M\u00fchendislerin, mimarlar\u0131n, planc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, mesleki pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve mesle\u011fe ili\u015fkin yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131ran ankete 743 meslek insan\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. Anket analizi m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki g\u00fcncel durumlar\u0131n\u0131, mesleki sorumluluklar\u0131\/riskleri ile ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini, mesleki tercihlerini, meslek odalar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilerini, mesleki hayatta ya\u015fanan ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131r ba\u015flar\u0131<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu<\/strong><br \/>\nAnkete kat\u0131lan m\u00fchendislerin demografisi hen\u00fcz ba\u015ftan profile ili\u015fkin ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 veriyor. Kamu kurumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Bu durum kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendislerin \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara oranla olduk\u00e7a az say\u0131da oldu\u011funun bir g\u00f6stergesi. Bu sebeple anket analizi baz kriteri de dikkate al\u0131narak \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fccretli m\u00fchendislere odaklan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendis Mimar \u015eehir Planc\u0131s\u0131 Profil Anketi\u2019ne kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n demografisinde \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendis a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 var. 22-30 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin ankete olan ilgisi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma profilleriyle do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131: \u00dccret ve sosyal g\u00fcvence gibi hen\u00fcz istedi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 olmayan, mesle\u011fe yeni at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve mesleki ya\u015fam\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara y\u00f6nelik alg\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesle\u011fimi yapm\u0131yorum<\/strong><br \/>\nDemografik yap\u0131da analize al\u0131nan 651 m\u00fchendisin 84\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn kendi mesle\u011fini yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. %13\u2019l\u00fck bir oran\u0131 g\u00f6steren bu sonucun nedenlerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda meslekte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuzlu\u011fu (i\u015f bulamama- maddi kazan\u00e7) sebebiyle alan d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tercih edilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Her ya\u015f d\u00f6neminde farkl\u0131 g\u00fcvencesizlikler<\/strong><br \/>\nGen\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerde en belirgin sorun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler iken, 36 ya\u015f ve sonras\u0131nda meslek itibar\u0131na olan inan\u00e7 kayb\u0131, i\u015fle ilgili al\u0131nan sorumlulu\u011fun artmas\u0131yla gelen riskler olarak a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Hemen hemen her ya\u015f grubunda m\u00fchendisler fazla mesailerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ankete kat\u0131lan m\u00fchendislerin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda toplam ve genel olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvence kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n somut bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesleki sorumluluklar ve riskler<\/strong><br \/>\nAnalizde dikkat \u00e7eken bir ba\u015fka sonu\u00e7 m\u00fchendislerin %40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n mesleklerinin risk ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi. Pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 m\u00fchendislik alan\u0131nda i\u015fin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fc sebebiyle m\u00fchendisin ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorumluluklar risk ta\u015f\u0131yor. M\u00fchendislerin meslek odalar\u0131yla \u00fcyelik ili\u015fkisi var ve geli\u015ftirilebilir durumda. Beklentilerini yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ifade eden m\u00fchendislerin pek \u00e7o\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 (\u00fccret, fazla mesai, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik, i\u015fyerinde yetki durumu) noktas\u0131nda meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n devreye girmesini istiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong><br \/>\nMeslek ya\u015fam\u0131nda ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n incelendi\u011fi soru grubunda kad\u0131n m\u00fchendislerin ayr\u0131mc\u0131 uygulamalara maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ankete kat\u0131lan kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 ay\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k var diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en fazla annelik, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanma vb. hareketler, i\u015fte lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen pozisyonlar olarak ifade ediyor. Fiziksel ve\/veya cinsel taciz\/\u015fiddetten kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler %12 gibi hi\u00e7 de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck say\u0131lmayacak bir oranla bahsediyor. \u015eiddet ve tacizi 30 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler di\u011fer ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na oranla daha y\u00fcksek ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik<\/strong><br \/>\nAnalizde m\u00fchendislerin %8\u2019inin i\u015fsiz oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu oran D\u0130SK-AR\u2019nin yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fsizlik verilerinden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Bu veri m\u00fchendislerde i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n bu d\u00f6neme ili\u015fkin sonucunu g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fi gibi i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendislerin ankete olan ilgisinin bir sonucu da olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ankette i\u015fsiz m\u00fchendislere y\u00f6neltilen soru grubu incelendi\u011finde i\u015fsizlik nedeni olarak a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla analizin pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 noktas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u2018d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler\u2019 sonucu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fsizli\u011fin nedenlerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretleri hemen hemen ayn\u0131 oranda fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Politeknik M\u00fchendis Mimar \u015eehir Planc\u0131s\u0131 Profil Anketi analizi t\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla bro\u015f\u00fcr haline getirilecek ve payla\u015f\u0131lacak.
