BES\u2019le birlikte emek\u00e7ilerin maa\u015flar\u0131ndan kesinti yap\u0131lacak, bu kesintiler\u00a0i\u015fverenlerin belirledi\u011fi sigorta \u015firketlerinde ve borsada de\u011ferlendirilecek. \u00a0Zorunlu BES m\u00fchendis, mimar ve planc\u0131lar\u0131 da ilgilendiriyor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/para2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"515\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22129\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/para2.jpg\" alt=\"para2\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/para2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/para2-300x258.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/para2-150x129.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>BES\u2019ten kimler etkilenecek?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50\u2019den fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan i\u015fyerlerinde, 45 ya\u015f alt\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler ve kamu emek\u00e7ilerinin tamam\u0131 BES\u2019e zorunlu olarak dahil olacak. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n %44&#8217;l\u00fck<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">*\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0k\u0131sm\u0131 bu yasadan etkilenecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dccret kesintisi ne kadar olacak?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emek\u00e7ilerin gelirlerinden y\u00fczde 3\u2019\u00fc kesilecek. Bu da 49,4 TL ile 322 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fecek bir \u00fccret olacak. Ancak emek\u00e7ilerin ikramiye aylar\u0131nda kesintiler artacak. BES&#8217;e yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler sadece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maa\u015f\u0131ndan kesilecek, i\u015fverenler prim \u00f6demesi yapmayacak. Bu kesintilerle asgari \u00fccretliye yap\u0131lan zam da s\u0131f\u0131rlanacak.Bakanlar Kurulu kesinti oran\u0131n\u0131 iki kat\u0131na kadar art\u0131rmaya ve y\u00fczde 1 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye yetkili olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emek\u00e7i sistemden ayr\u0131labilecek mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emek\u00e7iler sistemden 2 ay i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131kabilecek. \u0130ki ay sonra da sistemden isterse \u00e7\u0131k\u0131labilecek ancak bu durumda bin liral\u0131k devlet katk\u0131s\u0131 ve di\u011fer katk\u0131lar al\u0131namayacak. Fakat i\u015fveren istemedi\u011fi takdirde i\u015f\u00e7inin sistemden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacak. Emek\u00e7i sistemden 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131karsa devlet katk\u0131s\u0131 alam\u0131yor. 3 ila 6 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kanlar devlet katk\u0131s\u0131ndaki birikimlerinin y\u00fczde 15, 6 ila 10 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kanlar ise y\u00fczde 35, 10 y\u0131l\u0131 tamamlayanlar y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131yor. Primler ileride taksitler halinde geri \u00f6denecek veya tek seferde toplu \u00f6deme yap\u0131lacak.\u00a0BES\u2019te emeklili\u011fe hak kazanabilmek i\u00e7in en az 10 y\u0131l sistemde kalmak ve 56 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmak gerekli.
