Beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u0131n sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 olan bu hareket hem bili\u015fim d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda hem de i\u015f d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda geni\u015f bir yank\u0131 bulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Tez-Koop-\u0130\u015f sendikas\u0131 IBM i\u015fyerinde yetki i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu 2008 Mart ay\u0131nda sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u015fvurmu\u015f Bakanl\u0131k ise Haziran 2008 de Sendikaya yasal \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fa sahip oldu\u011funa dair tespit belgesini vermi\u015fti. Ancak IBM, i\u015fveren olarak bu yetkiyi tan\u0131mak yerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nca &#8220;vakit kazanmak&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlanan bir \u015fekilde mahkeme gitti, hem i\u015fkoluna hem de say\u0131ya itiraz etti.<\/p>\n<p>2009 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda i\u015fkolu ile ilgili olan dava Sendika lehine bitti ve kesinle\u015fti. Yetki ile ilgili olan davada ise, dosya, IBM i\u015fvereninin s\u00fcrekli itirazlar\u0131 ile \u00fc\u00e7 kere bilirki\u015fiye gitti ve sonunda 2009 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcnlerinde yine Sendika lehine bitti.<\/p>\n<p>Ama yine IBM i\u015fvereninin itirazlar\u0131 nedeniyle Yarg\u0131tay\u2019a gitti. \u0130\u015fte bu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde, tamamland\u0131 ve dosya Yarg\u0131tay\u2019dan onaylanarak d\u00f6nd\u00fc. B\u00f6ylece Tez Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131n\u0131n IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ile ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareket, art\u0131k yolundaki engellerden kurtulmu\u015f oldu. Gecikmeli de olsa yola devam edecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flayan ve sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden IBM\u2019de sendikala\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcm beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in de umut ta\u015f\u0131yan bir \u00f6rnek olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Bir IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 bize \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi :<br \/><em><br \/>&#8220;IBM&#8217;in bir i\u015fveren olarak, t\u00fcm Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde ve hemen hemen t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 sendikal\u0131 oldu\u011fu halde, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sendikal haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermedi ve t\u00fcm engellemelere ba\u015fvurarak, s\u00fcreci olabildi\u011fince uzatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde bazen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u0131llard\u0131r vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccret zamm\u0131n\u0131 verip \u2018sendikaya gerek yok\u2019 mesaj\u0131 vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131, bazen notere sendikadan istifa fi\u015fi b\u0131rak\u0131p \u00fcyeleri istifaya zorlad\u0131, bazen sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u015ften att\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak as\u0131l ilginci, IBM yeni bir \u015firket kurarak i\u015f\u00e7ilerini yava\u015f yava\u015f bu yeni \u015firkete kayd\u0131rmaya da ba\u015flad\u0131. K\u0131saca IBM i\u015fvereni, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye engel olabilmek i\u00e7in klasik i\u015fveren tav\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sergiledi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc da\u011f\u0131tmay\u0131 hedefledi. IBM i\u015fvereni IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, sabr\u0131, m\u00fccadele azmi ve Tez Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadeleci tutumu, titiz takibi ve tecr\u00fcbeli kadrolar\u0131 sayesinde art\u0131k IBM de yeni bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flad\u0131.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tez Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 IBM \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin stratejik \u00f6nemini savunarak, IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda yer ald\u0131, gerekti\u011finde uluslararas\u0131 \u00fcst kurulu\u015fu UNI ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak imza kampanyalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc, gerekti\u011finde ortak seminerler d\u00fczenledi, gerekti\u011finde t\u00fcm emek dostlar\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fini alarak IBM \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7ok say\u0131da bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Konu ile ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 5 Nolu \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Rabia \u00d6zkaraca, Tez Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 olarak beyaz yaka \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde iddial\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Bu nedenle Bili\u015fim \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme B\u00fcrosunu faaliyete a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015eube Y\u00f6netiminde de IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 temsilen bir kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, IBM\u2019de kazan\u0131lan bu ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan t\u00fcm bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve t\u00fcm beyaz yaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 Tez-Koop-\u0130\u015f \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye davet ettiklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Sendika, mahkeme sonucuyla birlikte Yetki Belgesini almak \u00fczere ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na m\u00fcracaat etti.
