Hem sendikalar\u0131n hem de meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n kitlesel bile\u015feni haline gelen bu toplulu\u011fu \u00f6rg\u00fctleme perspektiflerinin olmamas\u0131yla patronlar \u2018vur ensesine, al lokmas\u0131n\u0131\u2019 keyfini m\u00fchendislerle, mimarlarla, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131yla<strong>*<\/strong> s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu gidi\u015fata \u00e7omak sokmak isteyenler ise hep oldu. Kimi zaman neoliberal politikalar\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ile\u015ftirdi\u011fi meslek alanlar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyen akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla m\u00fchendisler masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, kimi zaman \u00fccretli-i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendis kurultaylar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki sorunlar\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan bulu\u015fmalar \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi. \u00c7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olsa da m\u00fchendislerle sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyi hedefleyen deneyimler a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 m\u00fchendislerin ekonomik ve sosyal durumlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya sermenin bir ba\u015fka yolu oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 tarihi<\/strong><br \/>\nM\u00fchendis profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n ilki 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llarda m\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ya\u015famaya ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma programlar\u0131nda daha s\u0131k yer almaya ba\u015flad\u0131. TMMOB&#8217;nin 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda sonlanan M\u00fchendis-Mimar-\u015eehir Planc\u0131s\u0131 Profil Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan TMMOB&#8217;ye ba\u011fl\u0131 meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n kendi \u00fcyeleri nezdinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tekil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da oldu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislerin profili niceliksel ve niteliksel olarak de\u011fi\u015fmeye devam etti. M\u00fchendisler AKP&#8217;nin tek ba\u015f\u0131na iktidar oldu\u011fu 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne emek alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n do\u011frudan muhatab\u0131 durumundalar. &#8216;Her ile bir \u00fcniversite&#8217;projesi ile artan m\u00fchendislik, mimarl\u0131k fak\u00fclteleri-kontenjanlar\u0131 ve e\u011fitimin niteliksizle\u015ftirilmesi ta\u015feron \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 tek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modeli haline getiren yasal d\u00fczenlemeler e\u015fli\u011finde m\u00fchendislere g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi yayg\u0131n ve derinlemesine ya\u015fatmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 95 \u00fcniversitede m\u00fchendislik, mimarl\u0131k fak\u00fclteleri kontenjan say\u0131s\u0131 67.939 iken yaln\u0131zca bir y\u0131l sonra 144 \u00fcniversitede 94.821 kontenjan a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Son olarak 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00d6SYM&#8217;nin a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontenjan say\u0131s\u0131 92.275 oldu.<\/strong> Kontenjan say\u0131lar\u0131 her y\u0131l mezun olan m\u00fchendis say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u015f cinayetlerinde \u00f6len, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle uzun saatlerce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, i\u015fsizli\u011fin ne demek oldu\u011funu bilen m\u00fchendislerin hikayeleriyle dolu art\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Bu h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim m\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcncel profil ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha yaratt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-20312 alignright\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/banner_anket_1.jpg\" alt=\"banner_anket_1\" width=\"372\" height=\"130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/banner_anket_1.jpg 330w, https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/banner_anket_1-300x105.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/banner_anket_1-150x52.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 372px) 100vw, 372px\" \/>Politeknik m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 profil anketi<\/strong><br \/>\nPoliteknik bu ihtiya\u00e7tan hareketle, m\u00fchendislerin emek m\u00fccadelesinin bile\u015feni oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermenin de bir arac\u0131 olarak <a href=\"http:\/\/politeknikbilgi.limequery.com\/index.php\/294917\/lang-tr\" target=\"_blank\">&#8216;M\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 profil anketi&#8217;<\/a> ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda toplam m\u00fchendis say\u0131s\u0131 istatistiklerinin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 sebebiyle profil anketi i\u00e7in TMMOB&#8217;nin 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 baz al\u0131narak \u00f6rneklem olu\u015fturuldu. Anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kapsaml\u0131 analizinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 kota uygulamas\u0131 var: Mevcut m\u00fchendislik, mimarl\u0131k, planlama disiplinlerinin toplam\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in meslek alanlar\u0131 kotas\u0131, kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin meslek ya\u015fam\u0131na ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bakabilmek i\u00e7in cinsiyet kotas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu gibi bir s\u00fcredir i\u015fsizlik ya\u015fayan m\u00fchendislere de ayna tutabilmek i\u00e7in istihdam kotas\u0131 ve her y\u0131l mezun olan on binlerce gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan g\u00fcvencesizliklerin ya\u015f gruplar\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak ya\u015f kotas\u0131 koyuldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesleki tercihler nas\u0131l \u015fekilleniyor?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnket, m\u00fchendislerin mesleki ya\u015famlar\u0131na ve sorumluluklar\u0131na bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 da i\u00e7eriyor. B\u00f6ylelikle m\u00fchendislerin meslek ya\u015fam\u0131 ile toplumsal ya\u015fam aras\u0131nda kurduklar\u0131 ba\u011f ile sosyal profillerinin analizi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcvence m\u00fccadelesinin bir arac\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nK\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131n gasp\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin kiralanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00d6zel \u0130stihdam B\u00fcrolar\u0131&#8217;yla AKP sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda h\u0131z kesmiyorken bu yasal ve asl\u0131nda kurumsal d\u00fczenlemeler m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir sohbet konusu. M\u00fchendislik hizmetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde m\u00fchendisler bu yeni d\u00fczenlemelere kolay adapte edilecek bir topluluk asl\u0131nda. Politeknik b\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6nemde ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 profil anketini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda g\u00fcvencesizlikleri sessizce ya\u015fayan m\u00fchendislerin bu sessizli\u011fini azaltacak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arac\u0131 olarak da \u00f6rg\u00fctleme pe\u015finde. 1100 m\u00fchendise ula\u015fman\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ankete internet ortam\u0131nda kat\u0131lmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.
