Art\u0131k \u00fcniversite mezunu olmak, i\u015f bulmay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmamakta hatta bir yan\u0131yla zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Kapitalizmin insan\u0131 metala\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ile birlikte, bireyin kendini geli\u015ftirmesi, e\u011fitmesi, de\u011ferli ve talep edilebilir sermayeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmesi beklenmektedir. Sermayenin alan\u0131 piyasad\u0131r. <strong>Piyasada de\u011ferin yoksa <span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cO zaman su\u00e7lu sensindir, kendini yeterince e\u011fitmemi\u015fsindir<\/strong>.\u201d Bu durum toplumun su\u00e7lu olmas\u0131n\u0131n, su\u00e7lanmas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedenidir. \u0130nsan\u0131n sermayele\u015fmesine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a, bu s\u00fcrecin do\u011fal sonucu olacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Kapitalizmin \u00f6z\u00fcnde yatan, sermayenin ve eme\u011fin vatan\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>En ucuz emek g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> neredeyse \u00fcretimi oraya ta\u015f\u0131yan kapitalizm, <strong>d\u00fcnyada birbirini g\u00f6rmeyen<\/strong> emek\u00e7ilerin, hi\u00e7 fark\u0131nda olmadan birbirlerini tehdit etmelerine neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Sistem nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn zaman i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kay\u0131plar sonucunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, gelir d\u00fczeyinde ve ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131nda niteliksiz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ile ayn\u0131 ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131nda asgari d\u00fczeyde ortakla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 getirir. <strong>Meslekler, ya\u015fam ve hatta t\u00fcm toplum de\u011fersizle\u015fir ve en alt ko\u015fullarda e\u015fitlenir.<\/strong> Toplum art\u0131k kendini ve sistemi bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak t\u00fcm \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar. Ayd\u0131nlar sistemi sorgulamaya ve yeni sistemler aramaya ba\u015flar. Ama bu her zaman d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ya da devrimci olmaz. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: 17.4pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u0130\u015fsizlik \u00fczerine<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Yak\u0131n gelecekte <strong>i\u015fsizli\u011fin azalmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir iyile\u015fme olmayacak<\/strong> tam tersine her y\u0131l i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi art\u0131\u015flar ya\u015fanacakt\u0131r. Ya\u015fanan bu olumsuz s\u00fcrece ra\u011fmen toplumsal refleks olu\u015fmamakta, mevcut durumun, <strong>yoksullu\u011fun ve i\u015fsizli\u011fin giderek kan\u0131ksand\u0131\u011f\u0131 <\/strong>g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Ekonomik ko\u015fullar ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi nedeni ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar <strong>hukuksal haklar\u0131n\u0131 aramaktan dahi \u00e7ekinmektedirler<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu verileri, \u00f6zellikle \u00fcniversite ve \u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc aras\u0131nda i\u015fsizli\u011fin giderek artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00dcniversite mezunu olmayanlar aras\u0131nda i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131nda radikal art\u0131\u015flar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, i\u015f arama s\u00fcreleri k\u0131sa,i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc devir h\u0131zlar\u0131 da y\u00fcksektir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00dcniversiteden yeni mezun olanlar aras\u0131nda i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye genel i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n iki kat\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131fsal kimlik i\u00e7erisinde m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemleri mesleklerin icra mecralar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi nedeniyle klasik emek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerine daha da yakla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">M\u00fchendisler yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015ften ve ald\u0131klar\u0131 e\u011fitimden kaynaklanarak \u00e7o\u011fu zaman kendilerini i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6rmek yerine se\u00e7kinci bir anlay\u0131\u015fla daha farkl\u0131 bir konuma yerle\u015ftirirler. Bu durum MM\u015eP \u2018lerin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 etkin kullanmas\u0131na engel olmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">S\u00fcre\u00e7 analiz edildi\u011finde, m\u00fchendisler 657 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun gibi baz\u0131 yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle birlikte t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla ayn\u0131 haklara tabii tutulmu\u015f ve mesleki kimliklerine ba\u011fl\u0131 ayr\u0131cal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yitirerek sendikala\u015fma ihtiyac\u0131 duymu\u015flard\u0131r. M\u00fchendisler 1962 anayasas\u0131n\u0131n getirdikleri ile birlikte 1965\u2019li y\u0131llarda kendi sendikalar\u0131n\u0131 kurmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat teknik eleman sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 darbelerle sekteye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f, bu konuda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u0130\u015fyerlerinde m\u00fchendisler \u201ci\u015fveren vekili\u201d stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmalar\u0131 nedeni ile toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde taraflar\u0131n uzla\u015fmas\u0131 ile <strong>kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar. Anti demokratik olan bu uygulaman\u0131n giderilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u0130stihdam bi\u00e7imlerinin (evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 i\u015f ili\u015fkisi, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, vb.) \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilmesi ve ayn\u0131 \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde bulunan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 i\u015fverenler alt\u0131na da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 <strong>\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir engeldir. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ListeParagraf\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Kapitalizm esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmakta, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 insani ileti\u015fim kurabilecekleri ortamlardan ve di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan yal\u0131tmaktad\u0131rlar.
