M\u00fchendisleri, mimarlar\u0131, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da do\u011frudan etkileyecek, maa\u015flarda %3&#8217;l\u00fck kesintiler anlam\u0131na gelen <strong>&#8216;Zorunlu BES&#8217;ten \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in 10 neden&#8217; <\/strong>etkinliklerinin ilki 3 Aral\u0131k Cumartesi \u0130zmir&#8217;de olacak.
