Buna g\u00f6re, sinyaller kullanarak ku\u015flar\u0131n rotas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirecek bir sistem i\u00e7in uzmanlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. <\/p>\n<p>O g\u00fcn, projenin fizibilite ve \u00c7ED a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bu i\u015fin, neden ihaleden iki y\u0131l sonra yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 merak etmi\u015ftim.
