Sorular b\u00f6yle uzar gider\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fchendisler, mimarlar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci hikayemizde Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi \u015eehir ve B\u00f6lge Planlama b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 mezunu 27 ya\u015f\u0131nda bir kad\u0131n meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131za denk geldik.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/c_yasami_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"389\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/c_yasami_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23775\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsam da mesleki \u00fcretkenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan memnunum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eehir planc\u0131s\u0131y\u0131m. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde yakla\u015f\u0131k 2.5-3 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015f arama s\u00fcrecinde kafam biraz kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kt\u0131, mesleki anlamda beni geli\u015ftirecek bir i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istiyordum. Tam da bu y\u00fczden h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rdaki \u00f6zel planlama b\u00fcrolar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemlerinin, tarzlar\u0131n\u0131n ve i\u015f ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir beklenti i\u00e7indeydim. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da istedi\u011fim t\u00fcrden bir b\u00fcroyu ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Standart planlama b\u00fcrolar\u0131 yerine kentsel politika ve stratejik planlama ile ili\u015fkili bir<br \/>\nyerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istiyordum. Bir hocam\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmesi ile \u015fu an \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta oldu\u011fum<br \/>\nb\u00fcroya ba\u015fvurdum. Bu benim ilk i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemdi. Daha \u00f6nce herhangi bir i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesine gitmemi\u015ftim, ancak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm b\u00fcroda beklentilerimi kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 vard\u0131. Bana kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilen tav\u0131r da son derece olumluydu.<\/p>\n<p>Tabi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m b\u00fcro gibi piyasa odakl\u0131 olmayan, meslek\u00ee geli\u015fim anlam\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmak isteyen, daha alternatif bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ve planlama eti\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde proje \u00fcreten b\u00fcrolar\u0131n ayakta kalmas\u0131 o kadar da kolay olmuyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yo\u011fun bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tempomuz var, her zaman.
