda. \u0130\u015fe al\u0131nana kadar direni\u015fe devam edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnek yaratan Kafkas i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin m\u00fccadelesini yak\u0131ndan takip etmeye, yan yana, omuz omuza olmaya devam edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>politeknik.org.tr<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kafkas Pasta ve \u015eekerleme A.\u015e.
