TMMOB, s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6rev ve yetkilerinin a\u00e7\u0131k olarak belirlenmesini sa\u011flar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
