\u201cSoru\u015fturman\u0131n tutuksuz y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi konusunda kamuoyunda dile getirilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere ra\u011fmen, Anayasa ve A\u0130HM i\u00e7tihatlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak her iki gazeteci hala tutuklu. Tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanma talepleri iki kez reddedilmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n
\u201cKa\u00e7ma veya delilleri karartma \u015f\u00fcphesi s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde iki gazetecinin tutukluluklar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131, gazetecili\u011fin cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor. Her iki gazeteci, tutuklu bulunduklar\u0131 16 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr ayn\u0131 zamanda bir i\u015fkenceye de maruz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n
\u201cD\u00fcndar ve G\u00fcl, cezaevine konulduklar\u0131 g\u00fcnden beri tecrit alt\u0131ndalar. 24 saat tek ki\u015filik h\u00fccrelerde tutulup birbirleriyle dahi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fcyorlar. Cezaevi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam edebilmeleri i\u00e7in gerekli olan yaz\u0131 makinesi ya da bilgisayar kendilerine verilmiyor.<\/p>\n
