D\u00f6nem Genel Kurulu\u2018nda kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin \u00f6nergesiyle karar alt\u0131na al\u0131nan, sekretaryas\u0131 Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (EMO) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve 55 y\u0131ll\u0131k TMMOB tarihinde ilk kez d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f olan TMMOB I. Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131; TMMOB\u2018nin bir kad\u0131n politikas\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, be\u015fte birini olu\u015fturan kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini ve temsiliyetini daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getirmek, TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131 odalar\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara nitelik ve nicelik olarak daha etkin kat\u0131labilmelerini sa\u011flamak, mesleki ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan kendilerini geli\u015ftirerek ifade edebilecekleri mekanizmalar\u0131 yaratabilmek, gerek \u00f6rg\u00fctsel gerek toplumsal geli\u015fmede potansiyel kad\u0131n enerjisini harekete ge\u00e7irmek, y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131nda ve di\u011fer kurullarda kad\u0131n temsiliyetini art\u0131rabilmek, kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda etkin olabilmek, di\u011fer kad\u0131n ve emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, \u00fcniversiteler ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 platformlarla ileti\u015fim ve dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7inde olmak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 i\u00e7inde kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 belirleyerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirmek ve bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerinin uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmektir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bu ama\u00e7la 21-22 Kas\u0131m 2009 tarihinde \u0130stanbul Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi Oditoryumu\u2018nda d\u00fczenlenen TMMOB Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Kurultay\u2018\u0131na 307 M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131 (MM\u015eP), 31 konuk ve 51 \u00f6\u011frenci \u00fcye olmak \u00fczere toplam 389 kad\u0131n kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, gerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda, gerek TMMOB \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n ancak kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile de\u011ferlendirilmesi, sorunu ya\u015fayan\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmde \u00f6zne olmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kurultay\u2018a haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde, Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131\u2018n\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, TMMOB organlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde etkin olarak var olabilmenin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modelleri olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in, Kurultay program\u0131 ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan forum ve b\u00f6lgesel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* 7 Haziran 2009\u2018da, \u0130stanbul\u2018da, 76 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde;<br \/>* 27 Eyl\u00fcl 2009\u2018da, Adana\u2018da, 40 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Akdeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde;<br \/>* 4 Ekim 2009\u2018da, \u0130zmir\u2018de, 92 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Ege B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde;<br \/>* 11 Ekim 2009 da, Samsun\u2018da,45 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde;<br \/>* 18 Ekim 2009 da, Ankara\u2018da, 71 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde;<br \/>* 1 Kas\u0131m 2009\u2018da Diyarbak\u0131r\u2018da, 40 MM\u015eP kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kurultay haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131nda ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme s\u00fcreci olarak ele al\u0131nan b\u00f6lgesel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar sonucunda \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Ankara, Diyarbak\u0131r, Bursa ve Adana illerinde TMMOB \u0130l Koordinasyon Kurulu Kad\u0131n Komisyonlar\u0131 kurulmu\u015ftur. Yine bir\u00e7ok ilde bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaylar ve Kurultay; E\u011fitimde Cinsiyet Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Cinsiyet\u00e7i \u0130\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve \u0130\u015fyeri Pratikleri, Kapitalist Kriz ve Kad\u0131nlar, TMMOB\u2018de Kad\u0131n \u00d6rg\u00fctlenmesi olmak \u00fczere d\u00f6rt ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u015fl\u0131klar kapsam\u0131nda TMMOB Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendis Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Kurultay\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar \u015fu \u015fekildedir;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversite \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimde ve bunu besleyen toplumsal yap\u0131da cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. Ders kitaplar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan dil ve tan\u0131mlanan roller cinsiyet\u00e7i bir nitelik g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu durum, lisans e\u011fitiminden ba\u015flayarak, meslek se\u00e7imi s\u00fcreci ve lisans e\u011fitimini kapsayacak \u015fekilde cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ola\u011fanla\u015fmas\u0131na ve meslek ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k temelli problemlerin kan\u0131ksanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, cinsiyet\u00e7ilik kad\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencilerin, e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde (\u00f6zellikle laboratuar, staj, arazi gibi ortamlarda ya da bar\u0131nma ortamlar\u0131nda) mesleki g\u00fcvenlerini ve ki\u015fisel b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini zedeleyecek s\u00f6ylem ve eylemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Meslek se\u00e7iminde ve mesle\u011fe haz\u0131rl\u0131kta belirleyici olan cinsiyet\u00e7i i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve toplumsal kabullerin de\u011fi\u015fimi i\u00e7in, e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimin her a\u015famas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan cinsiyet\u00e7i dil ve bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekmektedir. Toplumsal cinsiyet ile ilgili bilin\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile birlikte, talep edilen meslek se\u00e7iminin yap\u0131labilece\u011fi bir e\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7in, toplumda, &#8220;kad\u0131n i\u015fi&#8221;, &#8220;erkek i\u015fi&#8221; \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in, e\u011fitimin her d\u00f6neminde akademisyenleri de kapsayacak \u015fekilde, toplumun cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda bilin\u00e7lenmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fanan ekonomik kriz ve artan e\u011fitim giderleri sonucunda aileler, erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerin e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmesini tercih etmekte, bu durum kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitim almas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir engel olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Oysa, paras\u0131z e\u011fitimin temel bir hak olmas\u0131ndan hareketle; TMMOB, \u00fcniversiteler ve emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte, e\u011fitimin herkes i\u00e7in paras\u0131z olarak ve e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda eri\u015filebilirli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik m\u00fccadele etmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toplumumuzda aileden ba\u015flayarak \u00e7ocu\u011fun yeti\u015fti\u011fi t\u00fcm evrelerde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol modeller, cinsiyet\u00e7i i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle olu\u015fmakta ve bask\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. M\u00fchendislik, mimarl\u0131k, \u015fehir planc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 mesleklerinin \u00f6teden beri \u00e7o\u011funlukla erkek mesle\u011fi oldu\u011fu konusunda \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bunun sonucu olarak da, i\u015fe al\u0131mlarda erkekler tercih edilmekte, bu da kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fe girme \u015fanslar\u0131n\u0131 ciddi oranda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar, istedikleri i\u015fleri de\u011fil, kad\u0131n olmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kendileri i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden belirlenmi\u015f se\u00e7enekler i\u00e7inden tercih yapmak zorunda kalmaktad\u0131rlar. Erkek egemen toplumda, toplumsal cinsiyete ba\u011fl\u0131 i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc sonucu; teknik, y\u00f6netim ve b\u00fct\u00fcnleme gerektiren i\u015flerde kad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 vize uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meslek sahibi di\u011fer kad\u0131nlar gibi m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da &#8220;kurtulmu\u015f&#8221; olduklar\u0131 varsay\u0131m\u0131 toplumda yayg\u0131n olarak kabul g\u00f6rmektedir. Bu nedenle kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n cinsel, fiziksel, psikolojik ve ekonomik \u015fiddete u\u011frayabilecekleri ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6rmezden gelinmektedir. \u0130\u015fini kaybetme kayg\u0131s\u0131 ya da di\u011fer nedenlerle \u00e7o\u011funlukla gizli kalan bu sald\u0131r\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 kad\u0131nlar zarar g\u00f6rmekte ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm konusunda yaln\u0131z kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aile i\u00e7indeki cinsiyet\u00e7i i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne paralel olarak i\u015flemekte ve birbirlerini beslemektedir. \u00c7ocuk, hasta, ya\u015fl\u0131, engelli bak\u0131m i\u015fleri ve t\u00fcm ev i\u00e7i i\u015flerinden yaln\u0131z kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorumlu tutulmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdama ve toplumsal ya\u015fama kat\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bak\u0131m hizmetlerinin toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, bebek bak\u0131m \u00fcniteleri, kre\u015f ve anaokullar\u0131, ya\u015fl\u0131 ve hasta bak\u0131m evleri, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz ve gece bak\u0131m evleri ve bak\u0131m destek birimleri gibi hizmetler kamusal olarak verilmelidir. \u0130\u015fyerlerinde kre\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yaln\u0131z kad\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yasalarda bulunan anne ve baba i\u00e7in \u00fccretli do\u011fum izni ve emzirme izninin ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yine anne ve baba i\u00e7in ebeveyn izninin yasalarla d\u00fczenlenmesi, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011fum izni s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki \u00fccretlerinin ve primlerinin tam ve eksiksiz \u00f6denmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, ba\u011fl\u0131 oda ve \u015fubelerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsel her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yay\u0131nda cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hukuku ve kamusal alandaki haklar\u0131n\u0131n neler oldu\u011fu konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmal\u0131 ve toplumsal cinsiyet fark\u0131ndal\u0131k e\u011fitimleri d\u00fczenlemelidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yeni liberal ekonomi politikalar\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesiyle birlikte, kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f haklar gasp edilmeye, kamu kurumlar\u0131 \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmeye, oldu\u011fu kadar\u0131yla bile fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclerek sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan uzakla\u015f\u0131lmaya, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesini ve sosyal g\u00fcvenlik hakk\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlemeler hayata ge\u00e7irilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kriz bahanesi ile e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik gibi hak gasplar\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmakta ya da \u00fccret kesintilerine, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, kre\u015flerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na, servislerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na raz\u0131 edilmek istenmektedir. Bunlarla birlikte, kad\u0131n olmaktan dolay\u0131 toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7i i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne maruz kalmakta ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem sermayenin krizi atlatmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc mekanizma, eme\u011fin daha esnekle\u015ftirilmesini getirecektir. \u00dccretlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, daha esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n getirildi\u011fi, denetimsiz, sendikal haklar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist krizin kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerindeki etkisi i\u015fsizlik ve yoksullukla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Artan yoksulluk ve i\u015fsizlik, aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddeti art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Toplumda \u015fiddet e\u011filiminin, ekonomik krizle birlikte t\u0131rmand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ve \u015fiddetten zarar g\u00f6renlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB \u00fcyesi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131, toplumdaki di\u011fer emek\u00e7i kesimlerin ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lamaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. M\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 kad\u0131nlar da giderek daha fazla hak kayb\u0131na u\u011framakta, yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne engeller \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun sendikas\u0131z oldu\u011fundan hareketle, TMMOB\u2018nin, \u00fcyelerinin haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 ve \u00fcyelerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini te\u015fvik etmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmas\u0131 en temel g\u00f6revlerindendir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnme, rekabet yaratan ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesini yokeden ta\u015feron \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sisteminin yasaklanmas\u0131, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki konumunu, sosyal hak ve g\u00fcvenceyi olumsuz etkileyen \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmelerin iptal edilmesi, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131, tam zamanl\u0131, sigortal\u0131, sendikal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, sigorta primlerinin ger\u00e7ek maa\u015f \u00fczerinden \u00f6denmesi ve tamam\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fverenin \u00f6demesi, krize kar\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in i\u015f saatlerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin 35 saate indirilmesi ve mezarda emeklilik dayatmas\u0131n\u0131n son bulmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlarla erkekler aras\u0131ndaki \u00fccret farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi i\u00e7in e\u015fit (e\u015fde\u011fer) i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret, i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcresinin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131, daha \u00e7ok i\u015fsizin yararlanabilmesi i\u00e7in kapsam\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmalar\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi, fazla mesai yapma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n daralt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na paralel olarak fazla mesai saatlerinin de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, bunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n iste\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmesi, i\u015fyerlerinde g\u00fcnd\u00fcz ve \u00f6zellikle gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda y\u00f6netmeliklere uygun servis hizmeti verilmesi, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 hakk\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, &#8220;\u00d6zel \u0130stihdam B\u00fcrolar\u0131&#8221; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kurulmak istenen, kiral\u0131k i\u015f\u00e7i simsarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi, paras\u0131z e\u011fitim, paras\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131k, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve emekli \u00fcyelerinin maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6zel hizmet tazminatlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri e\u011fitimi (lisans, y\u00fcksek lisans, doktora) ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma risklerini yans\u0131tacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bir taraftan demokratik siyasetin alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7abalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, TMMOB gibi demokratik ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olan bir \u00f6rg\u00fctte, TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131 oda, \u015fube y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131, genel kurul delegasyonu ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm organlar\u0131nda kad\u0131n temsiliyetini art\u0131rabilmek amac\u0131yla, pozitif destek politikalar\u0131 \u00fcreterek, minimum y\u00fczde 35 kad\u0131n kotas\u0131 uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. TMMOB kad\u0131n \u00fcyeleriyle ilgili istatistiki bilgiler toplamal\u0131 ve bununla ilgili veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r.
