Diyagramlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n ve denklemlerinizin aras\u0131ndayken bunu asla unutmay\u0131n.&#8221; &#8211; Albert Einstein<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislik mesle\u011fi kapitalist \u00fcretim ili\u015fkilerindeki rol\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir akademik tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturmakta. Ancak bu metinde y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tart\u0131\u015fma bak\u0131m\u0131ndan; m\u00fchendislik mesle\u011finin ve kapitalizmin tarihsel geli\u015fim dinamiklerinin e\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ve kapitalizm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilemeyecek bir \u00fcretim dinami\u011fi olan m\u00fchendislerin ayn\u0131 zamanda kapitalizmin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerinde \u00fccretli kesimler oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini vurgulamakla yetinece\u011fiz. Bu vurgumuz yani \u201ckapitalizmin \u00e7ocu\u011fu\u201d m\u00fchendislerin ayn\u0131 zamanda kapitalizm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan mirastan reddedilen \u201cevlatl\u0131k\u201d durumu m\u00fchendislerin toplumsal konumu \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fini belirleyen bir \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendisler \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki bu \u00f6zg\u00fcn konumlar\u0131na ek olarak potansiyel olarak ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 ayd\u0131n kimlikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da toplumun geli\u015fme dinamikleri i\u00e7inde en canl\u0131 kesimlerden biridir. \u0130\u00e7inde yeti\u015ftikleri toplumun sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayan, do\u011fru buldu\u011fu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri y\u00fcksek sesle ba\u011f\u0131rmaktan \u00e7ekinmeyen ve bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin hayata ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eden bir bak\u0131ma halk\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc karanl\u0131k yola \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutan; ayd\u0131nlard\u0131r. M\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in ayd\u0131n-l\u0131\u011f\u0131n anahtar\u0131 kapitalist \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin verimlili\u011fini artt\u0131rmak ad\u0131na donat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 bilgiyle ezilen toplumsal kesimler i\u00e7in kurtulu\u015f anlam\u0131na gelecek kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7ma yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve c\u00fcretidir.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da kaba bir bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonucu; m\u00fchendis \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin salt bir mesleki \u00f6rg\u00fct olamayaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Nas\u0131l bir TMMOB tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fchendisler ve toplumun di\u011fer ezilen kesimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan anlaml\u0131 bir sonuca ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n temel ko\u015fulu; \u00fclkemizdeki s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerinin niteli\u011fi ve bu ili\u015fkilere kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru m\u00fccadele \u00e7izgisinin ne olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin bulunmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yan\u0131t\u0131 ararken TMMOB tarihine k\u0131sa bir bak\u0131\u015f anlaml\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1954 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan TMMOB, t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fe sahip, Anayasan\u0131n 135. maddesinde belirtilen kamu kurumu niteli\u011finde bir meslek kurulu\u015fudur. Kurulu\u015funda 10 odas\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 8000 \u00fcyesi bulunan TMMOB\u2019nin 31.12.2006 tarihi itibariyle Oda say\u0131s\u0131 23\u2019e, \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 ise 308,695\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, II. M\u00fchendislik &#8211; Mimarl\u0131k Kurultay\u0131&#8217;nda al\u0131nan kararalara g\u00f6re; demokrat ve yurtsever karakterde, emekten ve halktan yana, anti-emperyalist, yeni d\u00fcnya d\u00fczeni teorilerinin, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve gericili\u011fin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olan bir mesleki kitle \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011fe g\u00f6re TMMOB siyasetin dar anlam\u0131n\u0131 a\u015far, ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131n\u0131 siyasetle ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fcr, tavr\u0131 bar\u0131\u015ftan yanad\u0131r, insan haklar\u0131 ihlallerine kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 her ko\u015fulda korur, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc sadece \u00fcyelerinden ve bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan al\u0131r. TMMOB meslek ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fclkenin ve halk\u0131n sorunlar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder, politikalar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda demokratik merkeziyet\u00e7i y\u00f6ntemleri uygular, karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde demokratik ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Demokratik kitle \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile ilkeli ve demokratik i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki ifadeler, nas\u0131l bir TMMOB tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na anlaml\u0131 bir yan\u0131t olu\u015fturmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a de\u011ferlidir. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortadad\u0131r ki TMMOB kurulu\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki \u00f6zg\u00fcn tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rsa, ilerici bir iskelete sahiptir. Bug\u00fcn TMMOB \u00fczerine yeniden tart\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamam\u0131z\u0131n nedeni ise 53 y\u0131ll\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015fi, 23 ayr\u0131 oda ve 40\u2019\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n meslek disiplininin birikimini, ayd\u0131n potansiyelini ta\u015f\u0131yan, tarihinin uzun bir d\u00f6nemini sol (halk\u00e7\u0131) bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcten TMMOB\u2019nin sahip oldu\u011fu bu ilerici potansiyeli, toplumsal tarihimizdeki s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerinin derinle\u015ftirildi\u011fi, ad\u0131na neoliberal s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc politikalar\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz ve \u00fclkemizin t\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n talan edildi\u011fi, toplumun gerici fa\u015fist cendereye sokulmak istendi\u011fi bug\u00fcnlerde bu sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 duracak bir bi\u00e7imde etkinle\u015ftir(e)memesinin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bulma \u00e7abas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Nas\u0131l bir TMMOB tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n temel dinamikleri \u00fclkemiz toplumsal muhalefetinin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu krizde aranmal\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye toplumsal muhalefetinin krizi, yeni liberal sald\u0131r\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerinin halk \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131mlara kar\u015f\u0131 yeni bir muhalefet \u00e7izgisi olu\u015fturamama sorunudur. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilerici g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin neoliberal sald\u0131rganl\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki tutuklu\u011fu AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin se\u00e7im zaferinin ard\u0131ndan daha da per\u00e7inlenmi\u015ftir. Halk\u0131n geni\u015f kesimlerinin sorunlar\u0131na adres olamayan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilerici g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bu zafiyeti, TMMOB\u2019deki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in ortak m\u00fccadelenin ve toplumun di\u011fer ezilen kesimleri i\u00e7in de bir dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ortak adresi olamayarak bulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa \u00fclkemiz ve halk\u0131m\u0131z AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmeti arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yo\u011fun emperyalist s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizin ekonomik ve siyasal alanda ABD emperyalizminin hegemonyas\u0131n kabul eden ve bu do\u011frultuda emperyalizmden a\u00e7\u0131k destek alan AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin T\u00fcrkiye halklar\u0131na vaat etti\u011fi gelecek bellidir. Bir yandan t\u00fcm kamusal haklar piyasan\u0131n kar g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcne teslim edilmekte, Ortado\u011fu\u2019da emperyalist i\u015fgalin i\u015fbirlik\u00e7isi haline gelinmekte, di\u011fer yandan binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r karde\u015flik i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrk ve K\u00fcrt halklar\u0131 aras\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k tohumlar\u0131 yerle\u015ftirilmekte, yoksulluk artt\u0131k\u00e7a b\u00fct\u00fcn toplum gerici \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin sahte dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131na yedeklendirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>AKP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen neoliberal sald\u0131rganl\u0131k en net ifadesini kamusal alan\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 ve halk\u0131n kamusal haklar\u0131n tamam\u0131yla gasp edilmesi olarak bulmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, bar\u0131nma, enerji, su, temiz \u00e7evre gibi en temel haklar piyasala\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle sermayeye pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekilen metalar haline gelmektedir. Halk\u0131n kamusal haklar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck bu neoliberal sald\u0131rganl\u0131k, halk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir yandan insanca ya\u015fam olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131racak yeni bir ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 temeli olu\u015ftururken di\u011fer yandan t\u00fcm toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ahlaki y\u00f6nden bozulmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Kamusal alan\u0131n tasfiyesi halk\u0131n siyasal alanla kurdu\u011fu dolayl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131n da ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucunu do\u011furacakt\u0131r. Kamusal haklar\u0131nda mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lan yoksul halk, gerici bir ku\u015fatmayla \u00e7evrelenmekte, sahte dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131 ile dilencile\u015ftirilerek dinci ve fa\u015fist ili\u015fki a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye toplumsal muhalefeti ve do\u011fal olarak TMMOB bu yeni sald\u0131r\u0131 dalgas\u0131n\u0131 kavrayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece toplum i\u00e7indeki konumunun etkisizle\u015fmesine mahkum olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Olu\u015fan yeni pazarda m\u00fchendislerin pay\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ise bir yandan t\u00fcm bu haklardan toplumun di\u011fer kesimleri gibi mahrum kalmak, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na mahkum olmak dolay\u0131s\u0131yla her an i\u015fsizlik tehlikesiyle, \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n gasp\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmak yani asl\u0131nda insanca ya\u015fam hakk\u0131ndan mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lmakt\u0131r. Ak\u0131lda tutmam\u0131z gereken nokta \u015fudur ki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki benzeri adaletsizlikler ilerleyen g\u00fcnlerde \u00e7ok daha pervas\u0131zca hayata ge\u00e7irilecektir. Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn toplumsal stat\u00fcs\u00fc erozyona u\u011frayan m\u00fchendis ve mimarlar\u0131n eme\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fck s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc yo\u011funlu\u011funu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek yasal d\u00fczenlemeler de hali haz\u0131rda kap\u0131da beklemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Tam da bu noktada TMMOB\u2019nin uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r sahip oldu\u011fu ilerici sol \u00e7izgiyi bu yeni sald\u0131r\u0131 hatt\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 en geni\u015f mimar-m\u00fchendis kitlesinin m\u00fccadele arac\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak yeni bir \u00e7izgiye ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 zorunluluktur. Bu zorunluluk en net ifadesini \u201chukuk yoluyla m\u00fccadele etmek\u201d prensibinin de\u011fi\u015fmesinde zaten bulacakt\u0131r. \u00dcyelerini ve toplumu ilgilendiren sorunlarda dava a\u00e7ma y\u00f6ntemini as\u0131l y\u00f6ntem olarak gelenekselle\u015ftiren ve \u00e7o\u011funlukla da a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 davalar\u0131 kazanarak ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar elde eden TMMOB\u2019nin yeni yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle, dava yoluyla m\u00fccadele y\u00f6nteminin i\u015flevsizle\u015fece\u011fi a\u015fikard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ve yerli i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilerin yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 liberal r\u00fczgar, sol g\u00fc\u00e7leri sistemin yaralar\u0131n\u0131 kapatmaya, demokratik kitle \u00f6rg\u00fctlerini sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc ba\u011flam\u0131na daraltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer t\u00fcm demokratik kitle \u00f6rg\u00fctleri gibi meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri de piyasa ili\u015fiklerine daralt\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmakta, uluslararas\u0131 \u201cfonlama\u201d mekanizmalar\u0131na dahil edilmekte, zaman zaman ise TMMOB\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin sermayenin i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n koordine edildi\u011fi, proje koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn temel bir misyon olarak dayat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir duruma b\u00fcr\u00fcnmektedir. Bu dayatma TMMOB a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan etik bir sorun olu\u015fturman\u0131n yan\u0131nda neoliberal politikalar\u0131n uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmak anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. TMMOB\u2019nin ticari bir yap\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 ve temel gelir kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcye aidatlar\u0131 ile \u00fcye hizmet alanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan denetim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na dayanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizdeki geleneksel sol damarlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fa kayd\u0131\u011f\u0131, sol \u00e7izgide liberal e\u011filimlerin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde TMMOB da bu de\u011fi\u015fimden etkilenmektedir. Toplumsal sorunlarla do\u011fru ve ger\u00e7ek bir ba\u011f\u0131n kurulamamas\u0131 TMMOB\u2019un kendi i\u00e7inde b\u00fcrokratikle\u015fme, kastla\u015fma sorunlar\u0131na; kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ise se\u00e7kinci, mesafeli bir ili\u015fkinin olu\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Sol siyasal yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6nceliklerine g\u00f6re oda y\u00f6netimlerinde davranma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcyelerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n kapsanamamas\u0131na ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kampla\u015fmalara neden olmaktad\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc bellidir: Demokratik Kitle \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc olmak. Yani, \u00fclkede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen toplumsal m\u00fccadelenin aktif bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmak, kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131n ve \u00fcyelerinin t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde taraf olmak ve kendi i\u00e7erisinde \u201cdemokratik merkeziyet\u00e7ilik\u201d ilkesini hi\u00e7bir istisnaya yer b\u0131rakmayacak \u015fekilde uygulamak.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye solu bir ideolojik karma\u015fa i\u00e7erisindedir, AB kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da savunuculu\u011fu; ulusalc\u0131l\u0131k ya da liberallik s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ilerici ve tutarl\u0131 fikirler sol i\u00e7erisinde de halk nezdinde de \u015fimdilik g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanmamaktad\u0131r. Hal b\u00f6yle iken T\u00fcrkiye toplumu ve ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki u\u00e7urum g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e artmakta, ayd\u0131nlar da toplumun ezilen kesimlerinin sorunlar\u0131na kavray\u0131c\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f geli\u015ftirememektedir. TMMOB \u00fclkemizin en \u00f6nemli ayd\u0131n potansiyelini temsil eden \u00f6rg\u00fctlerden biridir. Ayd\u0131n olman\u0131n gerekleri TMMOB\u00a0M\u00fchendislik &#8211; Mimarl\u0131k Kurultay\u0131&#8217;nda daf a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a temel ilkeler aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015f, mimar ve m\u00fchendisler \u00fclke sorunlar\u0131na duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel sorumluluklar\u0131ndan biri olarak kabul etmi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn bu kabul noktas\u0131ndan nispeten uzakta olan TMMOB\u2019nin, sava\u015fa, gericili\u011fe ve fa\u015fizme ayd\u0131n olman\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu ile kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 halklar aras\u0131 karde\u015fli\u011fin aktif savunucusu olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz ki ayn\u0131 zamanda neoliberal sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 da; \u00f6zellikle bar\u0131nma, enerji, su, haberle\u015fme, ula\u015f\u0131m ve temiz bir \u00e7evre haklar\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fccadelelere m\u00fchendislerin toplumsal sorumlulu\u011fu vurgusu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak bilimsel destek sa\u011flamak ve ayr\u0131ca halk\u0131n haklar\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinin aktif \u00f6znesi olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131saca ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, neo liberal sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ma\u011fduru olan halk kesimleri ve mimar m\u00fchendislerin toplumsal \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 birdir. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n ortak fikri, eylemi, ahlak\u0131, ve dili yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde TMMOB tarihsel miras\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in anlaml\u0131 bir de\u011fer haline getirebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019nin toplumsal konumu bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bir di\u011fer sorumluluk alan\u0131 ise \u00fcniversitelerdir. \u00dcniversitelerdeki m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimi tamamen piyasan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re i\u00e7erik kazanmakta, m\u00fchendislik fak\u00fcltelerindeki \u00f6\u011frenciler daha \u00fcniversite amfilerinde ayd\u0131n kimli\u011finden uzakla\u015fmakta, toplumsal misyonlar\u0131 sadece sermayenin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve \u00fcretmeye y\u00f6neltilmektedir. \u00dcniversiter e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki bu y\u00f6nlendirme mezun olduktan sonra oda \u00fcyesi olsun ya da olmas\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin ilerici kimli\u011fini a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan TMMOB\u2019nin yukar\u0131da bahsedilen ilkelerinin a\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesinin olmazsa olmaz\u0131 TMMOB \u00f6\u011frenci komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerdeki etkinli\u011finin m\u00fchendislik \u00f6\u011frencilerinin ayd\u0131n kimli\u011findeki a\u015f\u0131nman\u0131n engellenmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitiminin niteli\u011fine m\u00fcdahale etme inisiyatifinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihin en azg\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ili\u015fkilerinin yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcstelik ayn\u0131 zamanda dinci gericili\u011fi kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131ran siyasal d\u00fczenlemelerle daha da karanl\u0131k hale gelen bir yol toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne dayat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumda ge\u00e7en her g\u00fcn t\u00fcm demokrasi g\u00fc\u00e7lerine tarihsel bir sorumluluk y\u00fcklemektedir. Ancak \u00f6zellikle mimar ve m\u00fchendisler toplumsal ya\u015famda gerici fikirlere kar\u015f\u0131 bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi, ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 te\u015fvik etme bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir role sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 unutmamal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Bu bak\u0131mdan nas\u0131l bir TMMOB tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda nas\u0131l bir \u00fclke tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n temel unsurlar\u0131ndan biridir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z nas\u0131l bir TMMOB tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l dinami\u011fi ise, i\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan y\u00fcz binlerce mimar-m\u00fchendis, m\u00fchendislik ve mimarl\u0131k fak\u00fcltelerinde okuyan binlerce \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi ve \u00fclkemizin d\u00f6rt bir k\u00f6\u015fesinde ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesi veren milyonlarca yoksul insand\u0131r.
