Yaz\u0131da odalara asgari \u00fccretle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmas\u0131 tavsiyesi de var. TMMOB 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 asgari \u00fccretini 3500 TL br\u00fct olarak belirlemi\u015fti. Koramaz g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi yaz\u0131da asgari \u00fccretle ilgili SGK ile yap\u0131lan protokol\u00fcn niteli\u011fine de\u011finerek, \u00fcyelerin bilgilendirilmesi, asgari \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00fcyeler i\u00e7in odalar\u0131n ba\u015fvuru merkezi olmas\u0131na vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"tmmob-2017-yili-muhendis-asgari-ucretini-belirledi\" class=\"post-title\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><a style=\"color: #993366;\" href=\"\/tmmob-2017-yili-muhendis-asgari-ucretini-belirledi\/\" target=\"_blank\">TMMOB 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccretini belirledi<\/a><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>M\u00fchendis kodu mu oda \u00fcyeli\u011fi mi?<\/strong><br \/>\nEmin Koramaz SGK ile yap\u0131lan protokol kapsam\u0131nda, SGK\u2019n\u0131n meslek kodlar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alarak denetimler yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Meslek kodu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in ise oda \u00fcyeli\u011fi meslek kodu niteli\u011finde. Meslek kodu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ve m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccretinin alt\u0131nda \u00fccret alan \u00fcyeler do\u011frudan odalar\u0131na ba\u015fvurabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TMMOB s\u00fcrece dahil olmal\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nTMMOB YK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Koramaz\u2019\u0131n odalara g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi yaz\u0131 m\u00fchendislerin asgari \u00fccret hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirilmesi ve odalar\u0131n asgari \u00fccretle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tavsiye niteli\u011finde. Belirlenen asgari \u00fccretin m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda en alt s\u0131n\u0131r \u00fccreti olarak ya\u015fama ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var. TMMOB b\u00fcnyesinde \u2018asgari \u00fccret birimi\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131 ve odalar\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n TMMOB\u2019le birlikte s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Odalara g\u00f6nderilen yaz\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<br \/>\n&#8216;\u00dccretli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan M\u00fchendis, Mimar ve \u015eehir Planc\u0131s\u0131 \u00dcyelerimiz;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi, Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 protokol ile \u00fcyelerinin verdikleri profesyonel hizmetin temel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan asgari \u00fccreti belirliyor. \u0130lk kez 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bu protokol gere\u011fince, her y\u0131l\u0131n son ay\u0131nda asgari \u00fccreti yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7iriyor ve g\u00fcncelliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu protokol, \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcyelerimizin sunduklar\u0131 profesyonel hizmetler kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Birli\u011fimizin belirledi\u011fi \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sayede d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma ve eksik SGK bildirimlerini engelleyebilecek bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve \u00e7izilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB\u2019nin SGK ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 mutabakata vararak imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu protokol\u00fcn amac\u0131: &#8220;Sosyal g\u00fcvenli\u011fin toplumun t\u00fcm bireyleri i\u00e7in temel bir hak oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden hareketle, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik hakk\u0131ndan yoksun b\u0131rakan kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam ve emeklilik haklar\u0131n\u0131n eksik tesisine etki eden \u00fccretlerin SGK\u2019ya eksik bildirimini \u00f6nlemek, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kavram\u0131n\u0131n temel bir hak oldu\u011funun toplumumun t\u00fcm bireyleri taraf\u0131ndan bilinmesini ve bu hakk\u0131 koruyan kurumlar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeni d\u00fczenlemeler ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler konusunda bilgilendirmek, toplumda sosyal g\u00fcvenlik bilincinin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lmas\u0131&#8221;d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Protokol 31.05.2006 tarihli ve 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun 100. maddesi ile 16.05.2006 tarihli ve 5502 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu Kanunu\u2019nun 13. maddesinin (g) bendi ve 14. maddesinin (d) bendine dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birli\u011fimize ba\u011fl\u0131 24 Odam\u0131z ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar soncunda 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in asgari \u00fccret br\u00fct 3500 lira olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mzalanan protokole g\u00f6re Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu, prim bedelleri \u00fczerinden yapaca\u011f\u0131 denetimde, meslek kodlar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alacak ve br\u00fct 3500 TL\u2019nin alt\u0131nda \u00fccretle m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti\u011fi i\u015fyerlerine asgari \u00fccret bildiriminde bulunacak ve gere\u011finin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda kazan\u0131lan her hak gibi, asgari \u00fccret hakk\u0131 da \u00fcyelerimizin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fccretin alt s\u0131n\u0131r \u00e7izgisidir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n kesinle\u015fmesi ve art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, ancak \u00fcyelerimiz ve odalar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir m\u00fccadele ile sa\u011flanabilecektir. Bu ba\u011flamda odalar\u0131m\u0131za ve \u00fcyelerimize b\u00fcy\u00fck sorumluluk d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcyelerimizin odalar\u0131yla irtibat halinde olmas\u0131, g\u00fcncel bilgilerini kontrol ederek gerekti\u011fi takdirde odalar\u0131m\u0131za bildirimde bulunmas\u0131 asgari \u00fccret m\u00fccadelesinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini ve ilerletilmesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Odalar\u0131m\u0131z insanca bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in tespit edilen minimum \u00fccret olan asgari \u00fccretin duyurusunu yayg\u0131n olarak yapmal\u0131 ve t\u00fcm \u00fcyelerimize ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131; sistemin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015flemesi i\u00e7in \u00fcyelerimizden gelen bildirimlerle ve yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla belirledikleri eksik prim yat\u0131ran i\u015fyerlerini Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019na bildirmeli ve bu bildirimin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini ilgili i\u015fyerlerine iletmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sevgili \u00dcyelerimiz,<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 olarak bizler, son d\u00f6nemde hayata ge\u00e7irilen kiral\u0131k i\u015f\u00e7i yasas\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kanunu gibi yasalarla giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fan ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rma ve g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirme ile a\u011f\u0131r sald\u0131r\u0131lara maruz kalmaktay\u0131z.
