font-family: Arial;\">Haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak Dudullu OSB, Tuzla Kimyac\u0131lar Sanayi Sitesi toplant\u0131lar\u0131, kurultay y\u00fcr\u00fctme kurulu \u015fubeler ortak toplant\u0131s\u0131 ve odalar\u0131n \u00fcyeleri ile bilgilendirme toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Kurultay, \u00fcniversite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, emekli, i\u015fsiz ve \u00f6\u011frencilerden olu\u015fan 248 ki\u015finin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar karar \u00f6nergelerini s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve\/veya yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ifade ettiler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">KARAR \u00d6NERGELER\u0130<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda i\u015fe giri\u015fte ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB \u00f6ncelikle \u0130\u015f Kanununun \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc haftal\u0131k 45 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygular ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin yasal s\u0131n\u0131ra indirilmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB, insanca ya\u015famak, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fim sa\u011flamak, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini temin etmek i\u00e7in, \u00fccret kayb\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatinin 6 saate, haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatinin en fazla 35 saate indirilmesi i\u00e7in di\u011fer emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile beraber m\u00fccadele eder. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB, her d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiden birinin i\u015fiz oldu\u011fu \u00fclkemizde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin d\u00f6rtte bir oran\u0131nda indirilerek i\u015fsizlik sorununun ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi vb ba\u015fl\u0131klarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen e\u011fitimlerin ard\u0131ndan ilgili alanlarda yeni m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 istihdam\u0131 yerine i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flara yeni sorumluluklar y\u00fcklenmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fcyelerine g\u00f6rev tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcklenen sorumluluklar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr, i\u015f kollar\u0131ndaki bu g\u00f6rev tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 belirler ve bu konuda gerekli denetimi yapar.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB, meslek alan\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen yetkili kurum olarak m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma standartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen bir tip s\u00f6zle\u015fme haz\u0131rlar ve oda \u00fcyelerinin bu ko\u015fullar ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in hukuki, toplumsal bask\u0131 olu\u015fturur. S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6rev ve yetkilerinin a\u00e7\u0131k olarak belirlenmesini sa\u011flar. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">TMMOB, g\u00fcvencesiz ve esnek (ta\u015feron, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli) \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma bi\u00e7imlerine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele eder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">\u00dcniversitelerde i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi rekabetin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en \u00f6nemli engeldir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla 2547 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun 50D maddesi uygulan\u0131yor ve y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenimi biten ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlisi i\u015fini kaybediyor.
