EMO, \u00fcyesi m\u00fchendislerin \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak ve mesleki geli\u015fimlerini sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>ODA \u00dcYEL\u0130\u011e\u0130<br \/>\nOdam\u0131z \u00fcyelerinin de g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bilgi \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ndeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n; Anayasal bir hak olan sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanma giri\u015fimlerini sayg\u0131 ile izliyoruz. Ayn\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te Bilgi \u00dcniversitesi y\u00f6netiminin \u00fcyelerimiz de dahil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u00f6nelik zaman zaman uygulamaya koydu\u011fu haks\u0131z ve hukuksuz uygulamalara, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalara da hayretle tan\u0131k oluyoruz.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBu uygulamalardan biri de, \u00fcyelerimizden Tongu\u00e7 Ko\u00e7\u2019un 2 Temmuz 2010 g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u015ften at\u0131lmak istenmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcniversite emek\u00e7ilerinin ekonomik ve sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, i\u015f g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde inisiyatif alm\u0131\u015f \u00fcyemizin, anayasal bir hakk\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015ften at\u0131lmak istenmesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek bile istemiyoruz. Ancak \u00fcyemiz Tongu\u00e7 Ko\u00e7\u2019un sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme s\u00fcrecinde sendikaya \u00fcye olmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 durum, Bilgi \u00dcniversitesi y\u00f6netiminin sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve hak aramaya kar\u015f\u0131 olumsuz tavr\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTongu\u00e7 Ko\u00e7\u2019un i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma giri\u015fimi; Yaz\u0131l\u0131m Geli\u015ftirme, Bilgi \u0130\u015flem, \u00d6\u011frenci \u0130\u015fleri, Kay\u0131t \u0130\u015fleri ve Planlama b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n tepki g\u00f6sterip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ile yar\u0131m saat sonra uygulaman\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131, bu uygulaman\u0131n temelsizli\u011fi ve hukuksuzlu\u011fundan ba\u015fka bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131mamaktad\u0131r. Bilgi \u00dcniversitesi y\u00f6netimi i\u015ften atma giri\u015fimi gerek\u00e7esi ile yar\u0131m saat i\u00e7inde i\u015ften atma giri\u015fimini neden durdurdu\u011funu, \u00fcyemize a\u00e7\u0131klamak durumundad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nGelecekte yeniden i\u015ften atma giri\u015fimini tekrarlamas\u0131 halinde ve bundan sonra \u00fcyelerimize kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirece\u011fi hukuksuz uygulamalar ile yasalar\u0131m\u0131zda su\u00e7 olan mobbing uygulamalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, yasal giri\u015fimleri ba\u015flatan \u00fcyelerimizin yan\u0131nda yer al\u0131p, kamuoyuna y\u00f6nelik bilgilendirmeler yapmaktan geri durmayaca\u011f\u0131z.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBilgi \u00dcniversitesi y\u00f6netimini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve hak arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yasalara sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmaya, antidemokratik uygulamalardan vazge\u00e7meye davet ediyoruz.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00dcyelerimizin hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini her d\u00fczeyde korumak i\u00e7in yanlar\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve m\u00fccadele edece\u011fimizi bir kere daha hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz. Sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015ften at\u0131lan di\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7ilerle de dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011fumuzu kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TMMOB Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi<br \/>\n37.
