Bu durumla da yetinmeyen sermaye temsilcileri \u00fclkemizdeki \u00fccretleri ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0\u00c7in, M\u0131s\u0131r vb. \u00fclkelerde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7ok daha geri d\u00fczeylere \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. \u00dccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ise daha iyi ya\u015fama m\u00fccadelesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. <\/p>\n<p>D\u0130SK-AR\u2019\u0131n tahminlerine g\u00f6re \u00fccretlilerin toplam gelir i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131\u00a01999 y\u0131l\u0131nda %30 civar\u0131ndayken 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda %22\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p>Oysa \u00fccretlilerin istihdam i\u00e7indeki oran\u0131 %60\u2019a \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Resmi i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131\u00a0%15\u2019e f\u0131rlarken ger\u00e7ek i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131n\u0131n %25\u2019lerde oldu\u011fu hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum sermayenin emek\u00e7iler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda pazarl\u0131k g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc\u00a0art\u0131rmakta \u00fccretlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclme bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131\u00a0yaratmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019nin son yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131\u00a0(MM\u015eP) \u00a0profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda da \u00fccretlerin 700 liradan ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca son krizle beraber MM\u015eP i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n %25, gen\u00e7 MM\u015eP i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n ise %30\u2019lara kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. M\u00fchendisler de t\u0131pk\u0131 toplumun di\u011fer emek\u00e7i kesimlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fccretlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi konusunda bir bask\u0131lanma ya\u015famakta ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 da gittik\u00e7e k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmektedir.Hali haz\u0131rda yasal asgari \u00fccret t\u00fcm\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n (meslek fark\u0131\u00a0g\u00f6zetmeksizin) alabilece\u011fi en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret olarak uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu uygulama m\u00fchendis, mimar ve planc\u0131lar\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretleri de giderek daha \u00e7ok belirlemektedir. Bu nedenle asgari \u00fccreti, insanca ya\u015fanabilir bir \u00fccret yani; bar\u0131nma, beslenme, \u0131s\u0131nma, enerji, su, ula\u015f\u0131m, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u2026 vb gibi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanabilece\u011fi bir \u00fccret olarak tan\u0131mlarsak, genel olarak belirlenen yasal asgari \u00fccret t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in birlikte ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Asgari \u00fccreti belirleme m\u00fccadelesi, t\u00fcm emek\u00e7ilerin birle\u015fik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadelesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Emek\u00e7ilerin siyasal, sendikal ve mesleki olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7leri, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ara\u00e7la emek\u00e7ilerin ya\u015fam d\u00fczeylerinin \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6stergesi olan \u00fccretlerin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harcamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu do\u011frultuda genel olarak uygulanan yasal asgari \u00fccretin, insanca ya\u015fam \u00fccreti olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi \u00f6nemlidir. Yasal asgari \u00fccretin emek\u00e7ilerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu i\u00e7in daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi anlam\u0131na gelecek olan b\u00f6lgesel asgari \u00fccret vb. uygulamalara kar\u015f\u0131 durulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yasal asgari \u00fccretin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n aileleriyle birlikte, insanca ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi bir seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in TMMOB, di\u011fer ilerici meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, sendikalar ve halk \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle birlikte ve ortak bir program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde m\u00fccadele etmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0odalar, insanca ya\u015fan\u0131labilecek bir asgari \u00fccreti \u00fcyelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu olu\u015fturan \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 ve onlar i\u00e7inde \u00f6zellikle de daha gen\u00e7 ve dezavantajl\u0131 konumda olanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi i\u00e7in, yetkilerini kullanarak belirlemeli, ilan etmeli ve uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB Ana Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde Ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7inde (Madde3-b) \u201cM\u00fchendislik ve mimarl\u0131k mesle\u011fi mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n ortak gereksinmelerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak, mesleki etkinlikleri kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak, mesle\u011fin genel yararlara uygun olarak geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flamak, meslek mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n birbirleriyle ve halkla olan ili\u015fkilerinde d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve g\u00fcveni h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmak \u00fczere meslek disiplinini ve ahlak\u0131n\u0131 korumak \u2026\u201d h\u00fck\u00fcmleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7lar\u0131n yerine gelebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00fccretli m\u00fchendislerin mesleki niteliklerinden taviz vermeden insanca ya\u015fayacak gelire ula\u015fabilmelerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB zaten \u201cher t\u00fcrl\u00fc mimarl\u0131k ve m\u00fchendislik hizmetlerinin, \u00fclkenin, mesle\u011fin ve tekni\u011fin ihtiya\u00e7 ve menfaatlerine uygun bir \u015fekilde tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131, koordinasyonunu ve geli\u015fimini temin ve \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda denetiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131 ile\u201d (TMMOB Mimarl\u0131k-M\u00fchendislik Hizmetleri ve Asgari \u00dccret-Asgari \u00c7izim ve D\u00fczenleme Esaslar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi) asgari \u00fccret ve asgari \u00e7izim bedelleri belirlemi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece m\u00fchendis eme\u011finin de\u011ferini korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bu bedeller Serbest M\u00fc\u015favir M\u00fchendis\/Mimarlar\u0131n (SMM) \u00fccretleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r ve uygulamada ciddi sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00dccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fcyelere d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 bir ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r. Bu konuda 1998 TMMOB Demokrasi Kurultay\u0131nda\u00a0\u201cTMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131 Odalar\u0131n ortak mesleki denetim kriterlerinin belirlenmesini, sadece serbest m\u00fchendislik-mimarl\u0131k hizmetleri i\u00e7in de\u011fil t\u00fcm m\u00fchendislik-mimarl\u0131k hizmetleri i\u00e7in de (\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00fccretli, \u015fantiyeci vb.) asgari \u00fccret tarifesi belirlenmesi\u201d\u00a0karar olarak kayda ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB taraf\u0131ndan \u00dccretli M\u00fchendis, Mimar, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0Asgari \u00dccreti belirlenmesi i\u00e7in karar \u00f6nerisi:M\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0ile meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri t\u00fcm emek\u00e7ilerin insanca ya\u015famaya yetecek asgari \u00fccret hakk\u0131 m\u00fccadelesine kat\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, \u00fcyeleri olan emek\u00e7i m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u00a0i\u00e7in insanca ya\u015fam \u00fccreti belirlenmesi m\u00fccadelesini di\u011fer emek ve demokratik kitle \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte verir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0odalar yasa ve y\u00f6netmeliklerden ald\u0131klar\u0131\u00a0yetkiyi emekten yana de\u011ferlendirerek, \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0 i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret tespit eder ve uygulanmas\u0131\u00a0i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar.T\u00fcm odalar ana y\u00f6netmeliklerinde \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar,\u00a0 \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 asgari \u00fccretine yer verirler.Asgari \u00fccreti belirlemek i\u00e7in TMMOB b\u00fcnyesinde merkezi asgari \u00fccret komisyonu kurulur.Asgari \u00fccret komisyonu, asgari \u00fccreti belirlerken, yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131\u00a0olarak da bilinen 4 ki\u015filik ailenin asgari ya\u015fam endeksini esas al\u0131r. Bu endeksi d\u00fczenli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerle g\u00fcnceller. \u00dcye kitlesinin emek g\u00fcc\u00fc niteli\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak, mesleki geli\u015fim endeksi ve sosyal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fim endeksi asgari ya\u015fam endeksine eklenerek asgari \u00fccret belirlenir.Odalar taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek asgari \u00fccret, TMMOB\u2019nin belirledi\u011fi m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0asgari \u00fccreti alt\u0131nda olamaz.Asgari \u00fccretin uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n duyurusu yap\u0131larak, &#8220;insanca ya\u015fanabilecek asgari \u00fccret\u201d\u00a0bilinci olu\u015fturulur. Odalar t\u00fcm proje onay\u0131, belge verme gibi uygulamalar\u0131nda asgari \u00fccrete uygunluk arar. Odalarla bu \u015fekilde ili\u015fkisi bulunmayan i\u015fyerlerindeki \u00fcyelerin asgari \u00fccreti i\u00e7in hukuksal, fiili, toplumsal bask\u0131 olu\u015fturulur.<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0G\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri<\/p>\n<p>Gerek\u00e7e: 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonlar\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7iler, ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde 8 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi vermi\u015fler ve 20. yy.da g\u00fcnde 8 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda uygulan\u0131r hale gelmi\u015f; devletlerce yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak bug\u00fcn neoliberal uygulamalar\u0131n beraberinde getirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kurals\u0131zla\u015fma ve esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri ile birlikte emek\u00e7ilerin bu kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 geri al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn\u00a0 \u00fclkemizde g\u00fcnl\u00fck\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati 12 saat olarak kan\u0131ksanmakta ve i\u015fe gidi\u015f-geli\u015f\u00a0zamanlar\u0131\u00a0da eklendi\u011finde g\u00fcnde 14 saat i\u015f i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015famak, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ili\u015fkileri geli\u015ftirmek, mesleki geli\u015fim sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ki\u015fiye en iyi ihtimalle 2 saat kalmaktad\u0131r. Bunun insani ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2rd\u0131r.\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ile istihdam art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da sa\u011flanabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnl\u00fck\u00a0 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in karar \u00f6nerisi:TMMOB, insanca ya\u015famak, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fim sa\u011flamak, i\u015f\u00a0sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini temin etmek i\u00e7in, \u00fccret kayb\u0131\u00a0olmaks\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatinin 6 saate, haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatinin en fazla 35 saate indirilmesi i\u00e7in di\u011fer emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte m\u00fccadele eder.<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tip (\u00d6rnek) S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 karar\u0131 \u00f6nerisi:<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, g\u00fcvencesiz ve esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma bi\u00e7imlerine (ta\u015feron, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli) kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele eder. Bu kapsamda Tip S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler ta\u015feron, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli, kadrolu gibi farkl\u0131 stat\u00fclerdeki teknik elemanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in olmazsa olmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB meslek alan\u0131n\u0131\u00a0d\u00fczenleyen yetkili kurum olarak m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma standartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen bir tip s\u00f6zle\u015fme haz\u0131rlar ve Oda \u00fcyelerinin bu ko\u015fullar ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in hukuki, toplumsal bask\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde teknik elamanlar\u0131n i\u015f\u00a0tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6rev ve yetkilerinin a\u00e7\u0131k olarak belirlenmesi sa\u011flar.S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde; servis, kre\u015f, sosyal alan, mesleki geli\u015fim (kitapl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, periyodik yay\u0131n), g\u00fcnl\u00fck vardiya s\u00fcresi, fazla mesai \u00fccreti, izin ve tatiller, SGK primlerin tam \u00f6denmesi vb haklar\u0131n g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131\u00a0 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hukuk B\u00fcrosu Karar \u00f6nerisi:<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, \u0130l Koordinasyon Kurullar\u0131\u00a0(\u0130KK) b\u00fcnyesinde kadrolu avukat istihdam\u0131\u00a0 ile hukuk birimleri kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. (Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 %7,3; Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z %32,7).<\/p>\n<p>Bizler bu sonucu \u201cTMMOB meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0 koruyucu\/geli\u015ftirici politikalar \u00fcretmeli ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n mesleki sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirip getirmedi\u011fini denetlemelidir\u201d \u015feklinde yorumlayabiliriz.Bir ba\u015fka soruda da ankete kat\u0131lanlara \u201cmesle\u011fimize ve topluma kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u00a0 \u00e7o\u011fu zaman i\u015fveren ve\/veya y\u00f6neticilerin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131yla\/istekleriyle \u00e7eli\u015fki halindedir\u201d c\u00fcmlesine kat\u0131l\u0131p kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorulmu\u015ftur. Teknik elemanlar\u0131n i\u015fyerlerindeki di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan farkl\u0131 olabilecek \u00f6zg\u00fcl sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in sendikalar i\u00e7inde teknik eleman masalar\u0131 kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik eder, gerekti\u011finde buralarda temsilci bulundurur.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0birimlerde Temsilcilik, \u015eube, Oda, Birlik d\u00fczeyinde m\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturulur.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0birimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis, mimar ve planc\u0131lar\u0131n sendikala\u015fma bilincini geli\u015ftirici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapar. TMMOB\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131 Oda\u2019lar, Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (T\u0130S) kapsam\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan MM\u015eP\u2019leri i\u00e7ine alacak bi\u00e7imde geni\u015fletir.<\/p>\n<p>5-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u0130\u015fsizlik ve \u0130\u015fsiz M\u00fchendis Mimar \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda karar \u00f6nerileri:<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fsizlik genel olarak kapitalizmin, emek\u00e7ileri maruz b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel sorunlar\u0131ndan birisidir. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neoliberal politikalarla artarak s\u00fcrmektedir. \u0130\u015fsizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele, temel m\u00fccadele ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan birisidir. Bu do\u011frultuda Kurultay a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki talepleri karar alt\u0131na almal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; TMMOB,- \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvencesinin kapsam\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara geni\u015fletilmesi, i\u015fverenlerin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc keyfi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda buyurucu i\u015fe iadeyi i\u00e7ermesi, i\u015fverenlerin i\u015f\u00e7inin dava s\u00fcresince i\u015fsiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00fcrenin \u00fccretinden t\u00fcm malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sorumlu olmas\u0131, bu \u00f6demenin i\u015fverenden yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devlet taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in;- \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00a0\u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131\u00a0kapsayacak \u015fekilde geni\u015fletilmesi, s\u00fcre ve miktar olarak i\u015fsizlerin insanca ya\u015famas\u0131na yetecek seviyede olmas\u0131\u00a0i\u00e7in; m\u00fccadele eder.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; TMMOB, \u0130KK\u2019lar b\u00fcnyesinde i\u015fsizlikle m\u00fccadele b\u00fcrolar\u0131 kurar. Bu b\u00fcrolar, Odalar\u0131n \u00fcyelerinin i\u015f bulmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur, yeni girilen i\u015flerde \u00fcyelerin hak ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 koruyan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar, hukuk birimiyle e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak i\u015ften at\u0131lmalara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele eder.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; TMMOB, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131\u00a0ve g\u00fcvenli ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n bir gere\u011fi olarak, t\u00fcm mal ve hizmetlerin \u00fcretimi ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n denetiminin kamusal olmas\u0131\u00a0ve kamu kurumlar\u0131\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmas\u0131\u00a0i\u00e7in yasama organ\u0131na bask\u0131\u00a0olu\u015fturur ve bu sayede i\u015fsiz \u00fcyeleri i\u00e7in kitlesel i\u015f alan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>-TMMOB\u2019ye ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0birimler i\u015fsiz kalan \u00fcyelerinden i\u015fsiz kald\u0131klar\u0131\u00a0d\u00f6nem boyunca aidat almaz.<\/p>\n<p>6-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a019 Eyl\u00fcl Teknik Elemanlar Dayan\u0131\u015fma G\u00fcn\u00fc karar \u00f6nerisi:19 Eyl\u00fcl 1979\u2019da TMMOB taraf\u0131ndan, \u00fccret ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi, grevli, toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli sendikal haklar ve teknik hizmetin emek\u00e7i halka sunulmas\u0131 talepleriyle, 54 ilde 736 i\u015fyerinde 100 binden fazla m\u00fchendis ve mimar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015f b\u0131rakma eylemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.19 Eyl\u00fcl 1979, TMMOB tarihinde \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n mesleki ve toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n en ileri prati\u011finin sergilendi\u011fi g\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.
