Bunun yan\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok haklar\u0131 da g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne ellerinden al\u0131n\u0131yor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler bu nedenle insanca ya\u015fanacak \u00fccret i\u00e7in sendikal\u0131 olmak istiyorlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u015eirkette ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapanlar aras\u0131nda d\u00f6rtte bire varan \u00fccret fark\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler \u201ce\u015fit i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret\u201d politikas\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sendikal\u0131 olmak istiyorlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u0130\u015f\u00e7iler, bir taraftan 70 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hizmetindeyiz diyen, di\u011fer taraftan, \u00fclkemiz insanlar\u0131n\u0131 fakirle\u015ftirme ve ABD \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulu yeni istihdam politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sendikal\u0131 olmak istiyorlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Haks\u0131z i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalar, \u201ci\u015fine gelirse \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u201d keyfili\u011fi i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi i\u00e7in sendikal\u0131 olmak istiyorlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Bunlar gibi bir dizi sebeple daha IBM T\u00fcrk i\u015f\u00e7ileri \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek sendikal\u0131 oldular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">IBM\u2019in sendikala\u015fma s\u00fcrecine yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ne ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">IBM uluslararas\u0131 alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sendikala\u015fma ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131 duyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7eve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler imzal\u0131yor. Ancak IBM T\u00fcrk\u2019deki sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin ard\u0131ndan \u015firket \u00f6nce sendikan\u0131n say\u0131sal \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sonra da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcro i\u015fkolunda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ederek sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye raz\u0131 olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">IBM\u2019in kendi sendikas\u0131 da var!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Bili\u015fim alan\u0131nda ilk sendikala\u015fma deneyimi bu de\u011fil. IBM i\u015f\u00e7ileri daha 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek Bil-\u0130\u015f (Bili\u015fim \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Sendikas\u0131) ad\u0131yla kendi sendikalar\u0131n\u0131 kurdular. Sendika kurulduktan sonra IBM T\u00fcrk\u2019deki ilerici teknik elemanlar\u0131n gayretleriyle sendikan\u0131n bir i\u015fkolu sendikas\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve D\u0130SK\u2019e kat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterildi. Ancak \u015firket y\u00f6netiminin \u00e7e\u015fitli oyunlar\u0131yla bu y\u00f6nelim ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frad\u0131 ve Bil-\u0130\u015f sendikas\u0131 \u015firket y\u00f6netiminin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde, hatta \u015firketle ayn\u0131 adreste faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir sendika olarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Teknik elemanlar\u0131n sendikala\u015fma s\u00fcrecini destekleyelim!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Teknik elemanlar\u0131n sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6zellikle TMMOB camias\u0131nda zaman zaman tart\u0131\u015fmalar yaratan bir konu.
