Kurultaya kat\u0131l\u0131m y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeydeydi. T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB) \u00fcyelerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurultayda, teknik elemanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sorunlar\u0131, krizin yans\u0131malar\u0131 ve sendikala\u015fma konusu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/><\/font> <font color=\"#000000\"><br \/>TMMOB taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00fcyelerin y\u00fczde 82\u2019sinin \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. \u0130\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 25 dolay\u0131nda bulunuyor. Kurultayda yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalarda, \u00f6zellikle \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, yasal 45 saatlik haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin a\u015f\u0131larak 66 saate kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 vurguland\u0131. Yine yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re m\u00fchendislerin y\u00fczde 55\u2019inin 800 ile 1200 TL, y\u00fczde 32\u2019sininse 1300 ile 2900 TL aras\u0131nda \u00fccret ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Kurultayda konu\u015fan \u00fcyeler, taban\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin de y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. \u00d6zellikle gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n aktif bir kat\u0131l\u0131m sergiledi\u011fi g\u00f6zlendi. Teknik elemanlar\u0131n somut sorunlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n taban\u0131 canland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve TMMOB\u2019ye \u00fcyeli\u011fi artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kurultayda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi, i\u015fsizli\u011fin ve \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmelerin teknik elemanlar \u00fczerindeki etkileri, kad\u0131n meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 ve asgari \u00fccret konular\u0131yla ilgili karar \u00f6nerileri tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131p oyland\u0131. Sosyal g\u00fcvenlikte ciddi hak kay\u0131plar\u0131na yol a\u00e7an 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n iptali i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele edilmesi istendi. Herkese Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik Gelecek Platformu\u2019nun \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda ve TMMOB \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerildi. Esnekle\u015fmeye, ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rmaya, \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131n\u0131n yasala\u015fmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019nin sendikal yasalardaki de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in di\u011fer meslek ve emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmas\u0131 kabul edildi. Kurultay \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, yani nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn (beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n), di\u011fer emek\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7lerle, kol emek\u00e7ileriyle (mavi yakal\u0131larla), birlikte m\u00fccadele etmesini vurgulamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme haiz. \u00dccretli m\u00fchendislerin, teknik elemanlar\u0131n organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde ve i\u015fyerlerinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bulunan sendikalarda di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla birlikte \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve m\u00fccadele talebi, bu sendikas\u0131z ortamda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
