Proje kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri (DS\u0130) ve Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne (KGM) ba\u011fl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m, yol ve baraj ihalelerin tamam\u0131 Cengiz ve Kolin&#8217;e verilirken, imar planlama ihaleleri de Barlas \u0130mar Plan Ltd. isimli \u015firkete\u00a0 verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Her kamu ihalesinin kazananlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\n17-25 Aral\u0131k yolsuzluk operasyonlar\u0131nda ba\u015fta Cengiz ve Kolin \u015firketleri olmak \u00fczere AKP&#8217;ye yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilinen in\u015faat \u015firketlerinin d\u00f6nemin Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Tayyip Erdo\u011fan ve Bakanlar\u0131yla kurduklar\u0131 organik ili\u015fkilerle kamu ihalelerindeki yolsuzluklar\u0131 da ortaya sa\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
