G\u00f6kdelenler, kent peyzaj\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kentsel ablukan\u0131n simgesel panoptikonu i\u015flevi g\u00f6r\u00fcr. O b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6zetleme kulesinden her yer g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr her \u015feye hakim olunur, her yerden simgesel mevcudiyetine tan\u0131k olursunuz ama i\u00e7indeki ili\u015fkileri, dengeleri, hangi pis i\u015flerin ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, nelerin d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bilemezsiniz. Bana bug\u00fcn camilerin konumu, yerle\u015fimi her yerde \/ en g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr yerde\/ her yere hakim\/ her yerden g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fcn i\u00e7ine sokulan ve gittik\u00e7e sivil hayat\u0131, kamusall\u0131\u011f\u0131 domine eden varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ayn\u0131 i\u015flevi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Sadece sermayenin el de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fini anlayabiliyoruz, bu nedenle de mimarinin nesnesinin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Biraz Orta Do\u011fu\u2019ya uzanal\u0131m. Mekke Projesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de boy g\u00f6steren cami ve k\u00fclliye projelerinin-ihtiya\u00e7lar-\u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yorumlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ve bu alg\u0131 dayatmas\u0131n\u0131n \u201cmasum\u201d olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kavranmas\u0131na dair kuvvetli potansiyel ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6zetlemek gerekirse, Mekke\u2019de m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar i\u00e7in en kutsal mekan olan Kabe\u2019nin hemen yan\u0131nda konumlanan, i\u00e7inde Ebrac El Beyt Kuleleri[2] nin konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00fclliye projesinin (konut, ofis, avm, 5 y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 otel, mescit) mimari i\u015flev d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yaparsak ibadet i\u015flevi ile i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n paralelli\u011fi son derece dikkat \u00e7ekicidir.<\/p>\n<p>Dahas\u0131 d\u00fcnya genelindeki sosyal-ekonomik ve politik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn mimari simgesel yeniden kurulumu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek yap\u0131lar\u0131n radyo kuleleri ile cami minareleri olmas\u0131, Mekke\u2019deki kuleler ve Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri\u2019ndeki yap\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fcksekliklerinin d\u00fcnyaya fark atmas\u0131 muhafazakar ideoloji ve sosyo-ekonomik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ili\u015fkisinin mimari d\u0131\u015favurumuna dair dikkate de\u011fer ip u\u00e7lar\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise \u0130BB icraatlar\u0131 ile T\u00dcRGEV ve Ensar Vakf\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131na bu yaz\u0131da hi\u00e7 girmiyoruz bile.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de iktidar kolektif bir aidiyet ve ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imini muhafazakarl\u0131k \u00fczerinden \u0130slam dinine ait kodlarla; kamusal kullan\u0131m\u0131 cami meydanlar\u0131na indirgeyerek (ama mutlaka bir AVM ile tamamlayarak), \u00fcniversite kamp\u00fcslerini k\u00fclliyelere \u00e7evirerek (YT\u00dc), kentsel ufkun imaj\u0131na camileri \u00e7akarak (\u00f6rnek olsun, \u00c7aml\u0131ca Cami ve Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Sahili\u2019ne yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan cami) yeniden kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Toplumun kentsel rit\u00fcelini ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fama bi\u00e7imini yava\u015ftan de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Nas\u0131l m\u0131?<br \/>\nHer yerin cami ve k\u00fclliye oldu\u011fu bir kentte, cami cemaatinin ablukas\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki bir mekanda istedi\u011finiz gibi giyinemez, hareket edemez, kad\u0131nl\u0131-erkekli g\u00fcne\u015fin tad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karamaz, alkol sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapan her hangi bir mekan bulamaz, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 da olsa olsa ya Heybeliada\u2019daki gibi s\u0131byan mektebine ya da ortaokullara kadar s\u0131zm\u0131\u015f imam-hatip okullar\u0131na g\u00f6ndermek zorunda kal\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Yani kentsel ufkun imaj\u0131n\u0131 camilerin ve k\u00fclliyelerin belirledi\u011fi bir mekanda sek\u00fcler, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc, ilerici ve emekten yana her \u015fey ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak y\u0131k\u0131ma ve engellere maruz kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her \u015feyi bir yana b\u0131rakal\u0131m. Sadece rantsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 amaca mevzu bahis oldu\u011funda bile, sermayedar\u0131n \u201crengi\u201d de\u011fi\u015fti diye ve bu konular \u201chassas konular\u201d arg\u00fcman\u0131yla ikirciksiz ve amas\u0131z bir \u015fekilde kentin her yan\u0131na cami, imam-hatip, s\u0131byan mektebi ve k\u00fclliye kondurulmas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uyan\u0131k olmaktan, \u00e7er\u00e7evenin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne bakmaktan ve sermaye ile ili\u015fkisini hi\u00e7 unutmayarak s\u00f6z konusu projelere kar\u015f\u0131 durmaktan, kenti savunmaktan geri basmamal\u0131!<\/p>\n[1] Erkal, N.
