Bu yaz\u0131 yay\u0131mlanana kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse, s\u00f6ylediklerimden pi\u015fmanl\u0131k duymayaca\u011f\u0131m da bilinmeli&#8230; \u0130\u015fte nedenleri:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- AVM soysuzlu\u011fu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin ilk \u201c\u00e7a\u011fda\u015f uygarl\u0131k\u201d arma\u011fanlar\u0131ndan olan Emek Sinemas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr yoksunu kafalarca \u201cal\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi\u201dne (AVM) d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmek istenmesi, \u201cs\u0131radan bir duyars\u0131zl\u0131k de\u011fil\u201d, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir aymazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n doruktaki \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bu \u201ckaba\u201dl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, kentin \u201csanat belle\u011fi\u201dndeki en \u201czarif\u201d mek\u00e2nlardan birini g\u00f6zden \u00e7\u0131kartma pahas\u0131na, \u201cBeyo\u011flu\u201d gibi \u201ctarihsel al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u201d\u00fcn be\u015fi\u011finde ya\u015fanmas\u0131, \u201crant \u015f\u0131mar\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dn\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczeyi de g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131na \u201crestorasyon\u201d denilerek, ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa \u201csinema\u201d tutkumuzun \u201csoylu okul\u201dlar\u0131ndan birini hi\u00e7e sayman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yine ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa Beyo\u011flu esnaf\u0131n\u0131n, m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin ve \u201cm\u00fcdavim\u201dlerinin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na sonradan g\u00f6rme \u201csoysuz\u201d bir t\u00fcketim hangar\u0131n\u0131 en gaddar \u201crakip\u201d olarak dikmek acaba nas\u0131l tan\u0131mlanabilir?<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015ften gelece\u011fe akan \u201cgeleneksel ticaret, e\u011flence, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat\u201d ya\u015fam\u0131na \u201cdarbe\u201d indirecek bir AVM\u2019nin sadece orada de\u011fil, b\u00f6lgenin hi\u00e7bir yerinde akla bile gelmemesi gerekir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Tarihi \u2018arsa\u2019la\u015ft\u0131rmak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Sinema Festivali\u2019ne 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r kucak a\u00e7an, 1924\u2019ten beri Safiye Ayla\u2019dan M\u00fcnir Nurettin\u2019e nice y\u00fcz ak\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcnl\u00fclerin konserlerini de a\u011f\u0131rlayan, 875 ki\u015filik Emek Sinemas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u201cemektar zemin kat mek\u00e2n\u0131\u201dndan kopartarak \u201c8. kat\u201da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p tarihi yerini \u201cAVM arsas\u0131\u201dna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren proje, o \u201ckoruyoruz\u201d denen binan\u0131n \u201cmimari onur\u201duna da sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Serkildoryan (Cercle d\u2019Orient), Skentini ve Melek Apartman\u0131 \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019ni \u201cbirlikte\u201d bezerler&#8230; Haydarpa\u015fa Lisesi, Arkeoloji M\u00fczesi, \u0130stanbul Erkek Lisesi, Pera Palas gibi 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonlar\u0131nda in\u015fa edilmi\u015f g\u00f6rkemli \u0130stanbul yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da mimar\u0131 olan Alexandre Vallaury, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda eserinin b\u00f6ylesine \u201cparsel\u201dlenece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilir miydi?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- \u2018\u0130mar magandal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6yle bir projeyi \u201cistemek\u201d, \u201ctasarlamak\u201d, \u201cuygun g\u00f6rmek\u201d ve \u201conaylamak\u201d e\u015f aymazl\u0131k, e\u015f sorumsuzluk, e\u015f magandal\u0131kt\u0131r&#8230; Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 \u201ck\u00e2r\u201d i\u00e7in istiyorsa \u201cticaret tarihi\u201dnin ahlaki derinliklerine de hakarettir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011flar boyu t\u00fcccarlar asla \u201cimar magandas\u0131\u201d olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u2026 \u201cMimar\u201d tasarlam\u0131\u015fsa, sadece mimarl\u0131k d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin biny\u0131llara uzanan mimarl\u0131k birikiminden de \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemesi gerekir\u2026 \u201cBelediye\u201d destekliyorsa kentin de\u011fil, kent soyguncular\u0131n\u0131n hizmetinde oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Hele bir de g\u00f6revi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00f6zetmek olan bir \u201ckurul\u201d, \u00fcstelik iki mimar \u00fcyesinin \u201chay\u0131r\u201d! demesine ra\u011fmen \u201coy\u00e7oklu\u011fu\u201dyla onaylayabiliyorsa, kamusal sorumlulu\u011fun ve meslek eti\u011finin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc durumu tan\u0131mlamaya hangi edepli s\u00f6z yetebilir?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Yasay\u0131 \u2018kavrayama\u2019mak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peki, akl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda herkesi adeta isyan ettiren b\u00f6yle bir proje nas\u0131l \u00fcretilebilir, nas\u0131l savunulabilir, nas\u0131l \u201cyasal\u201d say\u0131larak onaylanabilir? Tart\u0131\u015fmalardan ve kimi \u201ca\u00e7\u0131klama\u201d(!)lardan anl\u0131yorum ki projeyi be\u011fenenler, tarihi \u201cbina\u201dn\u0131n aynen korunaca\u011f\u0131ndan, y\u0131pranm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kirini, pas\u0131n\u0131 giderecek m\u00fckemmel bir restorasyon olaca\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ediyorlar. Dahas\u0131, Emek Sinemas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn tavan\u0131n\u0131 ve duvarlar\u0131ndaki barok bezemeleri 8. kata ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 da \u201cmarifet\u201d sayanlar var&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Projenin bu \u015fekliyle yarataca\u011f\u0131 \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcrel soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u201d\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in Mimarlar Odas\u0131\u2019nca a\u00e7\u0131lan davada s\u0131ra \u201csavunma\u201dya geldi\u011finde eminim ki \u015fu s\u00f6ylenecek: \u201cTescil edilen k\u00fclt\u00fcr varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sinema de\u011fil binad\u0131r, mimarisi korunarak i\u015flevi de\u011fi\u015febilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eski yap\u0131lar elbette ki \u201c\u00e7a\u011fd\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f\u201d i\u015flevleriyle korunamaz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ya\u015fat\u0131lamaz&#8230; bu nedenle Atat\u00fcrk, saraylar\u0131 bile m\u00fcze yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak \u201csinema\u201d, hele ki \u201cEmek Sinemas\u0131\u201d kadar \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ne olabilir? Kullan\u0131m t\u00fcrleriyle de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olan eski yap\u0131lar, onlar\u0131 hem \u201cyaratan\u201d, hem de mimari ve toplumsal (kamusal) niteliklerini \u201cbelirleyen\u201d i\u015flevleriyle birlikte \u201cuygarl\u0131k miras\u0131\u201dm\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sanat tarihi ve toplumsal de\u011ferlerin birlikte ya\u015fat\u0131lmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bilmeyen, hatta kavrayamayanlar\u0131n, \u201ckoruma\u201dda etkili ve yetkili olmalar\u0131 ne b\u00fcy\u00fck talihsizlik&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Kimli\u011fi \u2018konum\u2019undad\u0131r&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emek Sinemas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n g\u00f6zetilmesi gereken \u201ckimlik\u201d de\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda, kentsel ya\u015famla i\u00e7i i\u00e7e konumu, \u201csokak\u201dla sarma\u015f dola\u015f giri\u015fi, gi\u015fesi ve fuayesinde bile Beyo\u011flu ortam\u0131yla \u201chem zemin\u201d hali \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00dcstelik ayn\u0131 sokak, sinema tarihimizle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fen \u201cYe\u015fil\u00e7am\u201dd\u0131r\u2026 AVM u\u011fruna yok edilecek olan da \u201c\u0130stiklal Caddesi &#8211; Ye\u015fil\u00e7am-Emek Sinemas\u0131\u201d birlikteli\u011fidir\u2026 Y\u0131llar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u201cBeyo\u011flu birlikteli\u011fi\u201dni par\u00e7alamaya kalk\u0131\u015fan bir kafan\u0131n, de\u011fil b\u00f6yle bir proje \u00fcretmek, \u201ckoruma\u201dn\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cevrensel bilin\u00e7\u201dle art\u0131k anas\u0131ndan bile do\u011fmamas\u0131 gerekir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mimarl\u0131k \u201cyok etme\u201d de\u011fil \u201cyaratma\u201d sanat\u0131d\u0131r. Zaman\u0131n bin bir emekle, an\u0131larla, d\u00fc\u015flerle ve nice co\u015fkulu, h\u00fcz\u00fcnl\u00fc, kah\u0131rl\u0131 ve \u00f6zverili ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klarla \u201cyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131na sayg\u0131s\u0131z\u201d bir projeye \u201ctasar\u0131m\u201d demek, \u201csadece insana arma\u011fan edilmi\u015f y\u00fcce bir yeti\u201dye hakaret de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n<p>Son bir s\u00f6z\u00fcm de \u0130stanbul-2010 Avrupa K\u00fclt\u00fcr Ba\u015fkenti Ajans\u0131\u2019na&#8230; \u201cBu uygulamayla bizim ilgimiz yok, logomuzu da izinsiz kulland\u0131lar\u201d demi\u015fler. Nas\u0131l \u201cilgi\u201dsiz kalabilirler ki?
