Mobbingi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda ki\u015fileraras\u0131 ya\u015fanan, bir ki\u015fiden bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na veya birden fazla ki\u015fiden bir ki\u015fiye y\u00f6nelik olarak, s\u00fcrekli, sistemli ve kas\u0131tl\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olarak tarifleyebiliriz. Bir ba\u015fka s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan tan\u0131m\u0131 ise \u2018psikolojik y\u0131ld\u0131rma\u2019. Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fhisi konulmadan pek \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan psikolojik tedavi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. \u0130\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131klarla birlikte antidepresanlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ediyor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Mobbingin hissettirdikleri<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken bazen ya da s\u0131kl\u0131kla kendimizi yetersiz hissederiz. Asl\u0131nda beceri ve deneyimlerimizi a\u015fan, yapabilece\u011fimizin \u00fczerinde sorumluluklar verilmi\u015ftir ve beklenen \u2018ba\u015far\u0131\u2019 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bizi kendisine rakip g\u00f6ren, kendisini dayatan y\u00f6neticimizin, toplant\u0131larda s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc keserek yokmu\u015fuz gibi davranmas\u0131, \u00f6nerilerimizi dikkate almamas\u0131 da benzer \u015fekilde hissettirir. Bazen i\u015f \u00f6yle bir noktaya var\u0131r ki, \u00e7ok iyi bir fikir \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, y\u00f6neticimiz soru \u00fczerine soru sorarak gerilimi y\u00fckseltir, elimiz aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z birbirine dolan\u0131r. O zaman gelsin mobbing; a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama, d\u0131\u015flama, i\u015f vermeme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak<\/strong><br \/>\nBazen daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in de ba\u015fvurulur mobbinge. Psikolojik y\u0131ld\u0131rma metodlar\u0131 bizi h\u0131rsland\u0131r\u0131p motivasyonumuzu artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki hakim anlay\u0131\u015f budur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla rekabet etmemiz ve b\u00f6ylelikle aram\u0131zda dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n geli\u015fmemesi de patronlar\u0131n ve onlar\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinin elde etmek istedi\u011fi bir sonu\u00e7tur. Bazen fark\u0131nda olmadan mobbingi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za uygular\u0131z. Birlikte m\u00fccadele etmekten uzakla\u015f\u0131r\u0131z. B\u00f6ylelikle mobbing uygulayan ki\u015filerin i\u015fi kolayla\u015f\u0131rken, i\u015fler de \u2018yolunda\u2019 y\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki di\u011fer g\u00fcvencesizlikler de mobbinge kar\u015f\u0131 elimizi kolumuzu ba\u011fl\u0131 tutuyor.
