Son y\u0131llarda \u201ctemiz enerji\u201d ve \u201cd\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011fa son\u201d yalanlar\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme gelen HES\u2019ler (Hidroelektrik Santraller) de kuruttu\u011fu derelerle halk\u0131n isyan\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanl\u0131k bir yandan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fadan ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak onu daha \u2018verimli\u2019 s\u00f6m\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in ileri teknoloji ve \u2018\u00e7evreci\u2019 y\u00f6ntemler geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7abalarken, havan\u0131n, suyun, g\u00fcne\u015fin, yani t\u00fcm do\u011fan\u0131n metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesine de \u00f6n ayak oluyor. Ya\u015fam i\u00e7in direnenlerin \u00f6fkesi, do\u011fan\u0131n katline ferman yazan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dinmemekte \u0131srar ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve petrole dayal\u0131 fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketiminin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u2018yenilenebilir ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir\u2019\u2019 oldu\u011fu iddia edilen enerji \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemlerinin sunulmas\u0131 Kyoto Protokol\u00fc ile ayyuka \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan d\u00fcnya enerji devlerinin kendi politik hamlelerini de kullanmas\u0131yla, k\u00fcresel enerji sermayesinin kirli y\u00fcz\u00fc tekrar bize kabiliyetli manevralar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Kalk\u0131nmac\u0131 poitikalar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7emeyen, ancak her nas\u0131lsa \u2018\u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131\u2019 su \u00e7er\u00e7eve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleriyle g\u00f6n\u00fcllere taht kuran kimi AB \u00fclkeleri ile geli\u015fmekte olan baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler, kamuoyunda resmen birer \u2018halkla ili\u015fkiler\u2019 simsarlar\u0131 olarak \u2018ye\u015fil sermayeyi\u2019 lehlerine kullanmay\u0131 \u2018temiz enerji\u2019 s\u00f6ylemiyle ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>RES\u2019lerin ve GES\u2019lerin zararlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek boyutlar\u0131 g\u00fcndem edilmemekte dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bunlara ya\u015fam savunucular\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6sterdikleri tepki \u00e7o\u011fu zaman anla\u015f\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r. RES\u2019lerin ve GES\u2019lerin zararlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralanabilir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>RES\u2019lerin Zararlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Y\u00fcksek dalgaboylu ses dalgalar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek dalgaboylu ses dalgas\u0131 R\u00fczgarda elektrik elde eden pervaneler d\u00f6nerken dalgaboylar\u0131 y\u00fcksek sesler \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. Bu seslerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u015fitilebilir u\u011fultular iken b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de insan\u0131n i\u015fitme aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015far\u0131da, ancak maruz kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda huzursuzluk verecek cinstendir. Bu y\u00fcksek dalgaboylu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck frekansl\u0131 dalgalar\u0131n uzun ve k\u0131sa vadede a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararlar hen\u00fcz t\u00fcm\u00fcyle tespit edilememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Dev M\u0131knat\u0131slar\u0131n Elektro Manyetik Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgar\u0131n d\u00f6nd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc paneller t\u00fcrbindeki \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir m\u0131knat\u0131s\u0131n d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flayarak m\u0131knat\u0131s\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu manyetik alan\u0131n da y\u00f6r\u00fcngesini s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015ftirir. D\u00f6nen m\u0131knat\u0131s, etraf\u0131ndaki kablolarda bir elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 meydana getirir. Kayda de\u011fer bir elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturabilmek i\u00e7in ya paneller \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00f6nmeli ya da m\u0131knat\u0131s \u00e7ok kuvvetli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. R\u00fczgar\u0131n panelleri d\u00f6nd\u00fcrme g\u00fcc\u00fc belli bir s\u0131n\u0131rda oldu\u011fundan bu m\u0131knat\u0131s olabildi\u011fince g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fte bu denli kuvvetli bir m\u0131knat\u0131s\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu elektromanyetik alan, etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu alandaki bir\u00e7ok maddeye etkide bulunacakt\u0131r. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak etki alan\u0131nda kalan t\u00fcm varl\u0131klar\u0131n kimyasal ve genetik yap\u0131s\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler meydana getirecektir. Elektromanyetik dalgalara maruz kalmak kanserin birincil nedenidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- G\u00f6\u00e7men Ku\u015flar\u0131n Par\u00e7alanmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7men ku\u015flar \u00e7ok uzun mesafeleri katettiklerinden b\u00fcnyelerindeki enerjiyi en verimli \u015fekilde kullanabilmek i\u00e7in kendilerini b\u00fcy\u00fck r\u00fczgar ak\u0131mlar\u0131na b\u0131rakarak daha az kanat \u00e7\u0131rparak g\u00f6\u00e7 ederler. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck r\u00fczgar koridorlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u00f6\u00e7 yollar\u0131d\u0131r. R\u00fczgardan elektrik elde eden santraller de h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00f6nmeleri istendi\u011finden bu r\u00fczgar koridorlar\u0131na kurulurlar. G\u00f6\u00e7 yollar\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan bu dev pervanelere kap\u0131lan g\u00f6\u00e7men ku\u015flar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc bu pervanelerin kendilerine \u00e7arpmas\u0131yla par\u00e7alanarak \u00f6lmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Kurulum s\u00fcrecindeki katliamlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RES\u2019lerin kurulacaklar\u0131 b\u00f6lgede r\u00fczgar\u0131n h\u0131z kaybetmemesi i\u00e7in etraftaki mevcut orman alanlar\u0131 \u201ctemizlenir\u201d. Genellikle RES\u2019lerin devasa par\u00e7alar\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye mevcut yollardan sokulamazlar. Bu y\u00fczden daha geni\u015f yeni asfalt yollar in\u015fa edilir. Daha geni\u015f yollar i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok a\u011fa\u00e7 kesilir, daha \u00e7ok orman varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yok edilir. RES\u2019lerin par\u00e7alar\u0131 kurulacaklar\u0131 yere ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131k bir araya getirilmelidirler. Bu par\u00e7alar\u0131n montaj\u0131 i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan at\u00f6lyenin de in\u015faat\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yeni katliamlar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine yol a\u00e7an r\u00fczgar y\u00f6n\u00fc ve \u015fiddetindeki de\u011fi\u015fmeler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgarlar hareket eden bir hava k\u00fctlesi olmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra beraberlerinde nem ve sahip olduklar\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0131s\u0131 (bu \u0131s\u0131, gidece\u011fi yere g\u00f6re so\u011fuk ya da s\u0131cak olabilir) da ta\u015f\u0131rlar. R\u00fczgar, havan\u0131n hareketi ile meydana gelir. RES\u2019lerin pervaneleri hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flatarak r\u00fczgar\u0131 azalt\u0131r, hatta uzun mesafede yok ederler. B\u00fct\u00fcn yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki hava koridorlar\u0131 birbirleriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fundan bunlardan herhangi birindeki t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekte de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri de tetikler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GES\u2019lerin Zararlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Yans\u0131yamayan radyasyon yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde kal\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f panelleri g\u00fcne\u015ften gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 so\u011furarak bu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlardaki radyasyonu elektrik enerjisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrler. Bu panellerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndaki ana prensip \u0131\u015f\u0131kla gelen enerjiyi en y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde so\u011furmakt\u0131r. Normalde yery\u00fcz\u00fcne d\u00fc\u015fen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n (dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerjinin) b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 uzaya yans\u0131yacakken g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinin etkisiyle bu enerji yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde kalmakta ve \u0131s\u0131 yoluyla da\u011f\u0131larak yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- De\u011fersiz g\u00f6r\u00fclen ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yok edilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn her b\u00f6lgesi pek \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitte varl\u0131k i\u00e7in ya\u015fam alan\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6lgelerin ve b\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131klar\u0131n etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu ve ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ele alman\u0131n baz\u0131 noktalar\u0131 g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131rmalara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi bir yana, g\u00fcne\u015f tarlalar\u0131 ile kaplanmas\u0131 planlanan \u201c\u00e7orak alanlar\u201d dahi bir\u00e7ok t\u00fcrde (s\u00fcr\u00fcngenlerden eklem bacakl\u0131lara, mikroorganizmalardan bitkilere kadar pek \u00e7ok varl\u0131\u011fa ev sahipli\u011fi yapmaktad\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6lgeler her ne kadar insan i\u00e7in g\u00f6zden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilecek yerler de olsa insan d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki di\u011fer varl\u0131klar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayaca\u011f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir adaletsizli\u011fe yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Panel so\u011futma sistemleri suyu kirletir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f santralleri enerji \u00e7evrimi esnas\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131nan mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 so\u011futmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok miktarda yeralt\u0131 suyunu kullan\u0131rlar. Her ne kadar kirlilik dendi\u011finde suyun i\u00e7ine farkl\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131n kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gibi alg\u0131lansa da normal ko\u015fullar\u0131nda 10 derece olan suyun 60 derecenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p tekrar geri sal\u0131nmas\u0131 da bir kirlilik fakt\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalist toplumun, bug\u00fcn ekosistemin g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zarar\u0131 telafi edebilmek ad\u0131na fosil yak\u0131t ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr t\u00fcketimine kar\u015f\u0131 sundu\u011fu \u2018temiz\u2019 enerji y\u00f6ntemlerinin, \u2013 yani bir alternatif olarak s\u00f6zde yenilenebilir enerjinin- mevcut \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim sistemini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6stermesi gereken rand\u0131man, ancak ya\u015famlar\u0131 k\u00f6kten yok ederek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecektir. Sistemin bize s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olarak sundu\u011fualternatifler, asl\u0131nda sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya da canl\u0131 ya\u015famlara kar\u015f\u0131, kapitalizmin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flama amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.
