DS\u0130 verilerine g\u00f6re Ergene Nehri y\u0131llard\u0131r kimyasal kirlilik parametreleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok kirli anlam\u0131na gelen 4. s\u0131n\u0131f k\u0131ta i\u00e7i kirli sudur ve hi\u00e7bir ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lamaz. Yap\u0131lan analizlerde normal de\u011ferlerden kat be kat fazla a\u011f\u0131r metaller bulundu\u011fu tespit ediliyor. Trakya \u00dcniversitesi tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda(1) \u00c7orlu ve civar\u0131nda yeti\u015fen bitkilerde limitleri a\u015fan kur\u015fun de\u011ferleri saptand\u0131. Trakya \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sulama suyu ve pirin\u00e7te a\u011f\u0131r metal d\u00fczeylerini ara\u015ft\u0131ran \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise bitkilerde demir, mangan, \u00e7inko, kur\u015fun ve nikel bulundu\u011fu tespit edildi. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin tar\u0131msal \u00fcretiminde bu\u011fday\u0131n % 12\u2019si, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finin %61\u2019i, \u00e7elti\u011fin % 54\u2019\u00fc Ergene Havzas\u0131&#8217;ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. Tar\u0131m arazilerinin su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan Ergene Nehri b\u00f6ylelikle tar\u0131msal g\u0131dalarla beslenen halka, \u00e7evresindeki canl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131na zehir sa\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 600 civar\u0131nda olan fabrika say\u0131s\u0131 2037 say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131. Sermaye uygun hammadde se\u00e7imi, ar\u0131tma ve filtreleme sistemleriyle kirlili\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilecekken Ergene Nehri&#8217;ni temizlemek i\u00e7in(!) Marmara Denizi&#8217;ni kirletecek. Bunun i\u00e7in <strong>Tekirda\u011f Ergene Derin Deniz De\u015farj Anonim \u015eirketi<\/strong>\u00a0kuruldu. O zamanki ad\u0131yla \u00c7evre ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131(2) taraf\u0131ndan 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda kamuoyuna duyurulan Ergene Havzas\u0131 Koruma Eylem Plan\u0131&#8217;nda yer alan bir ad\u0131m bu. \u015eirketin y\u00f6netim kurulu b\u00f6lgede faaliyette olan 10 Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi(OSB) kurucusundan olu\u015fuyor. Tekirda\u011f Valisi de \u015firketin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At\u0131k sular borularla Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne<\/strong><br \/>\nDerin deniz de\u015farj\u0131, at\u0131k sular\u0131n sahillerden belirli uzakl\u0131klarda deniz dibine borularla bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u015flemidir. Bu y\u00f6ntem T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ilk kez kullan\u0131lm\u0131yor. K\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 olan belediyelerin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem. Bu sefer Ergene Nehri&#8217;ne verilen at\u0131k sular borularla Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne ta\u015f\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<p>Proje ile ilgili bilgilendirmede ileri biyolojik at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma tesisleri \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren deniz hatt\u0131 hari\u00e7 yakla\u015f\u0131k 82km&#8217;lik boru hatt\u0131 olu\u015fturulaca\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor. Oysa Su Kirlili\u011fi Kontrol\u00fc Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;nde derin de\u015farj y\u00f6ntemini denize k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 olan yerle\u015fimler ve k\u0131y\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde olan end\u00fcstriler i\u00e7in tan\u0131ml\u0131yor(3). Ergene boyunca s\u0131ralanan fabrikalar\u0131n at\u0131k sular\u0131 82km boyunca ta\u015f\u0131nacak. Bilgilendirmede ileri biyolojik ar\u0131tma diye bir bilgi verilse de nas\u0131l bir ar\u0131tma olaca\u011f\u0131 detayland\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f. Bir kez daha y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k s\u00f6z konusu. Y\u00f6netmelik ar\u0131tma i\u015flemi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir m\u00fchendislik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 istiyor(4). Biyolojik ar\u0131tma, at\u0131k s\u0131v\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f halde bulunan organik kirleticileri mikroorganizmalarla par\u00e7alama i\u015flemidir. Oysa \u00c7erkezk\u00f6y ,\u00c7orlu ve di\u011fer OSB&#8217;lerde deri, tekstil, boya fabrikalar\u0131 yani kimyasallarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan fabrikalar bulunuyor. Bu fabrikalar\u0131n bak\u0131r, s\u00fclfat, krom, \u00e7inko gibi a\u011f\u0131r metal at\u0131klar\u0131 bulunuyor. Biyolojik ar\u0131tma y\u00f6ntemi ile a\u011f\u0131r metaller yok edilemez. Ergene&#8217;ye verilen at\u0131k sularda mutlaka ileri derecede kimyasal ar\u0131t\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekirken projede ne yaz\u0131k ki ad\u0131 bile ge\u00e7miyor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16622\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16622\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/res_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16622 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/res_2.jpg\" alt=\"res_2\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/res_2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/res_2-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16622\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Yeterli ve gerekli ar\u0131tma sistemlerini bar\u0131nd\u0131rmayan Tekirda\u011f Ergene Derin Deniz De\u015farj A.\u015e. ile sermaye pisliklerini Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne g\u00f6mecek<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ergene Nehri&#8217;ni zehirleyen ve temizleyeceklerini iddia eden s\u00f6zde \u00e7evreci \u015firketler esas olarak Ergene&#8217;ye akan 560 bin metrek\u00fcp g\u00fcnl\u00fck at\u0131k suyunu Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne verip kirlili\u011fi seyreltmeyi, suyun yo\u011funluk fark\u0131 ile a\u011f\u0131r metalleri denizin dibinde tutmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Yani yeterli ve gerekli ar\u0131tma sistemlerini bar\u0131nd\u0131rmayan, y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem ile sermaye pisliklerini Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne s\u00fcp\u00fcrecek. Sistem i\u015fler hale geldikten sonra Marmara Denizi a\u011f\u0131r metal i\u00e7eren at\u0131k sularla kirlenecek. Ba\u015fta dip bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131-\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini tehlikeye sokacak bu kirlilik, a\u011f\u0131r metal i\u00e7erikli bal\u0131klarla sofralara ta\u015f\u0131nacak, zamanla Marmara k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131 da halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tehdit olu\u015fturacak.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz teknolojisiyle \u00e7evreyi ve do\u011fay\u0131 kirletmeyecek \u015fekilde ar\u0131tma yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Kamusal kaynaklardan milyonlarca lira harcanarak yap\u0131lacak olan <strong>Tekirda\u011f Ergene Derin Deniz De\u015farj\u0131 A.\u015e.<\/strong> Ergene&#8217;deki felaketi borularla Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne ta\u015f\u0131maktan ba\u015fka bir i\u015fe yaramayacak.
