Ola\u011fan Genel Kurulu\u2018nda al\u0131nan karar gere\u011fi, sekretaryas\u0131 Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 (EMO) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Kurultay\u0131m\u0131z, 2 g\u00fcn boyunca 20 saati a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcrede kay\u0131tl\u0131 788 meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <a href=\"indir\/katilim_dagilimlari.doc\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"#ff0000\">(Ek-4)<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 3. Teknik Elemanlar Kurultay\u0131\u2018n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 22-23 Eyl\u00fcl 2007 tarihlerinde \u0130stanbul\u2018da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen &#8220;TMMOB M\u00fchendislik, \u0130stihdam ve \u00dccretlendirme Sempozyumu&#8221; ile g\u00fcndeme gelen ve ya\u015fanan s\u00fcre\u00e7le derinle\u015fen sorunlar, Kurultay s\u00fcrecinde kitlesel bir zeminde ele al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurultay\u0131n etkin, verimli ve co\u015fkulu bir zeminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla Kurultay haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 8 b\u00f6lgede (Adana, Ankara, Bursa, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Kocaeli, Samsun, Zonguldak) \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131, i\u015fyeri toplant\u0131lar\u0131, paneller ve forumlar d\u00fczenlenerek tart\u0131\u015fmalar yerel kurultaylara ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Adana Yerel Kurultay\u0131, 6 Haziran 2009 tarihinde 50\u2018ye yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zonguldak Yerel Kurultay\u0131, Bart\u0131n, Karab\u00fck, Karadeniz Ere\u011fli ve Kastamonu\u2018da yap\u0131lan haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 5 Eyl\u00fcl 2009 tarihinde 70\u2018e yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Samsun Yerel Kurultay\u0131, 26 Eyl\u00fcl 2009 tarihinde; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bursa Yerel Kurultay\u0131, Bal\u0131kesir, \u00c7anakkale, Yalova\u2018da yap\u0131lan haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 4 Ekim 2009 tarihinde; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u0130stanbul Yerel Kurultay\u0131; \u00fcniversite, kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendislerle ilgili haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 17 Ekim 2009 tarihinde, 250\u2018ye yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u0130zmir Yerel Kurultay\u0131 150\u2018ye yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kocaeli Yerel Kurultay\u0131 100\u2018e yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ankara Yerel Kurultay\u0131, Afyon, Aksaray, Eski\u015fehir, Kayseri, K\u0131r\u0131kkale, K\u0131r\u015fehir, Konya, Nev\u015fehir, Yozgat\u2018ta yap\u0131lan haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 24 Ekim 2009 tarihinde 200\u2018e yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. <\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, Yerel Kurultaylar \u00f6ncesinde bir\u00e7ok i\u015fyerinde ve organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinde haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131lar\u0131 da yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla 5000\u2018e yak\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131zla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, 40.000 bro\u015f\u00fcr da\u011f\u0131t\u0131larak meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcre\u00e7ten bilgi sahibi olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f; 1000\u2018i a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fcyenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile yerel kurultaylar tamamlanm\u0131\u015f, kurultaylarda al\u0131nan karar \u00f6nergeleri ortakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak merkezi kurultaya ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik bir zeminde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u015fkuyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz TMMOB \u00dccretli ve \u0130\u015fsiz M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Kurultay\u0131\u2018nda, Kurultay g\u00fcndemine daha \u00f6nceden sunulan ve kurultay esnas\u0131nda verilen en az \u00fc\u00e7 delegenin imzas\u0131 olan karar \u00f6nergeleri i\u00e7in kurultay kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na; iki lehte, iki aleyhte olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7er dakika s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 verilmi\u015f, bu kapsamda Kurultay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n birinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde 116, ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise 117 konu\u015fmac\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin kurultay delegasyonu ile payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda oylamaya gidilmi\u015ftir. Kurultay D\u00fczenleme Kurulu\u2018nun tavsiye karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda oylamaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin (2\/3) kabul\u00fcn\u00fc alan karar \u00f6nergelerinin <a href=\"indir\/cogunlugu%20saglayan%20kararlar.doc\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"#ff0000\">(Ek-1)<\/font><\/a>, oylamaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin (2\/3) kabul\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayamayan karar \u00f6nergelerinin <a href=\"indir\/cogunlugu%20saglayamayan%20kararlar.doc\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"#ff0000\">(Ek-2)<\/font><\/a> Kurultay\u2018da oylanan \u015fekliyle, dilek ve temennilerin <a href=\"indir\/dilek%20ve%20temenniler.doc\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"#ff0000\">(Ek-3)<\/font><\/a> TMMOB Genel Kurulu\u2018na ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 uygun bulunmu\u015ftur. Dilek ve temenniler b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde on d\u00f6rt konu\u015fmac\u0131 s\u00f6z alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel kurultaylarda i\u015fsizlik, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n gasplar\u0131 konular\u0131nda yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00e7ok say\u0131da m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreci anlamas\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f; i\u015ften at\u0131lma korkusunun bireysel de\u011fil t\u00fcm meslekta\u015flar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Kurultay arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131 odalar\u0131n \u00fcyelerinin, emek\u00e7i m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na odaklanma zemini olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki g\u00fcne yay\u0131lan kurultay\u0131 engelleme giri\u015fimlerine ra\u011fmen \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendisler kurultaylar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6rg\u00fct i\u00e7i demokratik mekanizmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7an bir TMMOB i\u00e7in, mevcut sorunlar sahipleri\/ya\u015fayanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f, bu sorunlara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin \u00fcretilmesi, de\u011fi\u015fen \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve ili\u015fkilerine dair TMMOB ve ba\u011fl\u0131 birimlerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctsel yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurultay, bu y\u00f6nleriyle eme\u011fe y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak TMMOB\u2018nin toplumsal m\u00fccadele alan\u0131ndaki yerini b\u00fcy\u00fctmesi anlam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Kurultayda belirginle\u015fen yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ve g\u00f6revler k\u0131saca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da \u00f6zetlenmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n konumlar\u0131, teknolojinin, \u00fcretim ili\u015fkileri ve \u00fcretici g\u00fc\u00e7lerin geli\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tarihsel bir ba\u015fkala\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7erisindedir. 1970\u2018lerde d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda uygulanmaya ba\u015flanan neo-liberal politikalar\u0131n uzant\u0131s\u0131 olan ve 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 askeri darbesi ile me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan 24 Ocak kararlar\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucu olarak, son 30 y\u0131lda bask\u0131n hale gelen e\u011filimle \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde istihdam edilen \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dcretimin yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctleni\u015fi, plans\u0131z ve altyap\u0131s\u0131z bir \u015fekilde her ilde bir \u00fcniversite a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak giderek artan mezun say\u0131s\u0131 ve s\u0131kla\u015fan krizler, bir taraftan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n eme\u011fini daha vas\u0131fs\u0131z bir emek t\u00fcr\u00fc haline getirirken, di\u011fer taraftan da ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fmas\u0131na dolay\u0131s\u0131yla s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn daha a\u00e7\u0131k hale gelmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. Kapitalist \u00fcretim ve sermaye egemenli\u011finin \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7eklere ula\u015fmas\u0131 ve yeni \u00fcretim teknolojilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ile birlikte yaln\u0131zca m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 eme\u011fi de\u011fil her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vas\u0131fl\u0131 emek (doktor, avukat, \u00f6\u011fretmen, sanat\u00e7\u0131 i\u00e7in vs.) de\u011fersizle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>En temel haliyle diplomal\u0131 i\u015fsizlik, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin uzamas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, i\u015f g\u00fcvencesinden yoksun mezarda emeklilik dayatmas\u0131 olarak meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hayatlar\u0131na yans\u0131yan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7le birlikte i\u00e7 rekabet de artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son y\u0131llarda daha \u00e7ok ya\u015fanan ve krizle birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelen bu sorunlar\u0131n etkisiyle kurultay\u0131n temel \u00e7izgisine oturan \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 eme\u011finin korunmas\u0131, ekonomik ve \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 ile ilgili talepleri, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gereken sorunlar olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu talepler hem i\u00e7erikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hem de meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in belki de ilk defa ortak ak\u0131lla ve kitlesel zeminde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc anlaml\u0131 ve gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dccretli ve i\u015fsiz meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in tek \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolu, yarat\u0131lan i\u00e7 rekabeti \u00e7\u00f6zecek \u015fekilde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmekten, m\u00fccadeleyi bireysel m\u00fccadeleler olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi haline getirmekten ve s\u0131n\u0131f dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmekten ge\u00e7er. Bu anlam\u0131yla TMMOB\u2018nin \u00fcyelerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %80\u2018ini olu\u015fturan \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015farak artan hak gasplar\u0131na cevap verecek politikalar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modellerini geli\u015ftirmesi \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6rev olarak durmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda \u00fccretli ve i\u015fsiz meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z hem meslek odalar\u0131nda hem de sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerde daha kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir tarzda taleplerini y\u00fckselterek yer almal\u0131d\u0131rlar. <\/p>\n<p>S\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fckseltmeyi hedefleyen bir TMMOB, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan teknik g\u00f6revlilerinin t\u00fcm ekonomik ve sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mal\u0131, uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olmal\u0131 ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde bunlar\u0131 savunmal\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin yolu olan sendikala\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcm\u00fcyle a\u00e7mal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlara ili\u015fkin TMMOB \u0130l Koordinasyon Kurullar\u0131 (\u0130KK) ve Odalar b\u00fcnyesinde bir an \u00f6nce:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hukuk birimleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00d6rg\u00fct i\u00e7i dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in dayan\u0131\u015fma fonu olu\u015fturulmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00dccretli ve i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendisler b\u00fcrosu kurulmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 takip etmesi, <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00d6rg\u00fctlenmenin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in TMMOB \u0130\u015fyeri\/B\u00f6lge temsilciliklerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Odalarda ve \u0130KK\u2018larda Kad\u0131n Komisyonlar\u0131 kurulmas\u0131na ve TMMOB\u2018de Kad\u0131n Sekretaryas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00d6\u011frenci \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn TMMOB ve birimlerinde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, akademisyenlerle ortak m\u00fccadelenin geli\u015ftirilmesi kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda vazge\u00e7ilmezlikler olarak durmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fczde baz\u0131 odalar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan yetkin\/yetkili\/uzman m\u00fchendislik gibi, m\u00fchendis eme\u011fini ucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc haline getirecek ve \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda bir e\u015fitsizlik ve rekabet yaratacak t\u00fcm uygulamalar terk ve mahkum edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, m\u00fchendis sigortalar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u00fccretler \u00fczerinden yat\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 ya da sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, fazla mesailerin kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmamas\u0131 ve fazla mesai \u00fccretlerinin \u00f6denmemesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin artmas\u0131 ve esnemesi, sosyal haklar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli t\u0131rpalanmas\u0131, izinlerin i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan gasp edilmesi, yasal olmayan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin imzalat\u0131lmas\u0131, g\u00f6rev tan\u0131m\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda i\u015flerin y\u00fcklenmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fmas\u0131, imza atma konusunda zorlamalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yasalar\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerine uyulmamas\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren \u00f6ncelikli olarak yasal haklar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya Kar\u015f\u0131 M\u00fccadele Program\u0131 olu\u015fturur ve di\u011fer emek ve meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle bu program etraf\u0131nda m\u00fccadeleyi geli\u015ftirir. Ayr\u0131ca haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin 35 saate d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ve emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB, emperyalist ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ili\u015fkilerinin b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nlerine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadeleyi esas alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme ve piyasala\u015ft\u0131rma uygulamalar\u0131na son verilmesini; e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, enerji, haberle\u015fme, ula\u015f\u0131m, bar\u0131nma, g\u0131da ve su gibi temel hizmet alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ve kamusal denetimin piyasa alan\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 savunur.
