Zaten hep \u00f6yle olmad\u0131 m\u0131? Neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131 gericili\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 \u201cinan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d sanca\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda tertip edilmedi mi? Dinci eril dogman\u0131n kad\u0131na ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7ma yasa\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarca \u201c\u00f6rt\u00fcnme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d olarak sunulmad\u0131 m\u0131? \u0130ktidara, daha do\u011frusu Tek Adam\u2019a biat etmeyenler dar\u00fclharpten (d\u00fc\u015fman) say\u0131l\u0131p cihat ve cihat\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7etelerin onlara y\u00f6nelik kanl\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 m\u00fcbah g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi mi? T\u00fcm bu sald\u0131r\u0131larda dinsel ideolojinin stratejik hegemonya plan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k se\u00e7ik g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine de her seferinde de \u201cme\u011fer aldat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131z!\u201d demelerine kar\u015f\u0131n bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc iflah olmayan \u201cliberal\u201d dogmatikler, \u015fimdi yine bir dinci s\u00f6ylemin me\u015fruiyet\u00e7ili\u011fine soyunuyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Onlara kal\u0131rsa, inan\u00e7\/ibadet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir gere\u011fi olarak, \u00f6rne\u011fin H\u0131ristiyanlarda pazar, Yahudilerde cumartesi dinsel tatil g\u00fcn\u00fc olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma zaman\u0131n\u0131n \u201cCuma Namaz\u0131\u201dna g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmesi de neden M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirilmesin? \u0130slamc\u0131lar ise bu s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle\u201d yetinmedi\u011finden, liberal darl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek \u201csadece namaz saati yetmez, cuma tam g\u00fcn tatil olsun\u201d diye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 geni\u015fletme kampanyas\u0131na giri\u015ftiler bile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde S\u00fcnni \u0130slam inanc\u0131ndan yurtta\u015flar i\u00e7in herhangi bir inan\u00e7\/ibadet k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131, engellemesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, olamayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Aleviler, H\u0131ristiyanlar, Museviler, kad\u0131nlar, LGBT\u0130\u2019ler, gen\u00e7ler ve ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n yak\u0131c\u0131 olarak hissetti\u011fi bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6rmek isteyen i\u00e7in, \u00f6rne\u011fin cumalar\u0131, \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131-pazar, devlet dairesi demeden ortal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle bir kola\u00e7an etmek yeter de artar bile. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu bilindi\u011fi halde \u201cCuma Genelgesi\u201dnin \u201cinan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d olarak lanse edilmesinin tek bir anlam\u0131 var: Genelge bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn if\u015fas\u0131 de\u011fil, asl\u0131nda bir yasaklaman\u0131n yasalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kamusal ya\u015fam\u0131n ve emek y\u00f6netiminin dinselle\u015ftirilmesinin yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 genelge, \u0130slamc\u0131 kurallar d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan, bast\u0131ran ve d\u0131\u015flayan hiyerar\u015fiyi harekete ge\u00e7iren bir emir komutad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proleter laiklik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fartlarda neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131 gericili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015f ve i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 hareketinin\/sosyalizmin yeniden in\u015fas\u0131, eme\u011fin yeniden toplum kurucu bir \u00f6zne olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini gerektiriyor. Bu noktada proleter laiklik ilkesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sermaye egemenli\u011fini dinselle\u015ftiren neoliberal kapitalizme ve onun kurucu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131 gericili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele hatt\u0131nda somut programatik i\u00e7eri\u011fine kavu\u015facakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde din, d\u00fczen kurucu politik ilke oldu\u011fundan, \u201cdin\u201d ile \u201cd\u00fczen\u201d b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmi\u015f oldu\u011fundan \u201cdinle devlet i\u015flerinin ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d gibi burjuva devrimci s\u00fcrecinin genel laikle\u015fme hatt\u0131 elbette burada \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olmayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm, b\u00fct\u00fcn kamusal ya\u015fam\u0131n laikle\u015ftirilmesi; yani dinden ve dinin destekledi\u011fi t\u00fcm s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve egemenlik ili\u015fkilerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Proleter hareket, laikli\u011fi, halk\u0131n neoliberalizme isyan\u0131 \u00fczerinde yeniden in\u015fa edilen kamusal ya\u015fama ve \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n toplumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na kadar geni\u015fletmeden kendini geli\u015ftiremez. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131, dini yaln\u0131zca devletten s\u00f6k\u00fcp atmakla yetinemez; e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in dini insan\u0131n \u00fcretken varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan da uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kamusal ya\u015fam\u0131n dinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kamusal ya\u015fam\u0131n ve eme\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, her ikisinin de neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131 gericili\u011fin egemenli\u011finden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Halk\u0131n ortak toplumsal etkinlik ve ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olan kamusal alan, ancak e\u015fitler-aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler temelinde \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015febilir. Kamusal alan\u0131n, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, egemenlik ve bask\u0131dan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131; sermaye egemenli\u011finden, dinci, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131, cinsiyet\u00e7i ve ekolojik egemenlikten ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, proleter laiklik ilkesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme bi\u00e7imidir. En geni\u015f proleter cephenin i\u00e7inde yer alan her devrimci \u00f6zne; g\u00fcvencesiz i\u015f\u00e7i, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015fen kent yoksulu, gen\u00e7lik, kad\u0131n, LGBT\u0130, Aleviler ve ayd\u0131nlar proletaryan\u0131n bug\u00fcne onurla ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumsal e\u015fitlik ilkesine kendi suretinden bir \u00f6z kazand\u0131r\u0131yor. Sermaye dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ayak ba\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, kent merkezlerinden s\u00fcr\u00fclen emek\u00e7iler, m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirilen kent yoksullar\u0131, i\u015f cinayetleriyle sistematik i\u015f\u00e7ik\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na u\u011frayan g\u00fcvencesiz i\u015f\u00e7iler, kamusal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm politikalar\u0131n\u0131n bir numaral\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 haline getirilen kad\u0131nlar her g\u00fcn yitip gitmekte olan kamusal alanlara, \u00e7\u00f6ken ekolojiye, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fmeye, emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne, cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe ve ekolojik y\u0131k\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele ederken, asl\u0131nda, dinin sermayele\u015fmesine ve sermayenin dinselle\u015fmesine kar\u015f\u0131 da m\u00fccadele ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131pk\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 hareketinin, eme\u011fin haklar\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele ederken ayn\u0131 zamanda emek y\u00f6netiminin dinselle\u015ftirilmesine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi gibi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emek y\u00f6netiminin dinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de s\u0131n\u0131fsal ili\u015fki ve \u00e7eli\u015fkiler, g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirme ve dinselle\u015ftirme eksenli m\u00fclks\u00fczle\u015ftirme-proleterle\u015ftirme ve malile\u015ftirme gerilimi i\u00e7inde yeniden bi\u00e7imleniyor. G\u00fcvencesizlik, proleter s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n temel varolu\u015f bi\u00e7imi olman\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6telerine ge\u00e7mi\u015f; neoliberal toplumun temel ya\u015fam formu haline gelmi\u015ftir. Tam bu noktada, neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k, ezilen s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ve toplumsal gruplar\u0131n sermaye egemenli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131nda, yani burjuvazinin hegemonik s\u0131n\u0131f olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde stratejik bir rol oynuyor. Kolektif hak arama hareketleri, tarikat a\u011flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yutuluyor. Grevi dinen yasaklayan ve \u0130slamc\u0131 sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f uzla\u015fmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 temel almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunan tarikatlar, gerici sendikalar ve devlet, AKP\u2019nin neoliberal \u0130slamc\u0131 korporatizminin temelini \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcyor. S\u0131n\u0131fsal \u00e7eli\u015fkiler dinsel kimlikler i\u00e7inde hapsediliyor. Ezilen halklar hay\u0131rseverlik hiyerar\u015fisi i\u00e7inde haklar\u0131ndan yoksun b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. Gerici ideolojinin idealindeki halk, hak sahibi bir politik \u00f6zne de\u011fil, s\u00fcrekli yard\u0131ma muhta\u00e7, itaatkar, asla talepk\u00e2r olmayan bir nesne; \u201cs\u0131n\u0131fs\u0131z imtiyazs\u0131z kayna\u015fm\u0131\u015f M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplum\u201ddur.<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel \u201cproleter\u201d s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n, kentsel \u00e7eli\u015fkiler \u00fczerinde in\u015fa etti\u011fi yeni direni\u015f hatt\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir laikle\u015fme hareketi olarak kendini geli\u015ftirebilir. Kent ve k\u0131r topraklar\u0131n\u0131, \u0130slamc\u0131 rant\u0131n \u201cneoliberal fetih\u201d alanlar\u0131 haline getirerek hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 derinle\u015ftiren AKP iktidar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, hak m\u00fccadeleleriyle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f bi\u00e7imde bir de gericili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele cephesi a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131. Dinsel yap\u0131lar\u0131n, camilerin ve cami k\u00fclliyelerinin AVM komplekslerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine, \u201cdinsel rant\u201da kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmeden; esas olarak, dini sermayeden ve sermayenin dinden ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 somut m\u00fccadele konusu haline getirmeden kamusal alandaki sermaye egemenli\u011fine de son verilemez.
