Ancak, s\u00fcre\u00e7 hi\u00e7 al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131k geli\u015fmelerin ard\u0131ndan GREV a\u015famas\u0131na gelmi\u015f bulunuyor. Konuyu ilgin\u00e7 k\u0131lan ise grev s\u00fcrecinin sendikam\u0131z\u0131n grev karar\u0131 almas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, IBM y\u00f6netimininde grev iste\u011fi ve tercihi do\u011frultusunda devam ediyor olmas\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; denildi.<\/p>\n<p>Oylamada hay\u0131r \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda hakem kurulunun en az\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 enflasyon kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda koruyacak bir karar alabilece\u011fini ama IBM T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn buna dahi tahemm\u00fcl edemedi\u011fini belirten sendika, izinde olanlar dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri \u015firkete geri \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131larak oylamada \u201cgreve hay\u0131r\u201d oyu vermelerini engellemek \u00fczere  elemanlar\u0131 ile birebir toplant\u0131 yapmalar\u0131n\u0131n istendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Sand\u0131ktan \u00e7\u0131kacak &#8216;hay\u0131r&#8217; oyunu engellemek i\u00e7in oylama sand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu kata kuruldu\u011fu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla yap\u0131lan bire bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerinde yo\u011fun bask\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya kondu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;IBM, sendikal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n greve \u00e7\u0131kmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131-\u00e7\u0131kamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve bundan sonraki yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 bu senaryolar \u00fczerine in\u015fa ediyor. Bask\u0131 ve tehditle greve evet \u00e7\u0131kartmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de budur. Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcreci grev oylamas\u0131yla kesintiye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f olsa da devam ediyor. 30 Temmuz itibariyle grev karar\u0131n\u0131 uygulamak \u00fczere 60 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r.
