Bu kurultay fikrinin bundan bir ka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce &#8220;kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 ve teknik elemanlar e-posta grubunda&#8221; filizlendi\u011fini belirten Ko\u00e7, tabandan tavana ya\u015fananan genel kurul s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, ve en son olarak kad\u0131n delegelerin \u00e7abas\u0131yla TMMOB Genel Kurulu\u2018nda karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7i\u015fini anlatt\u0131. Ko\u00e7 kurultay\u0131n olu\u015fumunda izlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6nteminden bahsederek, haz\u0131rl\u0131klar kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen b\u00f6lge \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da k\u0131sa bilgiler aktard\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn son konu\u015fmac\u0131s\u0131 TMMOB Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi, Peyzaj Mimarlar\u0131 Odas\u0131\u2018ndan G\u00fclay Odaba\u015f oldu. At\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan forumla kad\u0131n mimar, m\u00fchendis ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131larak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirildi. <\/p>\n<p>Mimarl\u0131k, m\u00fchendislik ve \u015fehir planc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi genellikle erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirilen mesleklerde kad\u0131nlar e\u011fitimden i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na, i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131ndan \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc yap\u0131lara pek \u00e7ok alanda sorunlar ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Bu sorunlar ya\u015fanan ekonomik krizler ve siyasi de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle daha da derinle\u015fmektedir. E\u011fitimde ya\u015fanan cinsiyet ayr\u0131m\u0131, i\u015f arama s\u00fcrecinden ba\u015flayarak i\u015f hayat\u0131 boyunca kad\u0131n\u0131 takip etmektedir. Erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tercih edildi\u011fi i\u015fe al\u0131mlarda, kad\u0131nlar mesleki yeterliliklerini ispat etmek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Mesleki yeterliliklerini kabul edildi\u011finde ise \u00f6zel ya\u015famlar\u0131 evlenme ve \u00e7ocuk yapma planlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 beklenmektedir. \u0130\u015fe al\u0131nan kad\u0131nlar ise i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda k\u0131yafetinden i\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilerine kadar s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bek\u00e2r, ni\u015fanl\u0131, evli ya da bo\u015fanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gibi tamamen \u00f6zel ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiren \u00f6zellikleri ise i\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirip a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rabilmekte hatta tacize u\u011frama olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara g\u00f6re daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak, daha az \u00fccret ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bunun yan\u0131nda esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na sahip i\u015flerde ise daha \u00e7ok kad\u0131nlar g\u00f6rev almaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar genellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck profilli i\u015flerde g\u00f6revlendirilmekte, i\u015fyerindeki terfi ko\u015fullar\u0131 erkek meslekta\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha a\u011f\u0131r gereklilikler i\u00e7ermektedir. Bir\u00e7ok kurum, kurulu\u015f ve i\u015fyerlerinde \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici kadrolarda kad\u0131nlar yer almamaktad\u0131r. Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu durum meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve sendikalar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.
